Pixie Bingo Verdict
Because Pixie Bingo sits on a small network of three bingo sites owned by Lindar Media, it feels considerably more unique than some Dragonfish bingo brands. The biggest benefits of becoming a member are the free bingo games, 24/7 support, full mobile compatibility, both modern and traditional payment options, and wager-free bingo bonuses.
Pixie Bingo is owned and operated by Lindar Media, owners of OnlineBingo.co.uk. While reviewing this site, we have remained impartial and stuck to our review guidelines. If you feel we have been less critical of this site, please Contact Us to discuss this at the earliest opportunity.

Design & Usability
Since launching in mid-2016, Pixie Bingo has benefited from a major makeover. Gone are the pastel cartoon graphics of playful pixies in favour of a more grown-up background. The navy-blue night sky is lit up by a magic wand scattering pixie dust into the air, and the text uses both pink and blues to appeal to players of both sexes.
The Pixie Bingo logo is cleverly designed so that in place of the “X” in “Pixie”, you have a silhouette of pixie wings.
The design team has been careful not to overwhelm readers with too much information. This makes it easier to spot the registration and log-in area, and take in the welcome offer. However, you can still quickly find your way around the website by means of the drop-down menu, which is situated at the top-left.
As you scroll further down the homepage, there’s more detail on the accepted payment methods, the benefits of becoming a member, the bingo rooms and slot games, the latest special offers, the VIP scheme, and the Pixie Bingo mobile app.
Software & Gameplay
Pixie is powered by Dragonfish bingo software, which is also used by many other big bingo brands including 888Ladies and Wink Bingo. It’s newbie-friendly, allows for some personalisation in the bingo rooms, and offers you an excellent choice of bingo, slots, and casino games.
We have pulled this score from our full review of 888’s bingo software. If you are interested in a more detailed explanation of this score, please click through.
Safety & Security
Pixie Bingo is regulated and licensed by the UKGC (the UK Gambling Commission) and also holds a Gibraltar gambling license.
The eCOGRA “Safe and Fair” logo can be seen at the bottom of every page. Plus, SSL encryption is used to protect your data while you play. The Random Number Generator software has also been independently tested and certified.
Payments & Withdrawals
The Cashier system is wonderfully easy to use, and it lets you select predefined deposit and withdrawal amounts or enter your own, and provides boxes for any bonus codes that you may wish to use.
You can place deposits via telephone, Visa, MasterCard, Paysafecard, Paypal, Neteller, Entropay, Apple Pay or Wire Transfer.
You can top-up your account with £10 or more per transaction, and withdraw amounts of £10 and above. You can reverse your withdrawal request for the first 48 hours, after which, it will be processed within two business days.
Customer Support
The clickable question mark icon at the top of the homepage takes you straight to the Help page, where you can see all the methods in which you can get hold of the support team. The customer services department opens 24/7, 7 days a week, and you can reach them by telephone and email. You also have the option to visit the Live Help room and speak directly with an agent in place of a live chat service.
Bonuses & Promotions
There are special offers that cater for new and existing members, and the welcome offer is particularly noteworthy as it lets you claim £100 of bingo tickets with zero wagering requirements on any winnings when you make your first deposit of £10 minimum. The free bingo cards are allocated as follows: 4 tickets worth £15 each for the £1k Pay Day Jackpot game, and 20 tickets worth £2 each for the Exclusively Newbies room. You also get ten free spins for the Stampede slot which you have seven days to use, and if you wish to withdraw any winnings resulting from your free spins, you can convert up to £1 into cash by meeting the 30x wagering requirements.
Birthday treats come courtesy of deposit codes which are emailed to players on their special day, and you can earn a £10 bingo bonus when a friend who uses your referral code signs up, deposits at least £10, and wagers £10 or more within fourteen days of receiving your invitation.
If you’re reluctant to deposit straight away, why not verify your mobile number when you register at Pixie Bingo? If you do so, you’ll get twenty free spins. Wager-free free spins are also randomly awarded to loyal players.
Device Compatibility
Although many sites that use Dragonfish don’t offer mobile apps due to the software already being mobile-compatible, Pixie aims to please everyone by giving them the option to choose how they wish to play. You can either log into your account via your mobile browser, or download the dedicated app for iOS and Android devices.
There’s a plethora of useful information on the Mobile Bingo page if you need a helping hand.
Variety & Originality
If you’ve previously played at Circus or Oink Bingo, you’ll no doubt notice that the games are the same. There are 90-ball, 75-ball, free, jackpot, and invite-only games on offer. Plus, it’s good to see that both non-funded and funded members can take advantage of the site’s free bingo rooms.
Plenty of slots and casino games are available for roomies who are looking to broaden their horizons. Examples include Pixies of the Forest, Siberian Storm, Reels of Gold, Cash Spin, Amazon Queen, Cleopatra, Shaman’s Dream Jackpot, Cappuccino Keno, French Roulette, and European Roulette.
Loyalty & Rewards
The VIP scheme is very straightforward and transparent. It’s comprised of fifteen VIP levels, and you can move through the levels by placing real-cash wagers.
The benefits include wager-free daily free spins, access to as many as six free bingo rooms, cash bonuses, random spot prizes, and weekly cashback.
