Big Heart Bingo Verdict
There are two big problems with Big Heart Bingo. Firstly, while its charity concept is great, there’s no evidence of how much money it donates and how often, or which charities it supports, and an operator who wishes to appear trustworthy really needs to give potential new members some proof of how it helps worthy causes. Secondly, there’s nothing exclusive on offer at the site. So, while there are some good perks including multiple bingo variants, generous bonuses, and big jackpots to enjoy, you’re unlikely to find it an exciting prospect if you’ve played at some of the best bingo sites in the UK previously.

Design & Usability
If you’ve played at other Cozy sites on the BBN network like Epic or Mira Bingo. Bingo, you’re sure to recognise the layout of Big Heart Bingo. There’s a main menu that lets you visit seven different areas of the site such as Promotions, Casino, Help, and Games, a mini-schedule of games, and a banner which advertises the latest offers.
It might be easy to use, but it’s not an inviting website. Aside from the brand’s logo, there are no pictures and there’s no personalised intro – just a fairly lacklustre red-and-yellow colour scheme. There’s not even an explanation of how much Big Heart gives to charity, and which good causes it supposedly supports.
Software & Gameplay
The design of the lobby is basic, but it’s easy to navigate and the load times are good. It’s not the busiest site we’ve ever played at, but there were still a sufficient amount of players online when we visited on a Monday afternoon to make the games enjoyable and the chat rooms lively. We also found the chat hosts were really good fun, particularly Noel who was amply manning the Victoria 90 room.
There are eleven bingo rooms which feature multiple bingo variants (90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball, and 30-ball), including one free room. The majority have progressive room jackpots such as Queens (£1,000), Grand (£2,500), and Grandeur (£2,000). The three jackpot rooms are networked, so although there are some generous prizes of up to £1,000 to play for, you’re competing against members of all the other sites on the BBN network. There’s a bunch of Cozy Games’ slots, casino games, and scratch cards available, but there are no exclusive games on offer.
Safety & Security
Big Heart is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and its random number generator (which ensures fairness) is independently certified by iTech Labs. A Trustwave SSL certificate is used to encrypt your financial data, and there are multiple pages which explain more about the safety and security measures.
Payments & Withdrawals
The following payment methods are available: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Neteller, Paysafecard, Skrill, Ukash, and Pay by Mobile. You can make minimum withdrawals of £10 and minimum deposits of £10 via the Cashier, and you can easily enter discount codes in the boxes provided. Our key concern with the banking policy is that it only allows you to make one withdrawal request every five days.
Customer Support
The customer service team operates 24/7, and you can get in touch via live chat, telephone, online email form, or by opening a support ticket. Big Heart aims to respond to emails within one hour, and support tickets within ten minutes.
Bonuses & Promotions
Big Heart Bingo offers the standard BBN promotions which cater to a wide range of tastes, but offer nothing unique.
There’s a £15 no-deposit offer that you can claim by verifying a debit or credit card when you register. Plus, there’s a 400% first deposit bonus, and a 300% second and third deposit bonus. With all future deposits, you can choose between 150% cash and a 450% bonus. The wagering requirements are 4x bingo or 10x slots.
Other offers include entry to free daily bingo tournaments, a £10 Amazon voucher for every friend you successfully refer to the site, 5% to 20% cashback each week on deposits of £25 or more, and weekly and monthly slots tournaments where you can win a share of £10,000 cash.
Device Compatibility
It would be helpful if there was a dedicated page for mobile users, as unless you’re aware that Cozy Games websites can be accessed via mobile web browsers, you might not realises that you can play using your smartphone and tablet.
Variety & Originality
As we mentioned earlier, there are eleven bingo rooms and five different bingo variants, as well as over eighty slots, casino games, and scratch cards. While it’s a diverse selection, it contains nothing we haven’t seen before at other Cozy Games sites, and we also think it would be good to have more than one free bingo room.
Loyalty & Rewards
Big Heart operates the standard BBN loyalty plan, which you automatically gain membership of when you sign up. You get one loyalty point for every £2 wagered on bingo, and every £10 wagered on slots or casino games (N.B., roulette awards no loyalty points).
There are four loyalty levels – Silver (0-1,000 LPs); Gold (1,001-2,500 LPs); VIP (2,501-5,000 LPs), and SVIP (5,001+ LPs). You can trade your loyalty points for cash, but there don’t appear to be any other benefit on offer.
