Dandy Bingo Verdict
Dandy Bingo is a very plain bingo site. They have a fair game selection and a ton of slots, but the software is nothing special. The only thing you can get here but not elsewhere is the people you’ll meet in chat, so it’s fortunate that the community seems to be active and friendly. Otherwise it’s just another bingo site, albeit of good quality.

Design & Usability
The site’s design is pretty standard, using a template seen on many Cozy sites. That being said, Dandy Bingo has spruced it up with bright colours and some photo art, though there’s no real theme per se. The purple, yellow and blue colour scheme might appeal to some… or it might give you a mild headache. The jury is still out!
The plus side here is that the site’s navigable and has good usability, as you really can’t go wrong, except for a few missing promotions. Each section is clearly labelled and you have some quick buttons for options like live chat and promotions. Registering won’t take you a minute.
Software & Gameplay
There is a lobby built into the site on Dandy Bingo, which doesn’t look amazing but it’s perfectly functional. You can quickly pick out a game from the list.
The bingo rooms are very simple and don’t look amazing, but they are easy to use. You do have a lot of preferences to tweak, from sound controls to dabbers. The chat rooms are very busy here, with plenty of people split across several rooms. Hosts are always on hand too. This seems to be a growing community.
Safety & Security
Dandy Bingo has strong security, using a fully secure certificate and encryption provided by Trustwave. They also have a random number generator certified for fairness by the iTech labs.
The site is licensed and regulated by both the UK Gambling Commission and the Isle of Man Gambling Commission, so everything is above board.
Payments & Withdrawals
Dandy Bingo accepts all the major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch and Solo. You also have the option of Neteller, PaySafeCard and Boku Mobile Payments, though sadly no PayPal.
Banking is pretty easy thanks to a straightforward depositing and withdrawing section which just lets you fill in the numbers or use quick buttons. You can’t go far wrong and withdrawals should be quite fast here, about 5 working days.
Customer Support
The help area is very good here and neatly puts all contact methods in one place, using large text and images. There’s also an FAQ section with a lot of useful information.
You can contact the team through live chat, phone, email or help desk tickets, so they go a bit beyond other some of the best online bingo sites in this regard. The lines are 24/7 and there’s a quick button to access live chat on other pages too. Coupled with good service, this is one of Dandy Bingo’s real strengths.
Bonuses & Promotions
Dandy Bingo has a bit of a lack of promotions and what they do have is from the Cozy network, nothing unique. They offer some slots cashback and jackpot bingo specials. The latest offer at time of writing is the Fun Ride, where you ‘make deposits to play new bingo games’ but this was hidden behind a button for another promotion and it’s quite unclear how it actually works.
The welcome bonus mentions a 400% match on your first deposit, though in practise you can choose various bonus options from 0 to 500%. This is a pretty good offer and only has a standard four times wagering requirement.
Device Compatibility
There is a mobile page on the Dandy Bingo main site, which tells you what mobile offerings they have. There is no app, but you can reach the site via your tablet or phone browser. The site is compatible with most phone brands.
On the downside, the mobile site is just like any Cozy mobile page. There is no chat and the bingo game is quite simplistic to watch. Still, slots work very well and it’s easy to use. There’s also an extra £20 to be claimed when you sign up on mobile.
Variety & Originality
The variety at Dandy Bingo is pretty good, thanks to several bingo game modes, including 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball. The rooms here are the same as on most Cozy sites sadly, but that still means you get over 10 rooms with various prices and pots. There is a free bingo offering and some regular jackpots, too.
When it comes to slots there’s loads to see, but only a few stand out as top titles. Casino games include blackjack, roulette and keno.
Loyalty & Rewards
There is not much of a loyalty system at Dandy Bingo. The FAQs speak of letting you earn loyalty points as you play, which can be redeemed for credit once you earn 1000. There are no tiers to this or special rewards, or at least they are not made obvious.
There may be a full VIP section hidden behind an invite only system but there’s certainly nothing to encourage members to stick around.
