Fabulous Bingo Verdict
Fabulous Bingo is a top-drawer site, a really nicely made website with some great software. The site has a good community setup and some fun promotions that feel a little different, especially with competitions tying into the fashion magazine of the same name. The games here are of very high quality, putting this site above most others, but a few niggles like the disappointing VIP programme let it down a touch.

Design & Usability
The site design at Fabulous Bingo is really good. The colour scheme is white and pink, with a plain background and the games and clearly displayed and organised into categories. It leans towards sophistication rather than being loud.
You'll struggle to get lost thanks to the clear navigation menu. Everything from promotions to registration is well presented and uncluttered. The addition of pages for referring friends and learning about the community really seals the deal.
Software & Gameplay
The bingo lobby at Fabulous Bingo is very impressive, powered by the quality Playtech brand. You get a full-screen display with a single ad bar and account information along the top. This is arranged to use every free pixel of screen space, so you get a very clear view of the rooms and slots available.
The bingo rooms have a nice, soft design and use the bingo site’s colour scheme. The bingo display is huge, great for those who hate squinting at a screen. The chat box is big and tall, great for fast conversation, but we actually struggled to find chatters despite the rooms being populated. We did however find a host getting people going in another room.
Safety & Security
Fabulous Bingo is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and the Gambling Commission of Great Britain. You can clearly see their licensing information on the site, so there’s no worries at all in that department. The site also has two major bodies for independent adjudication, ODR and IBAS.
You can find plenty of information to help you fight problem gambling here and hosts are trained to help with this behaviour too. Your personal information is protected by encryption.
Payments & Withdrawals
The cashier is a neat on-page affair which is really very simple. You can complete it in moments with a set of clear icons. Withdrawal wait times are a little high, listed as 4-7 days.
Fabulous Bingo accepts the major debit and credit cards like MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. You can also use PaySafeCard prepaid cards, Skrill or PayPal. Great to see all the main types catered for and PayPal is probably the most popular option for UK players. A few more e-wallets would just round things off a bit.
Customer Support
Visit the help link at the top right and you’ll find a simple guide to getting started. This is a nice touch for newcomers and includes info on your account, ID, depositing and how to contact the site. They have some good FAQs here which cover all the main points, but could be arranged a little better.
You can use email, phone or live chat to get in touch. The opening hours are not 24/7 sadly but they are 8am to 1am which is good. Staff are a little slow to reply and require all your login information to answer anything.
Bonuses & Promotions
Fabulous Bingo shines when it comes to promotions, going the extra mile to do some different things. Find £100 guaranteed jackpots in the 100 Club, or special bingo events like a £1,000,000 jackpot! There are themed offers and regular updates. You can even win shopping vouchers.
The welcome bonus offers a tempting £20 bingo credit and £10 other games credit for a £10 deposit. The bingo bonus has a 3x wagering requirement and the slots bonus has a 30x requirement, both below average. Nice work!
Device Compatibility
Fabulous Bingo has a useful mobile page on the promotions section to detail their mobile functionality. You can download an app from the iTunes store to play on iPhones, or there’s an Apple app but this requires manual installation. You can also visit the site in your device browser.
The mobile site is nicely optimised. You can find bingo in a few taps. The bingo game is quite similar to the desktop version and includes the majority of rooms. You have a good purchasing panel and full chat access, always a plus point.
Variety & Originality
Fabulous Bingo has a good variety, split over eleven bingo rooms. You can play 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball and special games like Cash Cubes and Rainbow Riches Bingo. There’s even a themed Deal or No Deal room with a special bonus round, so there’s no shortage of unusual games and things to discover. There’s also a free newbies room to get you started.
The slots selection is also strong, with the Sun providing a themed Winning Headlines game. Other big names include Rainbow Riches and Winnings of Oz.
Loyalty & Rewards
Fabulous Bingo uses a bespoke ‘Fab points’ system. You earn these as you play, 1 for each £5 on bingo or £20 on other games. One problem; the Fab points store, also called the Hot Shop Fabulous Bingo boutique, is… well, just a form to convert your points to credit, like any other site. Looks great, but there’s no special reward for gaining points.
The site makes no other mention of VIP treatment but the support staff did confirm that there is an invitation only VIP tier with benefits like deposit matches, special events and free spins.
