What we recommend instead
Paddy Power Bingo Verdict
Paddy Power Bingo is far more than an add-on to a sportsbook. Largely thanks to the Virtue Fusion platform, it manages to provide a great bingo experience with quite a few exclusives. Some parts of the user experience are confusing or missing (the lack of wagering information is a real negative), but it remains a good experience overall. Mobile players in particular will feel well rewarded here. One of the country's best bingo sites which supports a great brand.

Design & Usability
As you might expect from a sportsbook focused company, Paddy Power Bingo has a functional but plain design. The site opts for a green and pink colour scheme throughout, which helps distinguish it from other Paddy products, and is fairly pleasing on the eye.
In terms of artwork, Paddy Power Bingo opts for a semi-realistic 3D design which is consistent across all banners and promotional images. Again, it looks good, but it’s not particularly interesting – in fact, it looks a little generic nowadays.
Of course, keeping a simple layout and not adding too many thrills is a positive for the usability of the site. Everything is laid out neatly; players will always know exactly where they’re heading on the site.
Software & Gameplay
Paddy Power Bingo is powered by PlayTech’s Virtue Fusion software, offering a similar, quality experience to sites like Gala Bingo and Sun Bingo. With a wide variety of platform exclusive game variants, players will find little fault with the software powering the site.

Safety & Security
As you should expect from a top bingo site, Paddy Power Bingo has a number of safety and security measures in place to help protect players. By clicking through on the site, you can also see detailed explanations of each feature, in case you wanted to learn more about each one.
Payments & Withdrawals
With a wide variety of payment options, all players should be able to use their preferred method at Paddy Power Bingo. All major Debit/Credit Cards are accepted, along with e-wallets like Paysafecard and PayPal.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are very fair on the site too. All deposits on the site must be at least £5, while players can withdraw a minimum of £10 at a time too. This makes bingo more affordable and fairer to players.
One problem we did encounter with the site was a lack of information about wagering requirements. For example, there’s no reference to how many times the welcome bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. This information will probably be made available through the Live Chat service, but it really needs to be easier for the player to find.
Customer Support
Paddy Power Bingo’s Customer Service tools may be linked with the rest of the site, but there are FAQs dedicated to Bingo to help players out. Plus, with a huge array of Support options available (including a dedicated Twitter Help account), getting help is not an issue.
One great feature is an Average Response Time listing, which gives players a realistic idea of what to expect from each contact method. Pressed for time? You’ll be able to pick the right method for you.
However, players may encounter problems with the site’s Live Chat system. In the Help section, there are clear links to a Live Chat, but pressing the button in a variety of browsers seemed to do nothing. There was no indication that the option was inactive or down either – it simply seemed to not be working. If this is a widespread issue, it damages Paddy’s excellent Customer Support options.
Bonuses & Promotions
There’s a good variety of promotions on offer at Paddy Power Bingo. From prize giveaways to enhanced jackpot games, the site has something for players of all descriptions. On any given day, there’s usually something going on on the site.
Outside of major weekly/monthly promotions, there isn’t a great deal of excitement in the range. In fact, it’s pretty dull, especially from a brand like Paddy Power. It’s a good (very close to great) range of promotions – it just needs that extra edge to really stand out.
Device Compatibility
Mobile users can expect a great experience at Paddy Power Bingo too. The site is designed to be fully responsive, allowing it to display properly across all devices and screen sizes. Paddy Power Bingo also offers mobile bingo apps for both iOS and Android devices, offering easy access to the site to players on both platforms.
Thanks to the Virtue Fusion platform, everything that is available on desktop is also available on smartphone or tablet. PlayTech’s newest game variant Cash Cubes is also available on mobile, offering something that is currently playable on desktop. If you’re looking for a quality experience on the go, Paddy Power Bingo is definitely worth your time.
Variety & Originality
Paddy Power Bingo has a good variety of bingo rooms (including the aforementioned PlayTech variants like Rainbow Riches Bingo and Deal or No Deal Bingo), but there doesn’t seem to be any exclusive bingo rooms on the site.
Instead, the site has focused on supplying branded slot games for players to try out. In the Exclusive tab on the site, you can find games like Paddy’s Lucky Mine and Paddy’s Lucky Pigeon, offering something a little different for players.
There’s a wide variety of exclusive games from Paddy’s Games section which are available through the bingo section too; slot players are bound to find something new to play. It’s just a shame that bingo players can’t say the same.
Loyalty & Rewards
As a reward for high depositing players, Paddy Power has a four tier VIP system. When players wager and play games on Paddy Power Bingo, they accrue Star Points which can be banked and redeemed on bonuses.
Plus, as you spend more, you’ll move through the tier system and earn extra rewards, including free bingo with big money prizes. It’s a simple VIP system, but the ability to bank points and spend them as you wish makes it feel extra rewarding.
