Game typesKatie's Bingo Verdict
While this site may use a template design for the bingo console, there are enough little extra touches and generally high standard of service to make a difference. This is typical of the whole site, as many bingo sites have a nice home page and then the rest of the site is just standard, but Katie’s Bingo is different. The theme is seen everywhere and really works, showing a great attention to detail. No part of the site has been ignored. This is one of the best Dragonfish sites out there.

Design & Usability
This site is very well designed; it immediately stands out from the crowd, but doesn’t rely on gimmicks. You arrive on a clever splash screen, designed to be scrolled, with a series of colourful backgrounds in pastel shades. Front and centre you have Katie, a big cartoon girl with a friendly face.
Upon entry, you’ll go into a more traditional site, offering the usual top navigation bar and sections for games, promotions and so on. Everywhere you look there are extra splashes of colour and welcoming text. Social media can be reached easily at the top. While it can feel a little ‘busy’ in places, this is a very accessible, well presented site and puts standard template sites to shame.
Software & Gameplay
You’re likely to recognise Dragonfish software when you fire up Katie’s Bingo. This is very good software and starts you on the lobby, with a sidebar showing your loyalty level and allowing you to access preferences. Bingo, slots and more can be found on the tabs. What really stands out here is that the rooms are not just standard Dragonfish’s rooms and even those which are have their own artwork. Great attention to detail.
The bingo itself has a neat tutorial to show you around and is a very bright design. You’ll have no issues finding the ticket shop and other controls. Chat gets a big window thanks to a wide screen design. We had no issues finding hosts and chatty players, always a huge plus!
Safety & Security
There’s no issue with security here. Katie’s Bingo is licensed and regulated by the Great Britain Gambling Commission and by the Government of Gibraltar. You’ll also find that they have the independent eCOGRA seal, assuring customers of fairness and safety on site.
The site has a secure certificate and uses 128 bit SSL encryption to protect transactions. There’s also a responsible gaming policy with safety measures.
Payments & Withdrawals
Visit My Account and you’ll find a pop-up cashier window. The process is very simple and will be quicker after your first deposit, when the system recalls your details. The window is a little clunky, not as modern as the main site, but perfectly functional and protected by security.
You can deposit here using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro, or electronic options like PayPal, PaySafeCard are available too. A good set overall. Withdrawals times a little long, 4-7 days for cards and 4-5 for PayPal.
Customer Support
Clicking the support button at the top will reveal a nicely presented help page. The site has some guides to help you get started, ideal for new players. There’s also a good set of FAQs to help you avoid needing the support team.
Should you need to contact the team, you have the option of email, phone and live chat. Emails are answered within 48 hours and the phone line is toll-free for UK callers, plus it’s operated 24/7. Live chat is available 10am – 2am 7 days a week.
Bonuses & Promotions
Katie’s Bingo shines when it comes to promotions. They are largely unique and presented with bespoke artwork that matches the site theme, not just stock promotions with default art. There’s a good variety too.
For the current welcome bonus, Katie is offering a generous £40 to play with when you deposit just £10. You’ll also get 20 free spins on perennial favourite Fluffy Too.
Other promotions include Katie’s Cocktail Party which is a monthly bingo party with a £200 jackpot and free spins as extra prizes. There’s a happy hour on Mondays, referral bonuses for friends, reload bonuses on second and third deposits and a monthly £1000 jackpot. Everything is nicely presented and the terms are easy to see, no hidden surprises. Very well done, Katie’s Bingo!

Device Compatibility
Katie’s Bingo has a mobile page in the Promotions section to tell you what’s on offer. They even present you with a poem! This is the kind of extra fun that sites need to capture to compete. There is not an app option, but you can visit the site via your mobile or tablet browser.
The site gives instructions to let you save the mobile page to your phone’s home screen, essentially making it as convenient as an app, which is a very clever idea. The mobile page has a unique home page, while the software follows the standard Dragonfish template, but with all Katie’s graphics and colours. Chat is included too. A top effort.
Variety & Originality
Variety is good here, if somewhat limited by the standard Dragonfish selection. You will find over twelve bingo rooms, covering 90 ball, 75 ball and 5-line bingo. Even the standard rooms have their own Katie’s Bingo artwork. You’ll find various pot sizes including some regular big links, plus there’s four free bingo rooms!
Katie’s Cocktail Party is listed as a distinct room, opening monthly. You also have a broad slot selection, though nothing unique to this site.
Loyalty & Rewards
Katie’s Bingo has a cool loyalty club called Katie’s Crew, showing again that the theme is not just a one-shot thing. This is a four-tier system, just like other Cassava sites, but it has been spruced up with unique artwork showing four characters and it has also been neatly explained.
Players start as rookies then move to Pro after wagering £10, Master after £50 and Champion after £200. These are reset each month. Higher tiers gain access to bingo bonuses, free bingo, free spins and up to £1000 in slots bonuses. Very tangible rewards, great to see.
