Mira Bingo verdict

Crowded is probably an apt way to describe the online bingo landscape right now, as new brands seem to be popping up here, there, and everywhere. While choice is always nice, it has created a few problems, with players now facing a barrage of below par bingo platforms. Mira Bingo launched all the way back in 2008 and has been working hard to keep pace with the competition ever since.

Ranking as yet another Cozy Games brand, Mira Bingo is attempting to provide players with the “The Ultimate Online Bingo Experience”, but does it deliver? The following review is the ultimate low-down on all that Mira Bingo has to offer!

design & Usability

Mira Bingo hardly breaks down any barriers with its design, as it appears to be a carbon copy of various other sites on the Best Bingo Network. When you consider that this site has been around since 2008, it is bitterly disappointing to see that they continue to stand by this approach. The colours are bland, borderline cliché, and barely worth taking note of in our eyes. All in all, there is very little about the design of Mira Bingo that’s going to grab your attention.

Due to the basic nature of Mira Bingo, it does prove to be a pretty easy to use platform. Through the toolbar at the top of the page, you can move around the site with ease, while it also places all games, lobbies, and rooms within a click or twos reach.

customer Support

Some bingo sites are happy to usher players in through the digital entrance and leave them to fend for themselves, but not Mira Bingo. They do what they can to stand by members through a customer support network that covers all bases. Running 24/7, players can reach the team via phone, email, live chat, and web0ticket, as such help only ever a few keystrokes away here.

Adding to the round the clock availability, we found the customer support to be noticeably snappy when it comes to turnaround times.

bonuses & Promotions

An online bingo site that doesn’t have bonuses and promotions to offer in 2017 is simply asking for trouble. This is a lesson that Mira Bingo has clearly learned, as they have a vast selection of deals to offer players. What is immediately going to draw players in is the very generous £15 no deposit bonus, which ensures that cost free bingo is ready and waiting.

If the £15 no deposit appetiser isn’t quite enough, the main course of a triple-header welcome package will surely have you jumping for joy. All of this is then followed by a loaded promotions calendar. Mira Bingo certainly makes a few mistakes with its platform, but it without a doubt knows what players want when it comes to bonuses and promotions.

software & Gameplay

Mira Bingo is a Cozy Games product, so from a software and gameplay perspective this platform is very much “middle of the road”. It has been said that if you’ve played at one Cozy Games site you may as well have played at them all, and there is certainly some truth to that. That being said, through the Best Bingo Network, gameplay quality is more or less assured.

Player numbers are more or less average, while the chat moderators are very much the same. Mira Bingo is largely as you would expect when it comes to software and gameplay, with it being passable on both counts.

device Compatibility

With almost a decade of experience in the books, Mira Bingo has absolutely no choice but to move with the times and in fairness it has done that fabulously.

Adapting to the growing mobile casino market with ease, Mira Bingo now has a dedicated mobile page. While it’s no substitute for a dedicated app, it’ll more than do the job for any Mira Bingo member who wants to snap up tickets while on the move.

safety & Security

Unlike some of its rivals, Mira Bingo does not hold a license from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), as the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (IoMGSC) governs it instead. This isn’t a major gripe on our part, but we do tend to lean towards recommending sites that have UKGC backing.

For information related to fair play, check out the FAQ page, as you’ll see that Mira Bingo uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all the action remains honest and above board.

variety & Originality

Creativity certainly isn’t the strong suit of Mira Bingo, as it hardly showcases any, but what it is able to deliver is variety. Bingo lovers will get a real kick out of the level of choice here, as 30-ball, 50-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball, and 90-ball bingo mean that the action is more or less in full flow around the clock.

Giving the Mira Bingo platform some additional zip is the casino slots made available. With more than 50 at hand, they certainly present a viable alternative to the bingo games when called upon.

payments & Withdrawals

Mira Bingo keeps things simple when it comes to payments and withdrawals. Money can be moved around using MasterCard, Visa, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Delta, and even the mobile centric Boku.

Sadly, withdrawal times at Mira Bingo are nothing short of brutal, as from request to completion can take up to 10 days, which simply isn’t good enough in our eyes.

VIP Programme

Ending this review on a real low note, Mira Bingo doesn’t offer members a VIP programme to take part in. This is so disappointing in our eyes, as this is a key part of online bingo play these days, so it’s criminal to see it be neglected to such an extent.

conclusion

Telling it how it is, Mira Bingo isn’t anything special, as it is yet another cookie cutter Cozy Games creation. That being said, if you’re on the hunt for some dependable online bingo play, then Mira Bingo should have the power to fulfil that need.
