Dove Bingo Verdict
Dove Bingo has a really nice design, but the games and promotions under the hood are pretty standard. It’s worth pointing out that the standard is high, but nevertheless the site needs to stand out more. The idea of choosing a dove to get your welcome bonus is fun and exactly the kind of thing bingo sites need to do, so Dove Bingo is on the right track.

Design & Usability
Dove Bingo has a bright, blue design depicting a clear sky and a cute, chirpy dove, who’s caught a worm in his beak (not really the first thing you think of with doves, but hey, a bird’s gotta eat). The home page greets you with a social panel and information on the welcome bonus, plus an unusual invitation to pick a dove to decide your bonus. You can see a brilliant sketch of four dressed-up doves.
Getting around the site is easy, but it does feel a little bland in places, with pages just having plain text information. The registration form could be a little easier on the eye, but it won’t take you a minute.
Software & Gameplay
Dove Bingo sports a smart little lobby, with the same sky background as the main site and some nice animated tiles. Finding rooms is easy and you can also see which rooms are hosted, when they are. Banking can be found at the top of the screen.
The bingo rooms are perhaps a little packed in. You will find the chat box very small, unless you close the mini games. Still, it’s easy to buy tickets and you get a good view of all your tickets. The chat itself seems to be on the quiet side, at least during the day. You may not find a host.
Safety & Security
This site’s credentials all look good. Dove Bingo is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and you can even see details of that license on the site. The site’s software has also been tested by the independent SQS body.
The site has a responsible gaming section with advice and controls to help you stay on top of your spending. The only thing missing is an up-to-date security certificate for the main site, but your transactions are still covered by full SSL encryption.
Payments & Withdrawals
Dove Bingo does not have a great selection of payment methods on offer. They accept the full gamut of credit and debit cards such as Switch, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa. However, they do not accept PaySafeCard or any e-wallet services, so if you prefer to keep your card details to yourself, this site is not for you.
Otherwise you should find the cashier system quick and easy to use.
Customer Support
You can find Dove Bingo’s help section easily at the top right. They present some useful FAQs and also invite you to contact them by email or by phone. There’s also a WhatsApp number, giving the site a form of live chat support, but note that this and the phone line are not 24/7.
The site also has a Facebook Messenger account, providing another form of live chat. You can scan a code on the help page (but not on the contact page for some reason) which will direct you to this. Good old live chat would be simpler, but these are clever alternatives.
Bonuses & Promotions
Dove Bingo stands out for doing something a little different with their welcome bonus. This is based on something Jumpman Gaming often does, giving players a randomised bonus amount from a spinning wheel, but instead of spinning a wheel you get to pick a dove.
This is mostly a cosmetic change, but it does make a difference and gives the feeling that they’ve spent some time on the promotions. Your default bonus is £20 for a £10 deposit, then you choose from a hippy, lady, muscle-bound or high society dove to decide what extra you get. This can be from £5 to £2500! This comes with a 4x wagering requirement.
Some other promotions also get some dove artwork. They include guaranteed jackpots and a chance to win a Friday night takeaway!
Device Compatibility
You can access the Dove Bingo site via mobile, by putting the site address into your browser. This should work for most tablet and phone devices, though the site does not give you any information about this. They also do not have any apps.
The mobile site is very easy to use and does the job well, but you can’t really get stuck into a game of bingo this way. There is no chat, which is quite a drawback, but may not bother some people.
Variety & Originality
There is not a huge amount of variety at Dove Bingo. The site has 90 ball and 75 ball bingo, but nothing else. There are over ten rooms but note that some are jackpot rooms which only open at certain times. There’s a free bingo, plus a VIP only free bingo. You can win free spins for Fluffy Favourites too. Overall, the room selection is plenty to get along with, but there’s nothing special or different.
The slot selection is much the same, but there are a lot of games to check out. They have the popular Starburst which is really nicely animated.
Loyalty & Rewards
The loyalty system at Dove Bingo sounds good, though it’s very light on details. They have some nice artwork of doves dressed in their finery, though! There are five VIP levels which grant special rewards, including cashback, gifts, higher reload bonuses, birthday bonuses and VIP games and jackpots.
These rewards are very attractive but the system could do with being a bit more transparent. They also have a VIP of the month award for those who can wager the most.
