What we recommend instead
Aunty Acid Bingo Verdict
While we had high hopes that Aunty Acid would bring something different to what would otherwise be just another LBN/Cozy collaboration, we’re sorry to say that she hasn’t. If you’re unfamiliar with the bingo sites on this network, you’ll probably be happy with what Aunty Acid Bingo has to offer, but if you’ve already played at the likes of Landmark, Mummies, or New Look Bingo, all you’ll experience is a distinct sense of déjà vu.

Design & Usability
Aunty Acid Bingo uses images of Aunty Acid on its homepage, but not on any of its other pages such as the promotions page bar the odd welcome offer banner. It also has a deep purple, pink, and white colour scheme, which is easy on the eye. However, those of you who are hoping to see some of Aunty’s wisecracks are better off heading back over to her Facebook page.
Another design letdown is that the homepage features Aunty dancing below a sign that says, “Welcome to our House of Fun”. Well, it might be fun if you’ve never played at any LBN/Cozy site; otherwise, you’ll be wondering what all the fuss is about.
Site usability, on the other hand, is not a problem at all. Everything you need can be found via the main menu or the links at the bottom of each page. You can also sign up or log in with one click using the links at the top-right.
Software & Gameplay
As Aunty Acid Bingo belongs to the LBN network (which uses Cozy Games software), the bingo, slots, casino, and scratch cards on offer are identical to its sister sites such as Landmark Bingo. However, Aunty does offer 50-ball games in addition to 30-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball, and 90-ball game variants, which is not always the case with some LBN operators.
Safety & Security
You’re in safe hands with Aunty Acid Bingo as it’s licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and uses all the safety and security features we’d expect of a trustworthy operator. You can find out more about these through the FAQ, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Responsible Gaming pages.
Payments & Withdrawals
The banking methods consist of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, Ukash, Neteller, and Paysafecard. When you’re making deposits, you can choose your preferred bonus and enter additional promotional codes if you have any. The minimum deposit amount is £10, and withdrawals (N.B. the minimum withdrawal amount is £30) are processed within two to three working days. You should also be aware that the weekly withdrawal limit of £300.
Customer Support
The operator offers support by telephone, email, live help, and support ticket 24/7. There’s also an extensive FAQ, although it’s rather poorly written which makes some sections hard to understand.
Bonuses & Promotions
So, what’s in store for you if you’re new to Aunty Acid Bingo? Well, for starters, there’s a £15 no-deposit bonus, which you can claim if you add a valid debit or credit card when signing up. However, deep within the terms and conditions (which you have to navigate to separately as there’s no mention of it and no link provided on the promotions page), it states that it’s only “play money” and cannot be withdrawn. You may also take advantage of the Newbie Bonus Boons offer, which gives you 500%, 350%, and 300% respectively on your first, second, and third deposit, provided your deposits each total at least £10. Before you can withdraw any winnings, you’ll need to play through your bonus four times on bingo or ten times on slots.
If you scan the promotions page, you’ll find the usual Live Bingo Network offers such as cashback, jackpot specials, refer a friend, and reload bonuses. And, don’t be fooled by the “Exclusive Offers” section as the promotions within it can be found at all other LBN sites.
Device Compatibility
If you want to play Aunty’s games away from home, you can do so without having to download a mobile app. The full instructions are listed on the site’s Mobile page, but basically, all you need to do is visit Aunty Acid Bingo using your mobile browser (e.g. Chrome for Google devices or Safari for Apple devices) and log in or register.
Variety & Originality
The biggest problem with the site is its lack of exclusive games and rooms. Yes, there are five bingo variants to choose from, and a great range of slots, scratch cards, and casino games, but nothing that sets it apart from other members of the Live Bingo Network bar its theme. The rooms are less populated than at longer established LBN sites such as Landmark Bingo, but they’re busy enough to make playing at peak times an enjoyable experience, and the chat hosts work hard to keep you entertained.
Loyalty & Rewards
With Aunty’s loyalty scheme, you progress through four different levels by spending cash on bingo, eligible casino games, and slots. As you climb each level, you become entitled to more generous reload bonuses (of 100% to 250%), and the operator also emails offers to you directly.
There are two things that let the programme down. The first is the apparent lack of perks, and the second is how much you have to spend to get promoted to higher levels. The second level of Silver, for example, requires you to collect 1,001 LPs which can only be achieved by wagering £1,001 on bingo or £10,010 on slots.
