What we recommend instead
Brand New Bingo Verdict
From a functionality standpoint, the website works just how you would expect, but there’s just nothing original about Brand New Bingo. We’ve seen the games and bonuses they offer from a thousand other different websites in the past. It might have “brand new” in the name but, from our point of view, Brand New Bingo is about as middle of the road as it gets.

Design & Usability
Brand New Bingo certainly deserves some applause for the theme and design approach taken. The colour scheme and overall design of the website is an instant attention-grabber. The bright neon pink logo and the spinning bonus wheel you see when you open the site simply command attention. Yes, the bonus wheel is a gimmick, but in this instance it’s a gimmick with purpose.
Brand New Bingo likes to keep it simple from a usability perspective, as the toolbar found at the top of the page allows players to get started playing in just a matter of clicks. If we had one problem with Brand New Bingo’s design, it would be that there are parts of the site that could be better laid out, such as the “Contact Us” page.
Software & Gameplay
Brand New Bingo is powered by 15 Network (known as the platform of choice at Clucky Bingo), so you can expect the brand to offer a reliable bingo experience. One of the best parts of this is how the site gets players interested, with the chat moderators ensuring rooms are busy and there’s always something going on.
Adding to the above, Brand New Bingo also offers plenty of promotions and networked games, which really give this site a little extra sizzle.
Safety & Security
Brand New Bingo comes with license and regulation from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), which should tell you a lot about how legitimate this site is in terms of safety and security. The site also has SQA approval, meaning that a third-party regularly audits and approves the security of Brand New Bingo.
The only problem we have with the safety and security aspect of Brand New Bingo is that it’s hard to find information about the site’s commitment to fair play.
Payments & Withdrawals
Brand New Bingo make deposits and withdrawals as simple as can be, but players can only manage their money with Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, and Switch. The withdrawal time is just as much of a problem, as it can take between 7 and 14 days for a player to complete the cashout process.
There’s no real way to sugar coat how badly Brand New Bingo has handled payments and withdrawals, as the options at hand are nothing short of poor.
Customer Support
We found ourselves pleasantly surprised by how many options there are for contacting the Brand New Bingo customer support team, given the small size of this bingo brand. If you do have a problem then start out by taking a look at the FAQ, then if you need a little extra help look towards email, phone, or live chat support.
The strange thing about the live chat option is that it’s delivered through the WhatsApp chat app. This is a unique approach to say the least, but they respond quickly, so we can’t say it’s a bad thing.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses and promotions are where Brand New Bingo really starts to shine. We believe that every online bingo site in 2016 should have a no deposit bonus to offer new players, so we were pleased by the £20 free play. There is also a deposit-based bonus in effect, where your first deposit of £10 is matched 200% for an extra £20.
Sadly, there isn’t much after this initial welcome bonus to speak of, because the promotions page is rather lacklustre. If we had any advice for Brand New Bingo, it would be to pick up the pace in this department and give members a few exclusives to grab hold of.
Device Compatibility
If there was one problem to be had with the 15 Network, it’s that it’s not gone fully mobile just yet. Only some of the bingo sites associated with it have managed to make the jump to the small screen, but at least Brand New Bingo is one of them.
The Brand New Bingo mobile site might be a little basic, but it works great on both Android and iOS devices, so we can’t complain about it too much.
Variety & Originality
Brand New Bingo is clearly struggling as far as being original goes; there isn’t much originality on offer really. It’s very disappointing, but there’s not much variety to be found in the regular 90-ball and 75-ball bingo variations.
There are also no casino slots to be found at Brand New Bingo, which is definitely another negative against the site.
Loyalty & Rewards
Brand New Bingo doesn’t really open up any brand new doors in the bingo world, but it does at least reward loyal players. There are four different levels to this well put together VIP programme.
Players garner points through the VIP programme and can use them to earn cashback, birthday bonuses, re-deposit bonuses, and of course good old-fashioned free bingo bonus games.
