Takeout Bingo Verdict
Takeout Bingo is a little disappointing, because the site design is top notch and really fun, but the rest of the site doesn’t fully reflect it. Still, the quality of games is high here and the promotions are fun enough, just not original. The fact that chat always seems to be moving is a great sign, something you can’t get anywhere.

Design & Usability
Takeout Bingo goes all out in the design department, so much so that you arrive and could be mistaken for thinking you accidentally went to a takeaway ordering site! The site has a bold red scheme and a cityscape background, but what catches the eye is an animated segment in the middle. Here you get billboards telling you the latest offers and a cheerful takeout delivery man mascot, using actual photography, pointing at deals and waving his fries around!
In short, it’s a very eye catching design with plenty of thought and effort behind it, not just a background image and a doodle logo. The site’s layout feels different too and features their artwork in various places. There are clear buttons for navigation and registering is quick using a pop-up panel.
Software & Gameplay
The software here is pretty capable and should run smoothly. Your lobby page has the Takeout Bingo background and some more themed photography, with your account controls on the left-hand side. The bingo rooms are well presented and you can see which have a host at a glance.
The site seems to have a buzzing community, which is busy and hosted even in the mornings. This is great to see and you can join in easily thanks to a large chat window. The bingo interface is simple and effective, a strong product all round.
Safety & Security
Takeout Bingo is fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Gibraltar government. The site also has the eCOGRA seal of approval, a third-party group which guarantees fair play.
Your transactions are protected by GoDaddy verified security on this site and they have responsible gaming practises.
Payments & Withdrawals
Takeout Bingo uses the same Brigend cashier system as most Cassava sites, which is a neat pop-up window with a set of symbols to follow. You can withdraw easily here but times are a little over average.
Payment methods accepted include debit and credit cards, plus e-wallets like PayPal, Neteller, PaySafeCard and EntroPay. It’s a strong selection and should appeal to most players. You can even use wire transfer or bank by phone.
Customer Support
There is a help section found at the bottom of the page, which could perhaps be better labelled. Here you can read some getting started guides, great for beginners. There is a good FAQ section here too for quick questions.
The site also offers three contact methods; phone, email and chat help within the bingo. This is not quite a substitute for true live chat but it’s something. The phone line is 24/7 so you’re well covered here.
Bonuses & Promotions
The promotions on this site are taken from the same promotions as any Cassava site that uses the xCite club. These are good offers, but it also means that there aren’t any original offerings and the artwork is pretty standard, which is disappointing after the strikingly unique home page.
The welcome bonus is presented as three choices; deposit £10 to play with £30, deposit £20 to play with £70 or deposit £50 to play with £200. Decent enough offers, but they do require you to wager through the cash six times, which is more than average. Other site promotions include guaranteed jackpots, the Late Night Show chat party and a 10k monthly bingo. Nice stuff, but nowhere as original as the design suggests.
Device Compatibility
Takeout Bingo does not have any apps, or even a page to tell you how to connect by mobile or what they offer. You can access the site on most phones and tablets however, via browser.
The mobile site is very sleek and has been nicely scaled down to be navigated with swipes. The mobile site doesn’t really reflect the main site apart from the city background. You have access to chat on the mobile screen, which is always a plus point.
Variety & Originality
There is a pretty good variety at Takeout Bingo thanks to a mixture of 90 ball, 75 ball and 5-line games. There are over twelve rooms and some have special games, like Bounce’t which has themed chat games.
You’ll also find daily jackpots, special xCite network rooms like penny bingo and no lose bingo where your losses are returned the following Wednesday. There are even four free bingo rooms but remember these special rooms are limited depending on your loyalty level.
Loyalty & Rewards
Takeout Bingo uses the xCite VIP system which is a month to month system, so your progress resets each month. You rise through four ranks, from rookie to champ, by depositing and earning jewels. Each new tier unlocks extras like access to free bingo, cashback on bingo and slots, birthday bonuses and bingo tickets.
There is also a separate invite only tier which unlocks the more exclusive VIP rewards like gifts and events, so there is room for high roller luxury here as well as day to day rewards.
