Nugget Bingo Verdict
Nugget Bingo is a nice site, but you won’t find any nuggets of gold here. The offerings, while high quality, are very standard. Having said that, the site’s presentation is great and it strikes a balance between nice artwork and usability. You’ll have a fun time here if you pop into chat games and quizzes.

Design & Usability
Nugget Bingo has a fun gold rush theme, featuring their mascot, a handsome prospector, mining for juicy gold nuggets in the desert. Just like you’ll be doing on the bingo! The quality of the artwork is high and the front page has some nice animated tiles, plus latest winner and game information. It’s simple and effective.
As you move around the site you’ll find it quite basic, but very easy to use. Each section has the same layout and the buttons are very clear and easy to read. This is not the most original layout, but it is very well made and maintained. The use of some floating buttons makes it easier to get around quickly.
Software & Gameplay
Nugget Bingo uses an on-page lobby which you’ll see on the Bingo tab. Finding a room is pretty straightforward. Using Cozy’s usual software, this site is smooth to run but a little basic. It does not like to be stretched to full-screen.
The bingo game has a simple animation for the ball count and it does look nice, just not very cutting-edge. Chat has plenty of options here and you should have no problem finding chatters, even during the day. Hosts are always on hand too, which is great for boosting your enjoyment or seeking help.
Safety & Security
Nugget Bingo is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Isle of Man Gambling Commission, with full details given at the bottom of the site. The site also has encryption provided by Trustwave to protect your transactions and personal details.
The site’s random number generator is confirmed for fairness by the iTech Labs. They also have a good responsible gaming section which has controls to help you limit spending.
Payments & Withdrawals
You have a simple on-page deposit system here, which is nicely presented and easy to follow. You can easily pick your amounts and bonuses. Withdrawing uses the same system and you can’t go far wrong, plus they claim to have a speedy 2 to 3 days processing time.
Payment methods accepted here include PaySafeCard, Neteller and the usual debit and credit cards from Visa to MasterCard. A few more e-wallets would be great.
Customer Support
The site’s help section is a little sparse, but you have a good selection of contact methods. These include a helpdesk ticket system, good for non-urgent problems, and email. There’s also live chat support and a 24/7 phone number, so you’re covered from every angle here.
The support team are knowledgeable and seem to be dependable. You should have no issues getting support here, plus they have some FAQs for general queries.
Bonuses & Promotions
While there are some great promotions here, they are used by many bingo sites and you won’t find any gold nuggets unique to this site. There are some jackpot bingos, which are daily, weekly and monthly with some pretty nice prizes. You’ll also find some chat related offers, like quizzes, which are fun to hop into.
The welcome bonus is strong here. First up you get £10 just for registering a card. Then your first deposit is eligible for a 500% bonus, your second for 350% and your third gets 300%. You can choose the exact amounts. Note that these come with a four-times wagering requirement.
Device Compatibility
There is a mobile page at Nugget Bingo to explain their device functionality, though slight downside; you can only see it when you aren’t logged in. They do not have any apps, but you can access the site through your mobile or tablet browser. This should work for most platforms.
The mobile site is easy to use but doesn’t really reflect the main site. Bingo is lacking chat, but the game selection is good, including all the top games.
Variety & Originality
There’s a good variety of bingo types here, if not exactly anything original. Bingo includes 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball, spread over thirteen rooms. Note that some of these only open for jackpot events. These also include free bingo. There’s a spread of ticket prices too, but in practise the rooms do feel very similar. You will see the same rooms on other sites.
The slots are pretty good here and the selection does get updated. You won’t find huge names of the online gambling world, but some very well-made games like Bargainista.
Loyalty & Rewards
There is no VIP system exactly at Nugget Bingo, but they do have a basic four-tier loyalty system to give you a sense of progression. You gain loyalty points as you play and as they build up, you’ll rise the loyalty ranks.
Each new tier unlocks bigger deposit bonuses. This information isn’t all that clear and needs to be found in the FAQ pages. This is a good system but could use some more VIP style.
