mFortune Bingo Verdict
mFortune Bingo is a really strong site, which has a lot to offer to both new players and veterans. The site is primarily made for mobile and may seem awkward to navigate on desktop, but you get used to it quickly. The fact that everything feels unique, from the lobby, to the games, to the loyalty system, means it’s fresh and interesting to play here. While some more bingo offerings and promotions would be good, this site has most bases covered and it’s a welcome change of pace.

Design & Usability
You arrive at mFortune Bingo to see a bold background with flying bingo balls of all colours. There are actually several backgrounds which cycle, showing other scenes like a hot air balloon. They have a four-leaf clover logo and the overall feel of the site is approachable and welcoming.
Navigation is fairly easy here with all site’s games site linked on a bar across the middle. Above that is the main advert, then above that your user area. Other areas like promotions are linked down at the bottom. There’s a lot which you can’t see clearly until you enter the lobby. The registration process here is a little tiresome and won’t let you proceed without a current mobile phone number.
Software & Gameplay
mFortune uses their own bespoke software and it really stands out from the crowd. The bingo lobby is fun and busy, using animation and music. You start off getting to pick your username and avatar. There are quick buttons for account and support, slot games and bingo rooms are listed on the right. Most buttons also have pop-up help information. You can see which rooms have hosts by clicking them, before entering.
The bingo game is a little small here, with slot mini games taking up a huge chunk of the page. You only get a small bingo view and quite a cramped chat window, which is a shame because the rooms are active with chatters and hosts. You’ll have no problem finding people here. Overall, despite drawbacks, it’s fun and accessible software. You can even choose your background music through the ‘bingo radio’!
Safety & Security
You’ll find a secure site at mFortune Bingo and they use VeriSign security to protect your payments online. The site is regulated and licenced by the UK Gambling Commission.
There’s a responsible gaming section on site with links to helpful anti-addiction organisations, including a GamCare certification. The site also has accolades from various places, such as Best Mobile Bingo product at the 2014 eGR Awards, demonstrating their success in the field.
Payments & Withdrawals
Clicking ‘deposit’ at the top right gets you a handy pop-up display with a simple cashier. This is very easy to use and you just follow the buttons as they’re presented. You have a minimum withdrawal of £10 for depositing players, but they can take up to seven working days.
Payment methods accepted at mFortune include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Switch for debit and credit cards, or PaySafeCard, PayPal, Skrill and phone banking. Plenty of choice and all the big names.
Customer Support
Support is pretty easy to find at mFortune, thanks to a little sidebar which you can click from any page. This opens up to reveal live chat, a phone line and email. The big three are here and available 24/7, which is excellent news.
Better yet, this site operates a call back service. You can text a number asking for help and they’ll call you back for free, in around 5 minutes. That’s a really nice touch and makes the site more accessible. The support staff are friendly and answer questions in thorough detail, though they might also try to promote to you.
Bonuses & Promotions
mFortune Bingo has a pretty basic welcome bonus of 100%, directly matching the cash you deposit. This is a little low compared to competitors, but on the plus side, it has only a 1x wagering requirement, although there are some tight restrictions on withdrawing. Once you spend the bonus and that initial deposit, everything else is yours. There’s also £5 free just for signing up.
This site does not have a lot of promotions, but they do feel specific to this site. You can refer a friend and receive a £5 bonus and half of the first deposit they make on their account, up to £100. There’s a regular 10% deposit bonus and some special offers on their social media accounts, too.
Device Compatibility
mFortune Bingo is actually a mobile site primarily, so as you’d expect their mobile offerings are good. You have an app to install to play these games on your phone, but to start with you access the site on your phone browser as normal. There’s plenty of information about this on the home page. Then you’ll be given a file to install. This seems to work for iPhone and Android.
Opening the software gives you a really nice mobile page, with settings, support access and more. You have access to all the main functions of the site and the games. There’s a short wait time for installation. The bingo looks great on the small screen and has 3D animation. The mobile offering is just as good as desktop, in fact the layout makes more sense on mobile and feels right. A very robust offering here.
Variety & Originality
mFortune Bingo has eleven bingo rooms named after precious gems, from Emerald to Topaz. Three of these are only open for jackpot events. The rooms don’t appear to have a great deal of difference between them, all offering 90 ball bingo. There’s not much variety in terms of ticket price on offer. Free bingo also seems to be missing, sadly. In short, the originality is there but not the variety.
The site has a lot of slots on offer, over 40, all bespoke titles with their own style and art. This is a really good offering and it’s great if you want a change from the usual names. Sherlock – Murdered to Death stands out as a fun slot with a strong theme. There are just a few casino games, but they’re there if you want them.
Loyalty & Rewards
mFortune Bingo has its own VIP programme, which is a true high roller system so it’s invitation only. Rewards range from previews of new games and unique promotions to dedicated support, bonus cash, luxury gifts and special events. This is a very luxurious and flashy VIP setup.
Regular players are not left out, as the site lets you accrue loyalty points and convert them to credit. You can also save them up, to convert to cash, gifts and experience days in the Loyalty Shop. It’s a really nice system and gives you something tangible to look forward to. The setup here is very smart and caters to everyone.
