Bingo Anywhere Verdict
Bingo Anywhere has a cool, modern style which stands out. This is always great to see, but it also disappoints, because once you get into the site you find a very standard offering. The games don’t particularly reflect their globetrotting theme and the mobile bingo site is the same as any Cozy mobile site, despite this being the site’s central theme. All in all this is a good site and the unusual layout is refreshing, but it needs to deliver more of what it promises.

Design & Usability
This site really stands out, immediately hitting you with an unusual layout of bold stripes across the page and vertical browsing. The artwork is great, with simple, bold shapes and a global theme. Like most Cozy sites, the theme doesn’t reach every corner of the site, but they do play with the layout quite a lot. A refreshing change.
Navigation is easy enough, if a little confusing at first. They have dispensed with the usual top navigation bar in favour of a mobile style layout; click a menu icon to make a side navigation bar slide out. Everything is smoothly animated and feels very contemporary.
Software & Gameplay
Bingo Anywhere has the standard Cozy Games software… frankly, quite disappointing considering how much effort has gone into modernising the main site. You’re expecting something swish and cutting edge, but you get a pretty basic (albeit neat and quick) bingo game. It doesn’t enlarge very well and chat could use a bit more space, but it does work fine.
Chat is busy which is a good sign, with hosts and roomies easily found. There are several chat rooms and we found almost all busy and hosted, even during the day. A strong community is always a big draw for a site.
Safety & Security
All of Bingo Anywhere’s credentials are in place. The site is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Isle of Man Gambling Commission. Transactions on the site are protected by strong 128-bit SSL encryption, provided by Comodo.
You’ll also find a privacy policy page and responsible gaming guidelines, so you’re in good hands. The site’s fairness is guaranteed by the iTech labs independent review of their random number generator.
Payments & Withdrawals
Depositing is pretty easy at Bingo Anywhere, using rows of quick buttons to select your amounts with speed. The layout is smart and it tells you both what bonuses are on offer and what the terms are. Withdrawing is similarly straightforward and claims to only take 2-3 working days, less than average.
The methods available are the usual credit and debit cards like MasterCard and Visa, or e-wallet users can have PaySafeCard, Boku Mobile, Neteller and Skrill. A good selection with just PayPal missing.
Customer Support
The contact page here is again very modern and minimalist. You have an email form, a live chat button and a phone line, available 24/7. Always good to see the big three! You can also use a ticket style system to log a question or complaint, which could be handy for non-urgent problems of if you don’t have access to your email for whatever reason.
The support team seem to respond quickly, within a few hours. They are knowledgeable and friendly. You can reach the live chat from anywhere on site with a floating side menu.
Bonuses & Promotions
This site has a fairly standard set of promotions, which are not on brand but do offer some good things. There’s a seasonal Christmas offer at the time of writing, with different on-site offers each day, like guaranteed jackpots. You’ll also find daily raffles, free bingo, weekly cashback and more. All that’s missing is some originality.
The welcome bonus is quite limited here, a flat £10 bonus cash when you first deposit. However, they also claim that you can get the usual Cozy bingo offer of 500% on your first deposit, 350% on your second and so on. This may be possible after your first flat £10 bonus. Bonuses have a standard four times wagering requirement.
Device Compatibility
Bingo Anywhere should have a fantastic mobile site, as the whole site is themed after playing on the go and points you towards trying it on your browser. In fact, it has a pretty standard site and no dedicated app options.
You will see the desktop site’s side bar layout on the mobile version, so it does tie in nicely, but several pages are poorly optimised. While it is easy to use, it doesn’t really sparkle and there’s no sign that the mobile site has been given more effort than the main page, which is confusing given the theme.
Bingo on the mobile site is smart and fun, but it isn’t anything different to any other Cozy mobile site. There isn’t even chat in the mobile version. This would be far less disappointing if the site wasn’t called ‘Bingo Anywhere’!
Variety & Originality
You have a limited mixture of game types at Bingo Anywhere, which are 90 ball and 80 ball. Some more types would be great. There are around eight rooms, with a few more which open sporadically for special jackpots.
One room which is a bit unusual is Zodiac Bingo, which uses a slightly different layout to the others and doesn’t appear on all Cozy sites. This involves a slight twist on the usual 90 ball, with players picking a Zodiac sign. Extra prizes are awarded if your sign or the group it belongs to comes up in the game. This fun room has a fortune teller theme and does add variety, but it has nothing to do with the site theme!
Loyalty & Rewards
VIPs at Bingo Anywhere will find a standard system which is used by most Cozy brands. This is a four-tier loyalty programme where points are earned for playing and can be converted to cash later. You also rise through the tiers as you gain points, from Silver to SVIP. The required points are clearly labelled, but you need to go into FAQs to find out what the rewards are!
Each tier gets a bigger bonus on deposits, up to 250%. This is nice, but not all that exciting. A good enough reward system but not VIP treatment.
