Play2Win Bingo Verdict
The shame about Play2Win Bingo is that it has a great selection of high-quality games to choose from, plus you can’t overlook the fact that there are more variants on offer than most bingo sites, but the theme and branding are weak, and the lack of originality is unlikely to hold a serious player’s interest for long.

Design & Usability
Despite its powerful name and tagline, Play2Win doesn’t seem to have followed through with any real branding on its website. All you get is a pale pink background and a generic rotating banner that advertises the offers and games available. Even a few stock photos or hand-drawn graphics of players celebrating wins would help make the site more memorable and inviting, but as it is, it fails to make its wares look exciting.
As for usability, Play2Win uses the out-of-the-box Cozy template for its homepage and lobby, and while the website is easy to navigate, the lengthy and informative section that tells you all about the site is located right at the bottom of the homepage. We’d personally split it so that newcomers can at least see a portion of the welcome text, which could otherwise be missed entirely.
Software & Gameplay
If you’ve played at Cozy sites before, you’ll instantly recognise the software, particularly in the games lobby. Its design might be basic, but speed-wise, it performs well and allows you to quickly and easily purchase tickets, view the upcoming games schedule, and talk to the CMs and other roomies via the chat facility. You can also play mini-games of which there’re an extensive selection to choose from. There are a couple of networked rooms (namely the three jackpot rooms), but that’s about it.
The rooms are busy, and there’s always a chat moderator around if you need one. Plus, Play2Win’s CMs are extremely good at running regular chat games and trivia quizzes where you can win BBs.
Safety & Security
Play2Win Bingo is jointly regulated and licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Commission and the UK Gambling Commission. There’s proof that the games are fair as the operator possesses an iTech Labs certificate to show it uses a random number generator. The security of your data is also covered by Trustwave SSL encryption. Plus, Play2Win provides clear links to its terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy.
Payments & Withdrawals
The Cashier can be accessed via one click, and we like that you can enter bonus codes directly when making deposits. You can choose to fund your account using a debit/credit card or e-wallet payment method from the following selection: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill. You’ll need to have £30 in your account before you can request a withdrawal, and requests usually take a maximum of three working days to be processed.
Customer Support
When it comes to customer support, it’s a whole different story as Play2Win Bingo goes beyond our expectations. The team is contactable via telephone, live chat, email, and support ticket 24/7. If you choose to raise a ticket, you’ll receive a response within ten minutes, and if you use the online email form, you’ll hear back from an agent within one hour.
Bonuses & Promotions
It would be fair to say that new players are treated like royalty at Play2Win Bingo. When you sign up at the site, you can grab a £5 bonus just by adding a credit/debit card during the registration process. Please note, however, that it’s a non-withdrawable bonus.
Provided your first, second, and third deposits total £10+ each, you’ll also get bonuses of 500%, 350%, and 300% respectively. Any winnings you gain with these three bonuses can be withdrawn, but only after you’ve met the 4x wagering requirements.
Bar the welcome offers, the rest of the promotions are the same as other LBN/Cozy sites like Mummies and Scrummy Bingo, which is disappointing when you’ve seen them all before. However, they do cover a wide range of bingo and slots options, including jackpot specials, cashback deals, daily raffles, tournaments, chat games, and friend referral bonuses.
Device Compatibility
An increasing number of bingo fans prefer to play at no-download mobile sites, so the lack of a dedicated Play2Win app is no surprise. As the Mobile page explains, you can “just sign in and play anywhere on any portable device” using your mobile web browser. You can access all of the bingo rooms, as well as play 47 different slots, scratch cards, and casino games.
Variety & Originality
If you’re new to Play2Win Bingo, you’ll be delighted that there are bags of bingo variants to try, including 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, and 30-ball. There are twelve rooms, which we consider slightly higher than average, and some of them are dedicated to jackpot games.
There’s a vast range of casino games, scratch cards, and slots although they only feature Cozy titles, which is rather disappointing if you prefer to play games by popular software providers like Playtech, NetEnt, and Microgaming.
Loyalty & Rewards
Play2Win doesn’t have what most of us would consider a VIP programme, as it doesn’t offer perks like a dedicated account manager and VIP-exclusive rooms. In fact, it’s very basic and it’s one we’ve seen before at other Cozy sites. It consists of four levels (Silver, Gold, VIP, and SVIP), and to move up a level, you must earn the advertised amount of loyalty points. Loyalty points are earned by playing games with cash. All the loyalty levels give you are redeposit bonuses – nothing more.
