High Life Bingo Verdict
High Life Bingo does live up to its glamorous design somewhat, with a decent VIP system and a good array of high quality games. Though this site is not as original as the design would suggest and could do with some extras, the overall standard of service is high. People seem to stick around here a long time and deservedly so.

Design & Usability
High Life Bingo’s design is really over-the-top and fun, starting with a theme of bright lights and cityscapes. All the information boxes on the home page are presented with lights around them like Las Vegas signs. The glitz doesn’t stop there; you have animated spotlights moving in the background and cash that floats around the page as you scroll!
These coupled with some nice photography of happy people gives the site a very well designed feel. The site is easy to explore, through the animations can be annoying after a while. The only design niggle is that the main help button goes to a guide, so you need to use the bottom page buttons to find contacts.
Software & Gameplay
High Life Bingo is powered by Dragonfish and you can expect fast, stable software. The lobby continues the main site’s glitzy skyline theme and really looks good. You can see your account info on the left, or navigate games on the right.
The bingo rooms are a little jumbled up here and could do with a neater way to sort them. The games themselves are nicely made and start with a short tutorial, so it’ great if you’re a total newbie. The site background does make the bingo a little harder to see, but it looks good. You have a large chat window and it seems that the community is active here, with roomies and hosts on hand.
Safety & Security
High Life Bingo is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Gibraltar government. The site also has the eCOGRA certificate which guarantees fair play. They also have security for your personal information, guaranteed by the well-known Godaddy brand. You’re in good hands.
The site has a responsible gaming section and this includes controls for limiting your spending, such as self-exclusion.
Payments & Withdrawals
You conduct deposits and withdrawals here using a pop-up window which has a series of icons for you to use. This is pretty straightforward and it’s a matter of moments once you complete your first deposit and store the info. The minimum deposit is a low £5, minimum withdrawal is higher at £20.
You have a fair set of payment methods to choose from here. You have credit and debit card, phone banking and several electronic methods. These include PayPal, Neteller, PaySafeCard and EntroPay. That’s a good set which should cater to most players.
Customer Support
Once you work out that contacts are hidden on the bottom of page links, you can contact High Life Bingo by email or phone. The phone line is 24/7 and toll free in the UK. The site unfortunately does not have any live chat, but you can use a help room within chat to ask questions. This is not the same thing, but it is the next best thing.
The support team are very friendly here and quick to help, plus you have the aforementioned guides for newcomers.
Bonuses & Promotions
There are plenty of promotions at High Life Bingo, such as regular jackpot events with guaranteed jackpots or special bingo games. You will also see a focus on chat events, from Saturday night free bingo to Sunday morning chats. These are great fun and interactive promotions are nice, but they are seen on several Cassava sites.
The welcome bonus here is a huge 400% on a small £5, but it’s capped at a maximum of £20. One good thing about this site is that they clearly mark their terms and explain wagering requirements. On the downside, the requirement here is 6x which is a little high.
Device Compatibility
The mobile site at High Life Bingo is very nice, using Dragonfish’s excellent mobile layout. The mobile site is responsive and easy to use, but it doesn’t really reflect the main website. You have saveable preferences here and access to the majority of the site’s games. The bingo looks good and you have a full chat window, a huge plus.
The site is lacking any pages to explain how to get to mobile bingo (you must use your phone or tablet browser as they don’t have any apps).
Variety & Originality
The variety at High Life Bingo is good, but you’ll see the same rooms elsewhere. They have 90 ball and 75 all spread over at least ten rooms, including some VIP only rooms. There’s High 5 for some 5-line bingo that makes things a bit different, or check out the million pound linked games on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. There are also four free bingo rooms. Overall, it’s a great selection but limited in game types and not original.
The same can be said of the slots, which you’ll see on several sites. Nevertheless, it’s a broad selection and they have some big names with great bonus rounds, such as Theme Park.
Loyalty & Rewards
The VIP system here is the xCite programme which you may see on other sites. This determines your VIP level based on the last month’s spending, so you need to keep up your spending to keep your benefits. There are four tiers to climb, with the first being easy enough (you pretty much just need to deposit and play).
Higher tiers get bingo cashback, free spins, loyalty points, birthday bonuses and more. There are some special VIP offers like event invites, which are kept to the site’s discretion. Something for everyone here, a good effort.
