Eat Sleep Bingo is a fun site, but it has that disappointing problem where a site will look amazing on the home page but be quite standard within. That being said, you get a high standard here with lots of promotions and a good mixture of bingo types. Thanks to a lively community, you should get a good game of bingo here.

Design & Usability
The site design at Eat Sleep Bingo is really strong. At the time of writing they’ve updated the site with a Christmassy backdrop. They use bold colours without looking over-simplified and they use photography for their images, making it look sharp and professional. While the design is very nice, like many of these sites it doesn’t extend far beyond the home page.
You should have no problems with navigation here, the site seems to be well maintained. You have a top navigation bar for all the main sections, including mobile. The home page is stuffed with useful panels, from promotions to current jackpots. One slight slip up; there’s a big panel labelled ‘blog’ which doesn’t do anything. More sleep needed?!
Software & Gameplay
The Eat Sleep Bingo uses lobby on the actual main page, like many Cozy bingo sites. This isn’t as neat as a lobby built into the bingo console but it does let you see the rooms as a list, so it has good points too. The bingo game is basic and not very pretty, but it runs smoothly and is easy to follow.
You also get a lot of technical extras, such as a live help link, various settings and customisable chat. The chat window could be bigger but it’s a good tool and we found the rooms to be busy and chatty.

The site has a COMODO secure digital certificate which ensures that transactions are safe. You can also read their privacy policy and responsible gambling guidelines to see how they look after customers.

Banking methods at Eat Sleep Bingo are a little limited. You can use a credit or debit card like MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch etc. You can also use PaySafeCard, but the only major e-wallet is Neteller. This covers all the main methods but more choice would be good.
Depositing and withdrawing is nice and simple, done there on the page using a little set of quick buttons. You can also see clearly what benefits you get for depositing. They claim to process withdrawals in a speedy 2-3 days.
Customer Support
Eat Sleep Bingo has live chat, which is always a big plus for a site. This can be found via a useful floating button on any page, or there’s a contact page too. The contact section is a little basic but it offers 24/7 assistance via email, phone and a ticket system. IT’s great to see a full range of contact options, available at all times.
The support team seem to be on the ball too. You may not need them thanks to a pretty thorough FAQ section.
Bonuses & Promotions
Eat Sleep Bingo is a little disappointing here because they offer the same promotions as any Cozy site, though it’s worth saying that it’s a good set of promotions. These include a £15,000 daily raffle, free bingo, quiz games in chat and other giveaways. Plenty of fun but nothing original to this site.
The welcome bonus is good here, with £10 free for registering your card and a massive 500% bonus on your first deposit. The terms for this are not displayed on site, which is a bit of a let-down, but the support team confirmed it as four times on bingo and ten times on slots.
Device Compatibility
There is a mobile page at Eat Sleep Bingo to help you work out what you’re doing. While they do not have any apps, you should be able to access the site through all major devices and platforms, from iPads to Android phones.
The game selection remains good on the mobile site and it’s easy enough to use. The main downside here is a lack of chat, but otherwise it’s good to see a neat little mobile optimised site.
Variety & Originality
The variety here is good, but originality suffers due to this being yet another standard Cozy set up. Still, you have a good selection of 90 ball, 75 ball, 80 ball and 30 ball games, with a mixture of ticket prices. There’s a free bingo room too. Nothing here will blow you away, but there’s more than enough to get your teeth into.
The slots selection is fairly large and has some favourites like Arabian Nights, but no major names. Fairly standard stuff, but plenty of it.
Loyalty & Rewards
There is a Loyalty Rewards programme at Eat Sleep Bingo, which fans of Cozy sites will recognise. They use a simple four tier system, from Silver to SVIP. You rise through the ranks as you earn points, which happens as you deposit and spend. The amounts needed are nice and clear, but the rewards are not mentioned at all in the promos section.
There is some more information in the FAQ section; essentially you can get bigger bonuses on your deposits. You can also convert points to credit. A pretty standard system which does reward play but provides nothing for free.
