Igloo Bingo Verdict
Igloo Bingo makes some effort to go beyond the usual template Cozy site. The excellent site design, both in artwork and layout, makes it interesting to use. The addition of a special bingo game on top of the already strong variety should help to keep your attention. This is a site with lots of strong points and a good community; you won’t feel frozen out here.

Design & Usability
There’s a really good artistic theme here, based on a polar or arctic scene. You have igloos and a friendly Inuit holding a phone, plus penguins shaped like bingo balls bouncing around! The artwork is excellent and the home page looks great, with custom icons for the various site sections too.
This theme is not seen throughout the site, but key design elements like the fonts do stay in place. The site has some nice welcome text and all the links are intact. You can really see that work has gone into elevating the site layout beyond the basic template. After logging in, the site changes slightly to give you a nifty sliding navigation bar on the left.
Software & Gameplay
The software here is standard Cozy Games stuff, which is fast and reliable, but not all that attractive. They do at least put a blue background on the games. You have quick access to account info and to settings, from caller volume (you may find yourself lowering this very quickly) to daub colour.
Chat gets a decent window here with lots of little tools. You should also have no problems finding hosts, games and chatty roomies. It’s always nice to see an active community when you arrive at a site for the first time.

Igloo Bingo has a clear responsible gaming policy which includes some useful self-assessment advice and links to organisations like Gamble Aware which can help you.

When it comes to promotions, you may recognise these standard Cozy site offers. Still, they are good promotions and you can expect a 15k daily raffle, slot giveaways, special bingo jackpots, cashback and more. It’s just a shame that they aren’t tailored to Igloo Bingo, even by artwork.

Device Compatibility
There is a page at Igloo Bingo to explain how their mobile setup works. While they have no apps, you can access more than 50 games by just visiting the site on your phone or tablet browser. This should work for the majority of device types.
The mobile site has been neatly scaled down and it fits the design of the main site, which is always a plus point. The bingo itself is unfortunately a little basic and flat, with no chat functionality.
Variety & Originality
This site does well on both counts. Variety is guaranteed by Cozy’s big game selection, which includes 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball bingo. This includes a variety of prices, free bingo and special jackpot rooms.
Aside from the standard set such as Big Ben and Victoria 90, you have an exclusive room here called Free Ice. This has the Igloo Bingo artwork and is actually a 1p game with £10 jackpots. It’s good that they’ve done something of their own and not solely stuck to the template rooms.
Loyalty & Rewards
There is a pretty standard loyalty scheme here, where you can rise through four tiers, from Silver to SVIP. You move up by gaining loyalty points, through depositing. Points can also be traded in for credit.
Higher tiers gain bigger deposits on bonuses, with the top being a nice 250%. While this is nice, it isn’t exactly a huge reward for all that time and cash invested. There doesn’t appear to be anything special for very high spenders.
