Bingo Jetset verdict

If you were to think about living in the lap of luxury, you’d probably imagine flying around the globe on a private jet. There’s not much that can beat the lavish experience of your own private flight. The feeling of having your own private jet is something that Bingo Jetset aims to channel through their bingo platform, which is currently backed up by two years of experience.

Players understand there’s a big difference between promising the high life and delivering it, so is Bingo Jetset really able to deliver the kind of upper classic bingo it guarantees?

design & Usability

Bingo Jetset features a design with a lot of peaks and valleys. When it’s good it’s great, but when it’s bad it’s awful. We really got a kick out of the cloud-populated backdrop, as it carries breezy and light overtones. Smartly dressed women then complement the background, while we also have a lot time for the Bingo Jetset logo; which is a little different from anything else you might find at other bingo sites.

Where the Bingo Jetset website really starts to fall apart is within the text used. Both the “Promotions” and “About Us” page barely contain any information at all. It’s clear to us that Bingo Jetset needs to polish up their website up a little if they want to be thought of as a complete package.

customer Support

We feel that every online bingo website needs to have their own live chat platform, so you can imagine how disappointed we were when we saw Bingo Jetset didn’t have that to offer members. The problem is made even worse by the lack of clearly displayed support options.

With this in mind, they do at least have other customer support options that make up for the lack of live chat. Players will find 24/7 email help, windowed phone support, and an FAQ page for the smaller issues that players might encounter on site.

bonuses & Promotions

The online bingo industry is built on a strong foundation of bonuses and promotions. Just about every website offers some form of them as a result. While we do enjoy a good freebie, there’s not many on offer through Bingo Jetset. When you register with the website you’ll have a £10 bingo bonus added to your account when you deposit £10, but the sign-up incentives pretty much begin and end with that.

It’s not the best welcome bonus in the world, and things don’t get better when you look at everything else offered here promotions wise. There were only a few promotions running at Bingo Jetset when we looked at the site, which simply isn’t enough. If Bingo Jetset really wants to become a major player in the online bingo world, then it really needs to step up the bonus offers approach.

software & Gameplay

There are a number of faults with Bingo Jetset, but the game software it runs thankfully isn’t one of them. The platform is based on the Dragonfish Network (like sister sites Spy Bingo and Snowy Bingo), so you can expect there to be a lot of fast, stable, bingo action on offer.

Sadly, it’s a problem that Bingo Jetset doesn’t have any exclusive games, meaning the site sometimes has trouble filling up the rooms too. However, the chat moderators are friendly and engaging, making those quiet times pass in an instant.

device Compatibility

We should start out by letting you know that there isn’t a dedicated app for Bingo Jetset. This is definitely something that works against the site. Even so, the mobile site version of Bingo Jetset worked like a charm.

When you visit the mobile bingo site with a web browser running HTML5, you’ll find it works perfectly on the small screen to provide Bingo Jetset players a great way to put the “go” in “bingo”.

safety & Security

One thing you can say for sure about Bingo Jetset is that it’s a very secure platform. It has received licenses from both the Gibraltar Gambling Commission and the Great Britain Gambling Commission; so you can be sure of security whenever you play here.

In terms of fair play, you should take a look through the FAQ. It’s here that they go into detail about their commitment to fair play. However, it is a little disconcerting that Bingo Jetset doesn’t make use of a third-party auditing service to ensure fairness.

variety & Originality

If you were hoping to find only the latest and greatest innovations in online bingo when you headed to Bingo Jetset, then you’ve just set yourself up for disappointment. There’s not much on offer outside of regular 75-ball bingo and 90-ball bingo.

It’s worth mentioning that Bingo Jetset does at least offer some online slots games, but it doesn’t really make up for the lack of originality and variety in the bingo department.

payments & Withdrawals

Bingo Jetset puts players in complete control of their money from the outset, as you can make deposits and withdrawals using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Paysafecard, PayPal, and Entropay. The only problem we had when it comes to payment and withdrawals is that we couldn’t find any information about how long it takes transactions to process.

VIP Programme

To cap off a half-baked online bingo site is the lack of a real VIP scheme. There’s a basic loyalty points scheme on offer, but this just doesn’t cut it in the modern world, so Bingo Jetset really needs to revisit and rework this should they want to appease bingo fans.

conclusion

Bingo Jetset really takes off with a great UI design, but after that it just goes into a nosedive. There’s nothing special about the game selection, the bonuses, or even the VIP programme. Everything just looks and feels incomplete.

What is clearly missing from Bingo Jetset is effort. If you want average, then go for Bingo Jetset. If you want something more, then you’re going to need to look elsewhere.
