Kingdom Of Bingo Verdict
Kingdom of Bingo is a brilliant bingo site. While it may be built from a fairly standard template, the site has done so much work to personalise everything that it doesn’t matter. Rooms have fun, themed names and the site’s artwork and characters are everywhere, not just used once on the home page and forgotten about. Though there is room for improvement, this site makes a big effort and it pays off for players.
Design & Usability
Kingdom of Bingo has brilliant artwork. The home page features a really busy and detailed full-page background of a medieval castle, complete with knights (armed with plungers), a King and Queen, a Princess and of course bingo balls flying everywhere! It’s very good and the characters here are also used on promotions, so it’s not just a one-page thing.
Navigation is pretty easy thanks to a top bar with drop-down options for all the sub-menus, so you can get to anything with one click. The home page has some nice welcome text. A personal favourite: get your login wrong and you see a cartoon wizard saying ‘You shall not pass!’. These little touches are all over the site, even down to the registration form.
Software & Gameplay
Kingdom of Bingo gives you a choice of a classic lobby or a tablet-style lobby. The tablet lobby is a bit more stripped back and minimalist and compares to the view you get on the mobile version of the site. It looks good and would suit a touchscreen, but also lacks some of the quirky details on the classic lobby. They use the site mascots and theme on the lobby, which is always good to see.
Bingo games here start with a quick tutorial of how to use them. You get a fairly simple but neat bingo game and a slim but tall chat window. The chat was very quiet when we visited, but we did find a chat host immediately. The use of unique bingo room names makes the site more fun to play on.
Safety & Security
They also have the eCOGRA seal of approval for a fair, tested website. This site is licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner under the laws of Gibraltar and the Great Britain Gambling Commission.
Payments & Withdrawals
When it comes to depositing, you have a pop-up cashier with the options of phone, wire transfer or online by credit and debit card. Kingdom of Bingo also accepts PaySafeCard, but sadly does not accept any e-wallet payments such as Neteller. This is a big area to miss out on, maybe it’s too modern for these medieval sorts?
Withdrawals are easy to grab and should take around the average time, 3-5 working days.
Click on Help at the end of the main navigation bar to get a pretty robust help section. This includes some basics like an FAQ and a guide to bingo, as well as different bingo types, for those who are totally new.
You can use email to contact the team, or a toll-free phone line. While the site does suggest that there’s live chat here, it actually means you can ask chat hosts. Hosts are indeed helpful on this site, but they cannot give you dedicated time like a true support chat.
Bonuses & Promotions
Kingdom of Bingo offers a good welcome bonus, 300% for your first deposit, up to £60.

This site goes the extra mile with artwork for each promotion, such as a cheeky jester for the 13k Jester’s Jackpot. They have some fairly standard offerings like penny bingo and guaranteed jackpots, but give them an original spin with art and text, so a great effort here.
You can play this site on mobile devices by putting the address into your mobile or tablet browser. This should work with most devices types and operating systems.
The site sadly has no apps, but the mobile site is nicely made and features the same artwork as the main site. Getting around is very easy and they make good use of the reduced space. The bingo itself is also well made, with a drawn background and sliding menus that don’t leave you trying to tap tiny buttons.
Variety & Originality
The variety here is pretty standard, featuring primarily 90 ball and 75 ball bingo. However, this is spread over more than ten rooms, including special jackpots and free bingo. Rooms open at various times and each one has its own artwork and special name (such as ‘All Knight Long’ and ‘Treasure Trove’) so they give you the feeling of more variety and originality. It’s great to see more than just bog standard rooms.
For something a little different, you can play Bingo Vegas here, which is essentially a bingo game with cards instead of balls, with a 5-card max. This is a great game for fairness, as it caps how much people can dominate with bulk buying.
Loyalty & Rewards
Kingdom of Bingo uses the Diamond Club VIP system and it fittingly has five feudal tiers for you to climb. The amounts needed for each level are made clear, which is good for responsible gaming, plus they’re pretty fair.
Higher ranks gain free spins, exclusive games, bonus cash and deposit bonuses, among other things. A pretty nice set of rewards, with some variety.
