What we recommend instead
Comfy Bingo Verdict
Although Comfy Bingo doesn’t have any exclusive games and offers that other LBN sites don’t, it’s still one of the oldest and most popular brands on the Live Bingo Network. So, if you’re looking for a good all-rounder that supports mobile play and offer 24/7 customer support, you should settle in nicely at Comfy.

Design & Usability
We think it’s fair to say that the graphics are a little cheesy, but that’s okay, because the grinning bingo ball that forms part of the brand’s logo and the yummy mummy relaxing on her sofa while enjoying Comfy’s games help add to its charms and make it look inviting.
Comfy Bingo uses the standard menu system that comes with the Cozy Games website template, and it includes key pages like Support, Mobile, Promotions, and Slots. The remainder of the layout is more unique, and it features small boxes that show you items of interest such as recent winners, featured games, featured players, and current jackpots. We also appreciate that there’s a very nicely written introduction that doesn’t just ‘sell’ the site but also aims to give you a good flavour of what you can look forward to as a member both short-term and long-term.
Software & Gameplay
Comfy Bingo is powered by Cozy Games, which you’ll be familiar with if you’ve played at other LBN sites in the past. Even if you’re new to it, it’s pretty easy and basic to use, and provides a reliable and enjoyable playing experience. You can also talk to your fellow players and the chat hosts, pre-buy game cards, and enjoy side games.
Safety & Security
Comfy is regulated and licensed by the Isle of Man Government and the UK Gambling Commission. The Trustwave certificate indicates that your identity and credit card information are kept secure during transmission, and the iTech Labs certificate shows that the random number generator (which is used to ensure fair game outcomes) has been independently tested. Links to the site’s terms and conditions and privacy policy are provided at the very bottom of each page, and there’s also plenty of information on responsible gaming.
Payments & Withdrawals
The choice of payment methods is good, and includes Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Skrill, Neteller, Paypal, Boku (Pay by Mobile), and Paysafecard. However, this plus point is negatively offset by the £2 processing charge that’s applied to withdrawals of under £30, and the fact that you can only request one withdrawal every five days.
Customer Support
The full range of support options are offered, including live chat, telephone, email, and online support ticket, and better still, both live chat and telephone are available 24/7. There’s also a link at the bottom of the site to the FAQ page, and on the right-hand side, there’s a large clickable banner that launches the live chat service from every page.
Bonuses & Promotions
The initial promotions of interest to new players are the £15 no-deposit bonus and the 500% first deposit bonus.
The £15 no-deposit bonus can be claimed by validating a credit or debit card when you complete the registration form, and you get thirty days in which to use it. However, you won’t be able to withdraw any winnings without making a deposit, and once you’ve funded your account, your bonus will be carried forward as casino cash (up to a maximum of £50) which is subject to 8x bingo or 20x slots wagering requirements.
The 500% first deposit bonus requires you to deposit £5 or more, and lets you use it within thirty days. The wagering requirements are lower than the no-deposit bonus: 4x bingo or 10x slots.
Sadly, there seem to be a lot less general promotions on offer at LBN sites these days, and at the time of this review, the only deals listed on the Promotions page (besides the introductory offers) are Casino Cash Rewards (get 5% to 20% casino cash when you deposit £25 to £200+ in any one week) and Free Bingo (claim ten free cards for games running in the Free Bingo Room). These really aren’t enough to keep players coming back for more, so it would be good to see the return of the previous tournaments, social media rewards, reload bonuses, and jackpot specials, as well as some unique offers that are exclusive to Comfy.
Device Compatibility
Click the Mobile page on the main menu, and you’ll find a brief explanation on how to play at Comfy on the move. You don’t need a special app as the main Comfy Bingo website adapts to mobile devices accordingly, and almost every smartphone and tablet is compatible.
Variety & Originality
As with almost every brand on the Live Bingo Network, originality is a big issue due to the ever-increasing number of sites that have joined the network, offering the same games and promotions. What we’d love to see more of is Cozy Games’ brands like Big Love Bingo, which features a unique bingo caller (Barry) and an exclusive 90-ball jackpot room to enhance its appeal.
Variety, however, is not an issue for Comfy as there are 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball, and 30-ball bingo rooms, as well as scratch cards, slots, casino games, and video poker.
Loyalty & Rewards
Comfy Bingo shows its gratitude to players by operating a loyalty scheme that lets you earn loyalty points to work your way up its four member levels. You need to achieve a fixed amount of points to get promoted to each new level, the highest of which gives you a 250% bonus on all your deposits.
