Bingo Extra Verdict
Bingo Extra has a lot going for it. This site is better than average in most departments, from game software to selection to promotions. With just a few weak spots, Bingo Extra still deserves a look. The generous and original promotions make the site attractive and Extra Bingo really does have a lot of extras to offer.

Design & Usability
Bingo Extra kicks off with a bright page that’s neatly laid out, around a central panel advertising the latest offers. The artwork here shows a happy lady in the dot-art style of classic comic books. The same style is used elsewhere on the site and it gives the site a dynamic feel, like there’s a permanent sale on!
The site’s layout is easy to navigate and includes some neat little additions like sharing buttons. There’s a community page with lots of interesting reading, making you feel more at home. Registration is quick and simple.
Software & Gameplay
The bingo lobby loads pretty speedily here and begins with a series of preferences, such as auto daub and card price alerts. As with some other Alderney sites, you can set lucky numbers which give you an extra chance to win. The lobby is neat, with a city background on the right and menus on the left. You can also see which rooms have hosts at a glance.
Entering a room reveals a very tidy bingo game with clear controls. There’s a useful zoom button for making cards larger, which may be invaluable to those with sight problems. Chat is tiny by default but if you close the mini games, you get a nice, big space. On the downside, we found chat to be very quiet here. On the plus side, there were friendly hosts about, so it may just be a case of arriving at the right time.
Safety & Security
You’re in good hands at Bingo Extra, with up-to-date security and 128-bit encryption for transactions, provided by WorldPay. The site is fully licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and UK Gambling Commission, with details on show at the site footer.
There’s a useful responsible gaming section here too, with settings to help you limit spending.
Payments & Withdrawals
Click on Cashier at the top right to get the banking page. The system here is really simple and easy to use; it’s just a set of clearly labelled buttons. You can’t go wrong at all. Withdrawals start at a low minimum of £10 and take the standard 3-5 working days.
You can deposit at Bingo Extra using credit or debit cards like Visa and Mastercard, or with Neteller, PayPal and PaySafeCard. A good selection all round.
Customer Support
Support is a little hidden down at the bottom of the site, but you’ll soon find it. The help page is clear and concise, giving you access to email, phone lines and live chat, all of which are available 24/7. Just what we like to see.
The team are welcoming and knowledgeable, though responses may take a little while. There’s plenty of support in any case, between these methods and the FAQs.
Bonuses & Promotions
Starting with a nice welcome bonus, Bingo Extra has a lot to offer in promotions. Your first deposit is matched at 400% for bingo (up to £200), or alternatively you can choose 100% (up to £50) for slots. The bingo bonus has a standard 4x wagering requirement, while the slots has 25x.
You’ll also find welcome bonuses on your second and third deposits which can be worth up to £100. There is a regular 10k sliding jackpot here and other fun jackpot games like Bingo Lotto Progressive, where everyone playing gets a share. There’s a lot of choice here and several promotions that break the usual mould, such as a chance to win a £100 weekly shop at ASDA. This site sets a high standard for variety.
Device Compatibility
Bingo Extra does not have any apps and is lacking a page to explain their mobile setup. However, they do have a mobile site which you can access using the same login details, by visiting the site on your mobile browser.
The mobile site is well made and reflects the main site well, with the same artwork and style. There’s a useful sidebar menu which is easy to navigate with taps. The bingo itself is nicely made too and easy to view, plus you can join in chat. All in all, it’s a good service which rivals the main site.
Variety & Originality
Bingo Extra offers over 14 rooms, plus daily, weekly and monthly jackpot games. There’s a monthly 10k jackpot room and a mixture of ticket prices, from 1p. The rooms have artwork and each has a distinct feel. There are some unique rooms here, which is always a plus point. You have a choice of 90 ball, 75 ball and 5-line bingo. There does not appear to be any free bingo here.
The slots setup is strong, including some major names from the slots world like Starburst and Rainbow Riches. Most of the games are of this high standard, plus you can grab some free spins.
Loyalty & Rewards
Bingo Extra operates the Extra Club, where you can earn rewards for your loyalty. There are 5 VIP levels from Newbie (by default) to Emerald. You rise through the ranks by spending, to earn loyalty points.
There are some good rewards here which make it worth sticking around. You can claim free spins on your birthday (or cash at higher tiers), a dedicated VIP manager, faster withdrawals, daily free cards and spins. A good system with something for everyone.
