Grace's Bingo Verdict
While safety and security are very important issues when deciding which bingo site to join, the fact that Grace’s Bingo is a safe, secure, and fair place to play doesn’t make up for the absence of a mobile platform, lack of promotions and originality, and loyalty scheme which offers very little value and room for progression. As you can find exactly the same games at other Dragonfish sites which provide better loyalty schemes, more promotions, and an excellent mobile site, you’d be better off forgetting Grace’s and signing up elsewhere.

Design & Usability
The Grace’s Bingo website is predominantly pink and white with a hint of yellow, and features red hearts stamped with bingo ball numbers, as well as an illustration of its mascot, Grace, who’s a smiling and quietly confident brunette in her early 30s.
The concise main menu gives you seven different options: Home, Play Now, Promotions, Our Games, Winners, Community, and Help. There are no scrolling banners, so what you see is what you get. The highlighted promotions and special features include the £20 welcome bonus, and a £1,000 guaranteed jackpot game which costs just 10p to play.
Once you’re logged in, a “Welcome” box appears on the left of the homepage which lets you go to the lobby or access your account with one click, and also displays your current balance and loyalty points total.
Software & Gameplay
Grace’s Bingo uses Dragonfish (888) software, which means that both the cashier and the lobby are very well-designed, easy to find your way around, and quick to load.
The games are divided into tabs for Free Bingo, 90 Ball, 75 Ball, Daily Jackpots, Casino, and Big Bingo Party.
It appears that many of the rooms don’t open until 9 AM, although two of the free rooms (Fun N Free and Free for All) were both open at 7 AM. Bizarrely, the Fiver Liner room (which is exclusive to Dragonfish bingo sites) is advertised as being 24/7, but wasn’t open when we visited at 8 AM on a Thursday. The Big Bingo Party is a networked room which runs from 7 PM until 11 PM daily.
Safety & Security
Grace’s Bingo is licensed and regulated to offer online gaming services to UK players through the Great Britain Gambling Commission. Any sensitive data (such as financial transactions) are encrypted prior to transmission, and the latest technologies are used to ensure that the outcome of every game is statistically random and fair. You can find out more about safety and security by looking at the FAQs or clicking the Fair Play link at the bottom of the homepage.
Payments & Withdrawals
You can fund your account using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Neteller, Firepay, Paypal, Paysafecard, and Wire Transfer.
While the minimum deposit amount is just £5, you’re required to deposit £10 to receive the welcome bonus, and £20 to receive re-deposit bonuses. You can deposit up to £5,000 per day and withdraw up to £1,000 per day, although these limits can be changed by contacting customer support. The smallest amount you can withdraw is £30, which we think should be lowered.
Withdrawal requests are processed within two working days, and it can take up to eight working days in total for funds to appear in your account.

Bonuses & Promotions
Usually, the Promotions page of a Cassava site is packed with interesting and exciting deals and special events. However, at Grace’s, we couldn’t see any time-limited offers or evidence of monthly updates. Instead, it simply lists the welcome bonus, a link to the guaranteed jackpot games timetable, a brief overview of the refer-a-friend scheme, and information on how to collect loyalty points.
The welcome offer awards a 200% bonus of up to £100 when you make your first deposit of at least £10. The Promotions page states that 40x wagering requirements apply to the bonus; however, when you click through to view the full details of the deal, it says the wagering requirements are only 4x. We looked at the terms and conditions to see if they could make things any clearer, and they say that bonus offers (unless otherwise stated in specific Ts and Cs) come with 4x bingo and 40x instant games wagering requirements, which we believe applies to the 200% welcome bonus. It would be good if Grace’s Bingo could update the Promotions page accordingly to clear up any further confusion.
Device Compatibility
Maybe it’s due to Grace’s Bingo’s age, but the lack of a dedicated mobile page is a major oversight. While we were hoping that the Dragonfish software would provide us with a mobile-friendly version of the website, we were disappointed to discover that it doesn’t. Instead, you are taken to the desktop site with a pop-up message stating that you need to download Adobe Flash Player.
Variety & Originality
Grace’s Bingo has thirteen different bingo rooms – five free rooms including one for newbies, four 90-ball rooms, three 75-ball rooms, and the Big Bingo Party which is networked across Cashcade sites. There are also daily jackpot rooms which open at 9 PM each evening that allow you to play for guaranteed jackpots of £250 for 5p, £1,000 for 10p, and £2,000 for 25p. The only additional variant that’s available is five-line bingo, and there’s just one room that hosts this type of game.
Unfortunately, none of the games or rooms are exclusive to Grace’s, and although the selection of slots, scratch cards, and casino games is massive, these can also be found at other Dragonfish sites.
Loyalty & Rewards
The VIP scheme at Grace’s Bingo is very basic as there are no loyalty levels and, therefore, no room for progression.
For every 10p you spend on bingo, you get one bingo club point. You can also win points by winning chat games, taking part in special monthly promotions, and by referring friends to the site (N.B., any friend that joins through your referral link and spends at least £5 on game cards earns you 5,000 points). You can convert your points into bingo cash. 1,000 points are worth £1.00.
