Champers Bingo Verdict
When you first feast your eyes on Champers Bingo, you could almost miss the fact that it’s a part of the Live Bingo Network. It’s slick, high-class design and theme are both original and inviting, but underneath the cover, all that’s on offer are the standard LBN games and offers. In summary, if you’ve played at other Cozy/LBN sites, Champers probably won’t add any extra value to your existing online bingo experience. However, if you’re a newbie, you’ll find a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, plenty of bonuses and special offers, and lots of attractive prizes to play for.

Design & Usability
Some Cozy Games sites are very basic when it comes to design, but Champers manages to look more glitzy and glamorous than most by using a champagne bottle in its logo, and a smart and attractive black and gold colour scheme. In fact, it’s got more of an online casino feel to it, which is no bad thing, and we like how they’ve managed to include details of four special offers as well as a scrollable mini-lobby onto the homepage without making it seem overcrowded.
The main menu is easy is use, and lets you hop between the different pages including Promotions, Winners, Games, Contact Us, and Mobile. There are also prominent links to the Live Help facility and Facebook page (Champers’ Facebook not LBN’s, we’re pleased to add) fixed to the right-hand side, and a section at the top-right that lets you log in, register, or request a password reset.
Software & Gameplay
Cozy Games software powers Champers Bingo, and if you’ve played at other LBN sites such as Comfy, Scrummy, and Bob’s Bingo, you’re likely to recognise its design and lobby straightaway. It provides a good quality and reliable playing experience, and offers side games, a pre-buy facility, and chat.
There are always chat hosts visible in the rooms, and although the site isn’t all that busy at non-peak hours, the jackpot rooms do attract lots of players.
Because it’s a networked site, Champers doesn’t offer any exclusive variants or other unique game types. However, there are still five bingo variants to enjoy.
Safety & Security
Champers is regulated and licensed by the Isle of Man Government and the UK Gambling Commission. The website displays a Trustwave certificate to show that it protects your financial transactions via data encryption, and the iTech Labs certificate shows that the random number generator (which is used to ensure fair game outcomes) has been independently tested.
Champers also has pages for its privacy policy and terms and conditions, and provides information on responsible gaming.
Payments & Withdrawals
Making deposits and withdrawals is nice and easy thanks to the well-designed banking system. If you’re eligible for any bonuses, you can select them accordingly, and you can also enter promotional codes into the boxes provided.
The withdrawal process takes an average of two to three working days, but there are two things that you need to be aware of when cashing out. Firstly, you can only submit one withdrawal request every five working days, and secondly, the minimum deposit amount is £30.
The payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Boku (Pay by Phone), Paysafecard, and Neteller.
Customer Support
Champers Bingo excels at customer service, offering 24/7 support seven days a week all year round. You can use the online email form, submit a support ticket, speak to an agent via live chat, or ring the telephone number provided.
Bonuses & Promotions
If you get a distinct sense of déjà vu when you view the Promotions page, it’s because all of the offers are the same throughout the Live Bingo Network. Without meaning to detract from the admirable assortment of free bingo games, jackpot events, cheap ticket offers, welcome bonuses, and loyalty scheme which are impressive if it’s the first time you’ve seen them, it’s a shame that a site with a luxury theme can’t accommodate a couple of exclusive and out-of-the-ordinary offers.
There are multiple bonuses to take advantage of, starting with the £10 no-deposit bonus you gain when you sign up and add a valid debit or credit card. There are also welcome bonuses available on your first three deposits of £10+ each, which give you a combined total of 1150% extra. Before you can withdraw any associated winnings, however, you must first meet the 4x bingo or 10x slots wagering requirements.
On your future deposits, you can claim between 25% and 100% casino cash, and providing you deposit at least £10, you’ll also receive as many as twenty free cards for the weekly Mega Jackpot and monthly Super Jackpot games.
Device Compatibility
As the Mobile page explains, almost every smartphone and tablet is compatible with Champers Bingo, and although there’s no mobile app, the mobile site doesn’t require Flash player so you can play via your internet browser without any issues. The only downside is the chat function doesn’t work on mobiles.
Variety & Originality
The celebratory Champagne theme of Champers Bingo might be unique, but the remainder of the site offers players nothing new. If you’re a first-timer at LBN or Cozy Games’ brands, you’ll find plenty to keep you occupied, but if you’re already a member of other sites in the network, you may quickly tire of the identical promotions and games selection.
As far as variety goes, there are 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball, and 30-ball rooms to choose from, which is more than many bingo sites can boast. There’s also a varied selection of slots and scratch cards, but no well-known titles from big online software developers like NetEnt or Microgaming, and the casino and video poker games are all safe, common choices.
Loyalty & Rewards
Instead of offering a special VIP service, Champers uses the standard LBN loyalty system which includes four levels (Silver, Gold, VIP, and SVIP). The Loyalty page explains how many loyalty points you need to accumulate to move up through the levels. The two main benefits of the system are the ability to convert your LPs to cash, and the redeposit bonuses which are more generous at the higher tiers.
