Becky has launched her own site, but it's another generic Cozy site unfortunately

Becky's Bingo verdict

Becky's Bingo is a friendly site with photography and smart graphics. This site is operated by the Deuce Gaming Group and uses Cozy Games software, similar to Lucky Puppy Bingo and Biscuit Bingo. You can find some interesting promotions here but will Becky be your new bingo buddy?

design & Usability

Becky's Bingo really hits you when you arrive, with a bold home page showing Becky herself front and centre, a happy, smiling woman. The site has a fun colour scheme without being too overbearing, but in places it does look a little oddly laid out.

You can find everything you need easily using the top bar and the site’s design feels like someone has really thought it through. Pages are packed with information and the account area really feels like a hub full of tools. This site may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a great example of clean design, up to a point.

customer Support

There is a help page on Becky's Bingo which gives you three simple options; live chat, FAQs or contact info. The contact page gives you an email or you can click ‘more info’ to get to a different contact page which itself links to live chat, email or a helpdesk form. Yes, it’s a bit of a weird arrangement and it seems the well thought out design got a bit stuck there, or perhaps two systems clashed a little.

In any case, you don’t seem to have phone here but live chat is available and staff are friendly (it’s hard not to image them all being Becky herself!)

bonuses & Promotions

The promotions here are quite interesting and they draw from similar Cozy sites. They are not unique unfortunately and don’t have bespoke art, but it’s a good set nonetheless. The welcome bonus is a mighty 400% up to £500, one of the biggest around, plus it comes with a spin on the Fortune Wheel. This can net you various extras from £15 cash to 2,000 bingo tickets! The bonus has a standard 4x wagering requirement and overall, it’s a good, fun offer.

Other promotions include daily free bingo and guaranteed jackpots. You can collect Lucky Ducks for depositing £22 and win a share of £1,000. These kinds of fun, creative ideas make a site more interesting.

Update (16/10/17) - Becky's Bingo seems to have removed the Fortune Wheel bonus, and now simply offers a flat 400% deposit bonus with all first deposits.

software & Gameplay

Becky's Bingo has a lobby on the page to start you off, but there’s also one within the software. It’s nicely made, with plenty going on, though it does use a pop-up window that stretches horribly at full screen.

Bingo rooms look good and upsize a bit better. They use the entire screen, so there’s lots of room for everything including chat. It’s a well-presented game and easy to follow, one of the nicer setups out there. Chat seems to be pretty active and you’ll find hosts playing games in the evening. You can have a fun time here!

device Compatibility

There is a mobile page on this site to explain their offerings. It’s good and explains that most phone types and tablet types can play the site. There is no app but you can simply load the site on your device’s browser.

The mobile site has a full set of bingo rooms and most of the slots, plus it’s made for browsing on a small screen so it’s cleverly compact. The bingo game is a little basic however and lacks chat.

safety & Security

Becky’s Bingo is protected by DigiCert SSL encryption so your transactions are safe from hackers. The site is also licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Commission and the UK Gambling Commission.

You’ll find a full responsible gaming section here with account controls to combat problem gambling. This site also has the iTech Labs certification for fair software.

variety & Originality

Becky’s Bingo has eight rooms, which are a mixture of 90 ball, 75 ball, 80 ball and 50 ball. This makes for a nice variety and should keep you interested, plus many have special backgrounds to give them a distinct feel. There are no rooms unique to this site, however.

The site has a speed bingo and free bingo in Village Café, plus the clever Elimination Bingo where you need to mark off less squares instead of more. These extras give the site a bit more sparkle.

payments & Withdrawals

Depositing and withdrawing can be done on the main site, using a short series of icons for quick access. This is a good system and it shows you exactly what extras you can claim at the time. Withdrawals are listed as a speedy 2-3 working days but this may just be the processing time at their end.

The site accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Switch. E-wallet users can use Neteller or PaySafeCard. A few more electronic services would round things off.

VIP Programme

Becky’s Bingo has the Loyalty Loot system which can earn you up to £100 a month. This is a five-tier system where you progress by depositing. You need to deposit at least £100 to get to Gold and begin getting cashback, starting at 5%. You also get entries into monthly prize draws.

The system is pretty good and you can also convert loyalty points to credit, but it has quite a steep requirement for a small return.

conclusion

Becky’s Bingo is on the upper end of average and could be better if it improves with time. An active set of players gives the chat more sparkle and the site design is very positive. It feels like a comfortable site to play and the games are good, but the site just needs a bit more individuality. Let’s see more of Becky, the fun mascot who first brings players through the door.
