BingoZino verdict

Bingozino has quite a distinct design and is presented very professionally. This is a Cassava Enterprises site, in good company with Peeps Bingo and Bingo Street, so you can expect a certain variety of games and promotions. Will you be zooming off to Bingozino?

design & Usability

Bingozino has a rich, blue colour scheme and presents a professional, sleek site with a background image of partying people. The design looks very smart and neat, but once you look around you may find that it’s a little bland. They don’t have any mascots or a particular theme.

The site is easy enough to use, with a top navigation bar and clear sections for all the important aspects of bingo. However, there are no bells and whistles; it just feels like a smartly presented template. Still, the site is very clean and functional.

customer Support

The support section can be found at the bottom of the site. There is a help button at the top, but it takes you to guides. These are useful guides indeed and will be great for newcomers, plus there’s the important FAQ section, but sometimes you just need to get in touch.

To do so, you can email or call. The phone line is toll free for UK users and available 24/7 which is good, because there’s no live chat. The site does have a help room within chat, but that’s not quite as useful as the real deal and you may be waiting a while if more than one person has a problem.

bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus at Bingozino is a little different, offering a max bonus of £20 on bingo, £20 for other games and £30 worth of tickets for the Grab a Grand game. The bingo bonus requires wagering through four times, the other games require eighty times. The Grab a Grand game is a monthly jackpot bingo room, with a top prize of £1,000, so it can’t hurt to have some free tickets for this.

Other promos include guaranteed pots on the weekends and happy hour games on Mondays, with double bonuses on chat games. The site promises some fun little events, but nothing unique.

software & Gameplay

Bingozino has Dragonfish software and you may recognise the lobby if you’ve used similar websites. You get a sidebar with your personal information and controls, then a big central display with the latest offers on site. You can easily find bingo using tabs at the top, but the rooms could do with being better sorted.

The bingo console is well-made and gives you clear view of bingo, mini games and chat. Chat has plenty of little tools like quick buttons. The community is lively here, with several busy rooms and plenty of chat hosts. You can have a good few hours hanging out here, especially during promotional times.

device Compatibility

Bingozino does not have any page to explain their mobile functionality or point you in the right direction. They do not offer any apps either. However, they do have a very good mobile site which you can access on a tablet or mobile browser.

The mobile site is a neat affair which retains the look of the main site, but once you log in, you’re taken to a standard Dragonfish mobile site. This is no bad thing, as they produce a great mobile bingo with full screen chat.

safety & Security

Bingozino is licensed and regulated by the Great Britain Gambling Commission and the Government of Gibraltar, so there’s no problems on that front. They also have the eCOGRA seal of approval, for a fair, tested set of games. The site has clear security in place, including encryption for your personal details.

Responsible gaming is handled by a dedicated section, with links to useful organisations and controls for limiting your usage if you need to.

variety & Originality

There is a decent variety here, though it only includes three broad game types; 90 ball, 75 ball and 5-line bingo. Included with these you have quite a mixture of rooms with fun names, but none of them have artwork that matches the site theme. There are four free bingo rooms however and multiple special jackpot rooms, including some huge progressives.

The slots setup here is pretty good, with some really nicely drawn games with exciting bonus rounds. Check out the Wizard of Oz for a great example.

payments & Withdrawals

Bingozino has a pretty good selection of banking methods. You can use phone banking, wire transfer or pay online by registering a card or another method. You can pay by debit card, credit card, PaySafeCard, PayPal, Neteller, or EntroPay. This should suffice for the majority of UK players.

The cashier is a pretty simple affair with a set of clear forms and icons to follow. You should find it easy and of course it gets quicker after the first time. Withdrawals are easy too but the site states that they can take up to 10 working days.

VIP Programme

You may recognise the loyalty plan here, which actually has some nice offers attached. Those who play a lot in one month can gain bingo cashback, slots cashback and access to free bingo. You can also get tickets to a big 10k bingo game.

To get these offers, you must deposit and play to earn jewels, which will help you rise through four tiers. The requirements of each tier are clearly labelled, so this is a rewarding and transparent system, but it does lack a certain VIP style.

conclusion

Bingozino is a nice site and thanks to a good bunch of chatters and solid game selection, you can have a good night of gaming here. They have a bit of everything, but also fail to provide a memorable site design or anything unique. In other words, this is yet another bingo site, but the bingo here is still of good quality and that deserves recognition.
