What we recommend instead
Bingo Clubhouse Verdict
The Bingo Clubhouse experience is pretty disappointing if you’re a new player who’s not quite ready to make your first deposit, as you can’t play any free bingo games and, therefore, it’s very hard to meet any roomies or chat hosts to get a better feel for the site. If you do become a funded member, there’s a reasonable selection of slots to enjoy but not many bingo rooms that open throughout the day. The payment methods are rather archaic, and the customer service hours need to be extended. However, there are plenty of cheap ticket prices, jackpot games, and bonuses to take advantage of.
Overall, we wouldn’t highly recommend Clubhouse as one of the best online bingo sites but neither would we encourage you to avoid it like the plague. It’s an average online bingo offering, so as long as you don’t have extremely high expectations and are happy to spend money, you may well find it meets your needs.

Design & Usability
The Clubhouses uses an attractive purple and yellow theme, and the benefits of playing at the site are clearly advertised through a series of banners on the homepage. Unfortunately, there’s no way to get a sneak preview of the bingo rooms, slots, casino games, or daily schedule without logging in.
The main menu makes it easy to signup, view the “Getting Started” guide, check out the latest promotions, read about the rewards scheme, and get help. Plus, you can either log in to your account or become a member via the two buttons at the top-right of the screen.
Software & Gameplay
Clubhouse uses Jumpman Gaming software, which provides a basic yet fast lobby. One disadvantage of Jumpman’s software is that it doesn’t let you see how many players are in each room until you actually enter the room. Plus, it’s also hard to find your way back to the lobby.
We were very disappointed by how quiet the site was when we visited at 8.45am in the morning. Only two rooms were open (the 90-ball Lucky Stars room and the Free Room), and the next rooms due to open weren’t due to do so for another four hours. Unsurprisingly, hardly any roomies were around and we didn’t see a single chat moderator. Almost all the rooms are standalone apart from the Pay Day Jackpot room which opens once a month.
Safety & Security
We’re confident that Bingo Clubhouse is fully committed to player safety and security, as it has a clear privacy policy, a page about responsible gaming, an independently tested and approved RNG, an SSL certificate which secures sensitive data, and is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.
Payments & Withdrawals
Currently, Bingo Clubhouse only accepts Solo, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron, and no e-wallet payment methods.
We like that the minimum amount you can deposit is low (£5), but the minimum withdrawal amount is high in comparison (£30). Withdrawal requests show as “pending” for 48 hours, during which time you can reverse them back into your account. Once the pending status is removed, requests are processed on the next working day, and it can then take a further 7 to 14 days for your funds to reach you.
Customer Support
While Bingo Clubhouse doesn’t offer a live chat facility, it does (like most Jumpman Gaming sites) allow you to contact the support team via WhatsApp, email, and telephone. Sadly, the services aren’t available 24/7 – just between 9.30 AM and 6 PM from Monday to Friday.
Bonuses & Promotions
Currently, Bingo Clubhouse doesn’t offer a no-deposit bonus, nor does it allow non-funded members to play free games. However, it does give you a 200% welcome bonus when you deposit £10 or more, and a spin of its wheel of fortune where you’re guaranteed to win a prize of up to £2,500. We found a discrepancy with the advertisement for the Spin the Wheel game as the desktop site says the minimum you can win is £10 yet the mobile site says the minimum is £5. N.B., the welcome bonus comes with fairly standard wagering requirements of 4x bingo.
There are many other promotions available at Clubhouse including regular offers and one-offs such as Christmas giveaways. They include a friend referral scheme, weekly Fair and Square jackpot games which you can play for a penny per card, free daily, weekly, and monthly prize draws, a Friday Night Takeaway Game, a networked £2k Pay Day Jackpot game, and a 25% reload bonus. As far as we can tell, all of the promotions are run by the 15 Network and are not exclusive to Bingo Clubhouse.
Device Compatibility
It’s frustrating that Bingo Clubhouse not only lacks a dedicated mobile page but also makes no reference to playing on mobile devices anywhere on its site. So, we tried visiting Bingo Clubhouse on an Android phone and found that the website is fully mobile-compatible. It gives you access to the full range of bingo rooms and over sixty slots, and seems to perform fairly quickly if you’re on Wi-Fi or 3G.
Variety & Originality
You can only play 90-ball and 75-ball games at Bingo Clubhouse, and although there are seven bingo rooms, one of them is for VIPs only and several others only open in the evenings or once-a-day. The number of jackpot games is also disappointing as the £2k Pay Day game is monthly, the Fair and Square and Friday Fortune games are weekly, and the £500 VIP Jackpot runs once-a-month. There are just two free bingo rooms which are only accessible by funded players and one is for VIPs, and both of them have very limited opening hours. The choice of instants is more substantial, but that’s of small consolation if you’re here for the bingo.
Loyalty & Rewards
Bingo Clubhouse has both a loyalty scheme and a VIP Club. The loyalty scheme allows you to earn club coins on your first deposit, by winning weekly member draws, competitions, and promotions, and by spending money on bingo, slots, casino games, and instants. You can spend your club coins in the site’s Rewards Shop where you can purchase £10 Amazon vouchers, £15 iTunes gift cards, £10 bonus cash, 100% bonus vouchers, Rewards Wheel spins, and LG 32” HD Smart TVs. The daily, weekly, and monthly prize draws are also free to enter if you’re a funded player.
The VIP club has five different levels – Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Black – which give you regular deposit bonuses of 25%, 50%, 60%, 65%, and 75% respectively. N.B., the Gold and Black levels are invitation-only. Other VIP benefits include special gifts, extra bonus codes, and access to exclusive Club VIP promotions and games. You need 100 Club coins to become a Bronze member and 500 coins to become a Silver member. We like that your VIP status is determined by how much you play not by how much you deposit.
