It has a great social side, and it’s always fun to take part in the chat tourneys for the opportunity to get to make new friends, as well as win prizes. The only changes we’d like to see made are the addition of more bingo variants, lower withdrawal amounts, and the 48-hour wait before your payment is processed to be improved.

Plus, while the minimum deposit amount is low (£5), the minimum withdrawal amount of £30 is too high, in our opinion. Customer Support
There are three ways to get in touch with Customer Support – email, telephone, or live chat. All three options are available 24/7, and our impression of the agents is that they’re fast, efficient, and friendly. Our only gripe is that the live chat facility isn’t properly explained. Instead of a button that launches a live chat session, you need to enter any bingo room and choose ‘Help’ from the drop-down menu at the top of the chat window. This leaves you able to continue playing your current game while simultaneously talking one-on-one with whichever customer service rep is current manning the Help Room. If this were made clearer, we’d be giving Sing Bingo 5/5 instead of 4/5 for customer support.

Device Compatibility
You can access the ‘Mobile’ page from the main menu. It explains that you can play using your device’s web browser. Alternatively, you can download a dedicated iOS app from the Apple AppStore. The ‘Mobile’ page is somewhat out-of-date as only mentions 90-ball bingo and slots being available whereas we found that 75-ball games were accessible too.
Variety & Originality
Although Sing Bingo boasts exclusive rooms, it doesn’t offer much in the way of bingo variants (with the exception of Bingo Vegas games). Some of the slots are the same as those you can find at other Cassava Enterprises sites (e.g. Shaman’s Dream and Fluffy Favourites), but you’ll also find hugely popular slots from IGT and NetEnt like Wolf Run and Starburst.
Other plus points are that there are a large number of bingo rooms to choose from, an abundance of free and penny games for non-depositing players and funded members, and a generous serving of jackpot games.
Loyalty & Rewards
