Quackpot Bingo Verdict
Quackpot Bingo has a smart site, but it needs work to make information a bit more accessible. The site feels shiny and new but it’s offering much the same as sites established in previous years. A good place to pop in for deposit bonuses and to see if the chat community is taking off, but otherwise it’s nothing special.

Design & Usability
Quackpot Bingo is one of many bingo sites made in 2017, with a matching modern layout. It feels bright and shiny, with rays of light and big panels leading you to detailed information. The site doesn’t really have a theme and seems to miss out on the obvious opportunities of a name like ‘quackpot’, as there isn’t a duck in sight.
The new template may need tweaking as (at the time of writing) there are several broken links on the promotions section. Otherwise it’s pretty easy to navigate and the top bar of the site is well designed to be useful but not intrusive.
Software & Gameplay
Quackpot Bingo has a lobby built into the site rather than part of the bingo software. It’s a larger, clearer version than the lobby on other Cozy sites, but still pretty basic, just a list of rooms.
Clicking a room opens the software, which is the same software used on older sites so it may disappoint those looking for a brand spanking new site. The chat window is a little small but has a lot of useful tools, plus vitally, chat is busy. You will find a host and chatters easily here.
Safety & Security
Quackpot Bingo has a responsible gaming section with advice and tools for controlling your spending. They also have full security, for both the main site and transactions. This is backed up by the iTech Labs certification which means their randomness is proven to be fair.
The site is fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Isle of Man Gambling Commission.
Payments & Withdrawals
You can use several payment methods at Quackpot Bingo, including credit and debit cards like MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Maestro. They also accept Neteller and PaySafeCard. Some more e-wallets would be great to give players a bit more choice.
The deposit system is very good though and doesn’t need any pop-ups. You can pick amounts from a quick selection or enter an amount yourself, plus you can choose your bonus amount. Withdrawing is just as easy and should take a little less than average to process.
Customer Support
You will find the contact section in a special sliding menu on the side of the screen. The page is simple but very useful and offers four contact methods, including the all-important live chat. Contacts are available 24/7.
The site also has a phone line, ticket system and email form, so you’re bound to find a method that suits you. The team are pretty fast to reply and seem keen to help.
Bonuses & Promotions
Sadly, the promotions at Quackpot Bingo are the same as most Cozy Games sites, though they do have a few things on offer which will appeal. New players get a good deal from the welcome bonus, which is up to 500% cash match on up to £500 deposit! This is chosen from several amounts when you make your first deposit and only has a standard 4x wagering requirement.
Other site offers range from special chat games like the break-time quizzer, to regular session bingo with £100 jackpots. There are also weekly and monthly special jackpot games, but nothing very interactive, unfortunately.
Device Compatibility
Quackpot Bingo has a page to tell you about their mobile bingo games, but you need to log out to see it! They do not have any apps but you can visit the site through your mobile or tablet browser. This should work for the majority of devices.
The mobile site is nicely made and uses a similar menu layout to the main site, plus the same login details. The bingo game is very basic though, not as much fun as the main site.
Variety & Originality
Quackpot Bingo offers a big range of bingo types, such as 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball. There are eleven rooms in total with a mixture of price points, which includes a free bingo room and some which only open for jackpots. The 2017 room with a £2017 jackpot is a new promotional offer.
The slots and bingo all suffer from being the same selection as any Cozy site, but that being said, they are good and you have plenty of choice. They just don’t stand out.
Loyalty & Rewards
Quackpot Bingo only mentions a standard loyalty scheme where you earn points for playing and can later convert to cash. You need at least 100 to convert and this earns £1.
Though the site is sketchy on details they also seem to have the standard Cozy setup of a four-tier system, which takes a while to progress on and only offers bigger deposit bonuses. A nice reward, but nothing glamorous to encourage real loyalty.
