Game typesBuzz Bingo Verdict
Add a few more card and table games and payment options, and a little more clarity around the qualifying criteria for the VIP Club, and Buzz Bingo would be winging its way into our top UK bingo sites list with ease. Overall, it’s an excellent site with plenty of games to choose from, exclusive and regularly-changing promotions, zero bonus wagering requirements, and a great mobile app.

Design & Usability
It seems as though Buzz Bingo has made a conscious effort to use neutral colours throughout its website, which means that hopefully, men will be encouraged to join the ladies for a session or two of online bingo.
The Buzz Bingo logo is the same as the one that’s displayed at the brand’s land-based clubs, and it uses a shiny red bingo ball surrounded by glitter.
A page-wide advert moves through the Slot of the Week, the welcome offer, and the story of the site’s first £100k winner, and provides buttons that you can click to find out more.
There’s a mini-login form that saves you having to click through the Login link if you’re in a hurry to play, and just beneath it, there’s a button that lets you create an account.
On the homepage, you’ll find a selection of the most popular games, recently added games, the bingo schedule, a live chat launch button, and reasons why you should consider becoming a member.
Software & Gameplay
Playtech’s Virtue Fusion software is used to power Buzz Bingo, and in our opinion, it’s one of the best-made bingo platforms on the market. It comes with an impressive range of unique bingo variants and rooms, and in the case of Buzz, there are a further three standalone rooms that you can play in.
There are many features included in the software, including a pre-buy facility, side games, and chat, and even though the site has only just launched at the time of writing this review, the rooms are already nice and busy.
You can also add friends as “buddies” so that you can see when they’re online and which room they’re playing in so that you can join them.
Safety & Security
Buzz Bingo is regulated and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. The Playtech software uses an RNG to provide fair game outcomes, and SSL encryption is used to keep your information secure and safe.
Payments & Withdrawals
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Bank Transfer, and Paypal are the only support banking methods at present. But, the good news is that you can add and withdraw as little as £5 per transaction, and your withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours.
Customer Support
Although support isn’t offered around-the-clock, Buzz Bingo still makes a good effort to be there for its members by giving you several ways in which you can contact its team. You can use live chat, email, telephone or post, and the operating hours for both telephone and live chat are 8 AM to 10 PM. You can also drop by any of Buzz’s clubs to speak to a member of staff.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome offer is designed to encourage online members to try out Buzz’s clubs and vice versa. Hence, it offers you a £30 online bingo bonus, a £20 slot bonus and a further £10 voucher to use in-club. To claim this, simply sign up, deposit and spend £10.
Your £20 slot bonus can be used on the iconic Rainbow Riches slot, however the winnings have a 20x wagering requirement, which is a shame considering Buzz Bingo used to offer no-wagering.
New players (both funded and non-funded) get seven days’ free access to the Newbie Room. There’s also a Slot of the Week promotion that pays out a minimum jackpot of £500 to ten players who’ve staked at least £1 on the game during the promotional period.
There are also bingo prize draws, Free Bingo Thursdays and Saturdays, £20k Prize Nights, £500k Weekends and more.
Terms & Conditions: New players only. Deposit & Stake £10 on Bingo (not inc. Bingo Millions) Get £30 Bingo Bonus (with x4 wagering) £20 Rainbow Riches slot bonus (x20 wagering) & £10 Club vouchers (after qualification). 18+
Device Compatibility
Buzz Bingo offers mobile players a choice of Android and iOS apps which are well-designed and easy to use. And, for owners of other device types, the mobile website does an excellent job of providing you with entertainment on-the-go.
Variety & Originality
For variety, you won’t find much better than Buzz Bingo. As a Virtue Fusion site, it’s packed to the rafters with 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, and speed bingo rooms, many of which include exciting bingo variants like Deal or No Deal, Rainbow Riches, and Age of the Gods Bingo. However, some Virtue Fusion games like Cash Cubes, Lucky Numbers, and Who Wants to be a Million are missing.
There are also three exclusive rooms – Newbie, Value, and Blast.
You can also enjoy a wealth of slots, instant wins, and casino games, including Pixies of the Forest, Da Vinci Diamonds, Mega Jackpots Cleopatra, Clover Rollover, Adventures in Wonderland, Double Juicy Scratch, Ladies Night, Mini Blackjack, and European Roulette. However, we’d like to see the range of table and card games extended.
It’s particularly refreshing to see that there are five exclusive slots: Read All About It, The Wild Mob, Lumberjack Cash, Splatter Cake, and Juicy Fruity.
Loyalty & Rewards
To become a member of the Buzz Bingo Diamond Club, you must be personally invited by one of the Diamond Team. However, they’re constantly scouting for new members, so you could be lucky enough to gain membership depending on the qualifying criteria (which are sadly not mentioned).
All Diamond members get birthday surprises, invitations to special events such as concerts, shows, sporting events and even holidays, the opportunity to play in two exclusive bingo sessions every month, and the opportunity to take part in Diamond-only monthly promotions like free spins, cashback, and bonus offers.
