Design & Usability
You’ll find a refreshing design on Kelly’s Eye Bingo as this is a brand-new site for 2017, sporting some nice artwork and a consistent style. You have a background of purple tiles which blends nicely with the other art and a mascot of a feisty looking lady- our Kelly, probably!
Though the rest of the site doesn’t make much use of the theme, it is nicely made. There are a lot of little extras which add usability, like a rating system for slots and floating buttons for chat and social media. It’s a simple site but very easy to use.
Software & Gameplay
Kelly’s Eye Bingo has a lobby built into the page, like many Cozy sites, except they’ve taken the time to add a splash of colour and art. The rooms are also neatly organised by type.
Opening a room gets you the usual software, which is a little small and cramped but works fine. It’s pretty speedy and has useful pop-up information too, such as the latest bonus codes. The chat on this site seems to be pretty active and we were greeted instantly by a host.
Safety & Security
This site has a good responsible gaming section which provides controls in the case of overspending. You also get the benefit of strong security and encryption for your transactions.
Kelly’s Eye Bingo is fully licensed and regulated by both the UK Gambling Commission and the Isle of Man Gambling Commission, so you’re well covered in that regard. The site also has the approval of the iTech Labs, for a fairly tested random number generator.
Payments & Withdrawals
Kelly’s Eye Bingo accepts debit and credit cards like MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch and Solo. You also have a couple of e-wallet options, Neteller and PaySafeCard. Some more of these would make the site more accessible.
The cashier system is otherwise very easy to use, with a simple form on the main site, no pop-ups needed. You can pick your cash amount and your potential bonus, plus it tells you what the requirement will be there and then. Withdrawals are listed as taking 2-3 working days to process.
Customer Support
Pop to the help page and you get a big, easy to read page with all the site’s contact information readily available. FAQs are attached at the bottom too, to save you some time.
Kelly’s Eye Bingo can be reached through live chat, a ticket system and email. They are missing a phone line, which is unusual for a Cozy site, but the live chat should pick up the slack from that. The fact that it’s available 24/7 helps a lot in this regard.
Bonuses & Promotions
Kelly’s Eye Bingo has the same offers as seen on any Cozy site, but that’s not to say they’re bad, just not all that gripping. The site has regular jackpot bingo, free bingo and chat parties like the Break Time Quizzer. For 2017, things have been spruced up with the ‘Fun Ride’ where you advance a stage for completing certain tasks, like depositing, in return for a chance at a prize. So long as new offers like this drop in from time to time, the site will stay interesting.
The welcome bonus here is a 300% deposit boost, up to £150. You have a standard 4x wagering requirement on this and there are reloads for second and third deposits too. Your first deposit comes with 50 free spins, and there’s a £5 free to be claimed before depositing, too. It’s a fairly standard range of promotions.
Device Compatibility
Kelly’s Eye Bingo can be reached on your mobile device by using the browser. This should work for most platforms according to the site’s useful mobile explainer page. They offer 47 games and also an extra £5 free cash to claim.
The site has no apps but the mobile page is pretty good. It runs smoothly and has been cleverly adapted to tap and swipes. However, the slots outshine bingo here, as the small bingo display is quite basic.
Variety & Originality
Kelly’s Eye Bingo offers a broad selection of game types, which include 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball. Most of the rooms here are the same as on any Cozy site, with the exception of a unique game called Big Love Jackpot. This we like to see! This room opens at 7pm to 9pm each day and claims to be a first in bingo, a 100% self-funded room. Each penny you spend goes into the pot, with no house edge at all. The pot is started at £250. This is a really nice touch and having something different is worth is invaluable for a bingo site.
They also offer free bingo and some regular jackpot rooms, plus a pretty broad selection of slot games.
Loyalty & Rewards
The loyalty programme at Kelly’s Eye Bingo is called the Super VIP Club and stands out from other Cozy sites. You become a VIP by depositing at least £200 in a week, which is asking a lot for the average player. You can deposit even more to reach higher tiers, the Mega Brigade and Awesome Brigade.
On the plus side, the offers are good. You can get up to £100 weekly cashback, deposit deals, loyalty point bundles, more cash when you have a birthday or invite friends, tickets to VIP special games and even instant withdrawals. The top tier has a dedicated VIP manager, too. This one is certainly aimed at the high rollers.
