Cheeky Bingo Verdict
Cheeky Bingo is a cut above the average Cassava site. Though the game selection and promo selection could stand to be bigger, they do put an effort in to give you interesting offers and fun chat. Between the busy community, a really strong site theme and lots of extra touches like real world events, this is a site with a lot to offer. Definitely punching above their weight.

Design & Usability
Cheeky Bingo starts you with a landing page, displaying some real winners and bonus info. Entering the site gives you a super bright yellow and purple scheme, which people will love or hate. The site’s mascot is a sassy female emoticon which you may recognise from TV ads. Scrolling boxes and floating buttons make it immediately clear that the site has had time spent on it.
Getting around the site is easy. You’ll find the usual top navigation bar and account controls, plus each page is pretty neatly laid out. One slight hiccup is that we had trouble logging in. One great touch on the Promotions page is that they’re all written from the mascot’s point of view (‘Today I’m offering…’) which is a bit different. Other extras include a Cheeky YouTube channel, news about their events and other items that give the site more presence.
Software & Gameplay
You’ll see a nice lobby here which is based on a pretty standard Cassava template. Account info is at the top, spruced up a little with an animated section. Bingo is arranged neatly by tabs and everything runs smoothly.
The bingo rooms are similarly smooth and though it’s a standard template, it is easy to see and use. Chat gets a big window and we had no problems finding chatting roomies right away, plus a host running a chat game. There seems to be a fun community here.
Safety & Security
Cheeky Bingo is fully up to scratch, licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. They have informative links for fair play, their privacy policy and responsible gambling, which includes some great guidelines.
You’ll also find the eCOGRA certificate for safety and fair play here. They use SSL encryption to protect your user data and transactions. Everything’s in order here.
Payments & Withdrawals
You have a pop-up cashier here which you’ll recognise form other Cassava sites if you’re an old hand at online bingo. You can deposit by wire transfer or any major credit or debit card like MasterCard and Visa. You also have the options of PaySafeCard and PayPal. More e-wallets would be better, but at least they got the main one.
Depositing is easy enough and should present no problems. Withdrawals seem to take just over the average, around 4-7 days depending on method.
Customer Support
Reaching support is pretty easy here, with a standard help page. There are text links for calling and email options (which should really just be there on the main help page, but it isn’t a big deal). They have a phone logo with 24/7 on it, but in fact that phone lines are 10am-6pm on Monday to Friday. This site lacks live chat, so the only actual 24/7 method is email. Having said that, the payment section seems to have live chat, presumably run by a third party to deal specifically with banking.
Though these methods are limited, the support team seem to be good. You also get some handy info on bingo lingo and getting started, for complete beginners.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus at Cheeky Bingo is good, with a £10 freebie just for registering a card (the downside to which is that you have to register a card to look around). You can get a 300% match on your first deposit, up to £100, then 100% up to £100 on your second and third. Good offers overall. You need to wager through bonus cash four times on bingo to be able to withdraw.
The site’s other promotions are quite limited, with some guaranteed jackpots and free bingo. However, though the amount is small, they do have some unique promotions such as a giveaway of Atari consoles at the time of writing.
Device Compatibility
Cheeky Bingo makes an effort to put links to their mobile offerings around the site, including a floating button on the main pages. This will take you to the iOS store where they have a highly-rated app. They do not have an Android app, but you can access the site via browser on any device and this is almost the same experience.
The app and mobile site are nice and smooth, as is always the case with Dragonfish software. Bingo is done especially well and you can still chat. You’ll even find a special jackpot game for mobile players, offering a share of £500 for 10p a ticket, every Monday. Very nice to see!
Variety & Originality
Cheeky Bingo has variety, offering 90 ball, 75 ball and 5-line bingo, though more types would be nice to see on this growing site. They have plenty of rooms, over ten, opening at various times. You can find a mighty eight free bingo rooms too, though note that some are only open at special times or limited to newbies and VIPs. While the games are themed and there’s a good mix, there’s nothing unique here. You will find linked games.
The slot selection is good, with some big names like Rainbow Riches and Starburst. Overall the quality is high, from graphics to features.
Loyalty & Rewards
The Cheeky VIP programme is called the All Stars Club which claims to be pretty exclusive, with limited places so members can be dropped if they don’t ‘meet requirements’. VIPs get an account manager and various extras, including bigger and more frequent bonuses, exclusive VIP only tournaments and promotions, free cash drops and special events. This appears to be invitation only and it’s unclear how much you need to be wagering to get each benefit, but they certainly sound good. Events include seeing famous comedians and singers.
Regular players accrue Cheeky Points as they play, which can be cashed in for credit as usual. All in all, there’s something for everyone, but a bit more transparency would be great.
