Ghost Bingo Verdict
Ghost Bingo is a fun site with a cute design. The games are good here with plenty of selection, but it could use some more promotions or simply more character. The site is elevated a lot by an active chat community. This is likely to be a site you’ll visit repeatedly.

Design & Usability
The design of Ghost Bingo focuses on, as you might imagine, a ghost mascot. He’s a friendly green ghost and the site has a striking green and purple colour scheme. Unfortunately, as with many of these sites, the theme doesn’t really extend beyond the home page. Still, the design remains consistently good throughout.
You’ll find a slots game bias on the home page, but easy access to all the main game types and more through a top navigation bar. Everything works fine and smoothly here, thanks to a very neat and effective layout, with the only flaw being some empty tabs on the Promotions section.
Software & Gameplay
You can expect good quality from Cozy software, with Ghost Bingo having the standard on-page lobby and pop-up bingo console. The game itself is neat enough and has some nice animations, but it looks a little dated and doesn’t stretch well to full screen. Account controls are easily accessed at the top right.
The chat is presented in a good-sized window with plenty of features, such as a selection of emojis. You should have no problem finding hosts, even during the day, along with busy rooms and chatters. The community here seems to be fun and active.
Safety & Security
You’ll find that Ghost Bingo is licenses and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Isle of Man Gambling Commission. They also have the iTech Labs certificate for a fair random number generator, independently tested. Security is covered by the Trustwave security protocol.
The site also has a full Responsible Gaming section and a privacy policy on display.
Payments & Withdrawals
The deposit system at Ghost Bingo is nice and easy to use, with a simple set of buttons to click. You choose your method, then amounts, then the bonus you want. The terms of these bonuses are given right there and then, which is great for newcomers.
Payment methods available include credit and debit cards, plus Boku Mobile Payments, PaySafeCard and Neteller. While this covers all the major types, some more e-wallet options would be good.
Customer Support
The support section of the site can be reached from any page
and it’s a neat, minimalist affair. You can easily choose between four contact
methods; a helpdesk ticket, email support, phone support and live chat, all
available 24/7. This is a complete set of methods without any drawbacks, great
to see.
You also have a few FAQs on this page, or there’s a main FAQ
page too. Live chat can also be reached using a floating button on other pages,
so help is never far away. Very good work!
Bonuses & Promotions
There’s a strong welcome bonus at Ghost Bingo, totalling 1,150% over three deposits. That’s 500% on the first, 350% on the second and 300% on the third. These each have a four-times wagering requirement, which is standard.
When it comes to other promotions, you just get a small subset of the usual Cozy offerings, which is a bit of a shame. Session Bingo offers some £100 jackpots, or there’s cashback and other jackpot bingo events, but nothing very exciting or original.
Device Compatibility
Ghost Bingo considerately provides a page to tell you all about their mobile functionality. You have access to over 50 games via mobile and while there isn’t an app, you should find that most devices can access the site via browser. There’s even a £10 bonus available on the mobile site to try it out.
The mobile site is a neat, optimised version of the main site, though the actual bingo games are just Cozy’s standard template. They look pretty basic and don’t have chat.
Variety & Originality
Though the games here are not very original, drawing from the usual Cozy Games selection, there is a fair variety. You have 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball, spread over thirteen rooms, including some which open just for special jackpots. There’s also free bingo on offer. A great set of games, it’s just a shame there’s nothing relating to Ghost Bingo’s theme.
Slots and casino get a decent representation here, plus the site layout includes user ratings for each game to help you find the best at a glance.
Loyalty & Rewards
There isn’t much of a VIP programme at Ghost Bingo, but there is a loyalty points system. You gain points as you spend and can later convert them to credit. Every £2 you wager on bingo will give you 1 loyalty point, and every £10 you wager on slots will give you 1 loyalty point.
There are four tiers to move through, which give you bigger deposit bonuses, though they do require you to gain quite a few points (1,000 to get to the second tier). Some progression available, but no luxury treatment.
