All Stars Bingo Verdict
Sadly, All Stars Bingo doesn’t live up to its name due to the lack of modern banking methods, chat hosts, exclusive promotions, and game variety. We’re also unimpressed with how few bingo rooms open around-the-clock, which makes the site feel like a ghost town. Overall, therefore, it’s a brand we’d hesitate to recommend.

Design & Usability
As “All Stars” is an American term that’s commonly used to describe a sports team made up of star players, All Stars Bingo uses a colour scheme that’s reminiscent of the USA flag. It’s got the blue and white stars and stripes in its background, although the primary colour is a darkish blue which gives it a refreshingly different appearance to the multiple bingo sites that go over-the-top with pink themes in a bid to attract female players.
The homepage is well-designed and uncluttered as it shies away from using too many graphics in favour of advertising its biggest attraction – the Spin the Wheel welcome bonus. There’s a short introduction to the brand, a banner advertising five hand-picked slots, and a link to the All Stars Bingo Facebook page, which is regularly updated.
Accessing the lobby and your account details as an existing member, or signing up as a new recruit are all very simple as all you need to do is click the relevant buttons at the top of the screen.
Software & Gameplay
The Jumpman Gaming software that powers All Stars Bingo is impressively fast, although the design of the lobby is very simplistic. Because there’s a limited number of standard rooms (there are only eight, and two of them are restricted to VIPs and Newbies), plus many of them only open in the evening or first thing in the morning, there were only twenty-five players online when we visited the site at 3.30 PM. We could also find no sign of any chat hosts, and players seem to be left to fend for themselves. The lack of CHs is particularly bad when the homepage boasts that “our best in class CMs will have you laughing your socks off”.
There are no exclusive game variants – just 90-ball and 75-ball, and the networked games are fairly non-existent.
Safety & Security
All Stars is dually licensed by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and the UK Gambling Commission. The operator advertises the fact that its software is tested and approved by SQS, but the eCOGRA logo is missing, there are very few details regarding security and safety, and only the Cashier uses a secure URL.
Payments & Withdrawals
Unfortunately, All Stars only gets two stars when it comes to banking methods as the only options are traditional debit and credit cards like Visa, Maestro, Solo, and MasterCard.
The minimum deposit amount of £5 is good, but we feel that the minimum withdrawal amount of £30 should be lowered to £10. You can enter bonus codes in the cashier, and the software allows to you to quickly pick set amounts to deposit. Withdrawal processing times are fairly average at 3 to 5 days.
Customer Support
Unfortunately, sites on the 15 Network do not offer 24/7 customer support or a live chat facility. However, you can still request help via a dedicated All Stars email address. Plus, you can telephone the team or message them through WhatsApp between 9.30 AM and 6 PM from Monday to Friday.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus gives you 200% extra (up to a maximum of £100) when you make your first deposit of £10 or above (N.B., you’ll need to meet the 4x wagering requirements mentioned in the terms and conditions prior to submitting a withdrawal request). However, you also get a free spin on the Bonus Wheel which guarantees you an extra bonus reward of between £10 and £2,500. As a new member, you get access to the Newbies Room, which opens from 8 PM until 11 PM hosting free daily games.
Reload bonuses are available for all funded players, the values of which are dependent on your current loyalty level (e.g. Bronze players get 50% and Gold players get 65%). You can also take advantage of several other promotions like the Weekend Wad (win a share of £300 in bonus funds), the monthly Tuesday Treasure Jackpot (win £1,000 on the second Tuesday of the month), and Friday Night Takeaway (win a £50 takeaway each week). Sadly, these promotions are used across the 15 Network, and there are no unique offers to make All Stars Bingo extra-special.
Device Compatibility
It’s disappointing to see a modern bingo site that doesn’t mention whether or not you can play on mobile devices. While we failed to find an Android or iOS app available, we were able to log in via our mobile web browser which is fairly basic and lacks a chat facility.
Variety & Originality
You can only play 90-ball and 75-ball games at All Stars Bingo, and although there are three free rooms (one for Newbies, one for VIPs, and one for funded players), they only open for a few hours each day. There are just four jackpot games available, two of which are monthly and one of which is for VIPs only. The slots and instants selection is far better, and the lobby boasts many popular titles such as Aloha, Chilli Gold, Doctor Love, Fluffy Favourites, and Gonzo’s Quest.
Loyalty & Rewards
All Stars Bingo operates a VIP scheme which has five different levels – Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Black. Although there’s no mention of how you can move through the levels, the perks mentioned include redeposit bonuses, cashback, mystery gift, birthday bonuses, and exclusive VIP games and jackpots. The promotions page refers to a monthly VIP £500 jackpot game, which costs £1 per card, and while we were in the lobby, we spotted a free VIP room which runs £5 jackpot games in the evenings.
