Foxy Zero Verdict
Foxy Zero is a disappointing site. You arrive expecting a spin off from Foxy Bingo, but it feels more like a poor cousin cashing in on the brand name. This site has no special attention to design; it’s just a template site with some bigger free bingo jackpots. That being said, free bingo with big jackpots is always nice, so it may be worth having an account to take a stab at those, but don’t expect a buzzing time.

Design & Usability
You’re greeted to Foxy Zero by the familiar Foxy mascot of a suited fox, so at least you know you’re in the right place! They have some nice graphics and a very clean site, but it does become clear as you look around that it’s quite empty. You won’t find more fox artwork once you get past the main page, just plain pages which are easy to read but a little bland.
The site has a top navigation bar with all the key areas and each page has a little text to explain what it’s for. The site is pretty friendly to newcomers and certainly well made, but it isn’t anywhere near as nicely presented as Foxy Bingo.
Software & Gameplay
Foxy Zero uses Dragonfish software, which is reliably snappy and stable. You get a bold lobby with a strip of animated panels, account controls and tabbed bingo games. The Foxy Zero logo is here but otherwise there’s no special artwork to speak of.
The bingo game itself follows the standard Dragonfish template, with a mustard and purple colour scheme to match Foxy. Buying tickets is nice and easy and it seems to run smoothly. We had trouble finding a chatty room or even a CM, but this was in the day. The chat window itself is a good size.
Safety & Security
You will find all Foxy Zero’s credentials in order. They are licensed and regulated by the Government of Gibraltar and the Great Britain Gambling Commission. You’ll also see the eCOGRA seal, though it’s tiny, which certifies the site for fair play. There’s a fair play page on the site to tell you a bit more.
The site has clear responsible gaming information and a privacy policy. You’ll also be protected by a secure, encrypted connection when making payments.
Payments & Withdrawals
This site uses a pop-up cashier window which any Cassava site veteran will recognise. You can go through the steps pretty quickly. Withdrawing uses the same process and it’s mostly painless. Withdrawal seem to take just a little over average to process here.
The payment methods accepted include the usual cards, such as MasterCard and Visa, or you can use PaySafeCard and PayPal. Wire transfer is an option too. More choice would be great but PayPal is nice to see.
Customer Support
Foxy Zero’s help page is easy to find. Here you get a link to their contact section and some quick answers to common problems like trouble logging in. Contact options include email and phone. Email is split into two teams, Promotions and Operations, which should mean that your emails get seen quicker. They aim for 48 hours. The phone line unfortunately is not 24/7, which is a shame since the site lacks live chat.
The support team are helpful here but again it’s clear that they aren’t the same calibre as the main Foxy site.
Bonuses & Promotions
You won’t really find any promotions at Foxy Zero! The emphasis on free bingo here means that the site doesn’t offer much else at all, which does make sense. The free bingo must take up a huge amount of their promotional budget. You’ll find guaranteed jackpots, over £10,000 every month, which of course is costing them a lot! Still, some extras would be nice for a little more fun.
The welcome bonus here is 200% up to £150, a modest but decent offer. This needs to be wagered through four times before you can withdraw. Overall a sad lack of promotions, but balanced out by the site’s free bingo offering.
Device Compatibility
Foxy Zero does not have any mobile app, or a page to explain their mobile situation. Sadly, this site does not have a mobile option at all, despite being powered by Dragonfish which has an excellent mobile version.
Variety & Originality
There is not a great deal of variety at Foxy Zero. You have 90 ball and 75 ball, plus a 5-line variant, but while this says ’24 hours’ on the icon it was closed when we visited. There are two 10p rooms in 75 ball and four mixed rooms for 90 ball. You’ll also find some daily jackpots.
The free part involves five rooms, one of which is for newbies and one is weekly. Fans of Cassava sites will recognise the set up; it’s a great free bingo offering, but nothing special exactly. There are, however, good guaranteed jackpots on these free rooms. While these games are definitely worth checking out, don’t expect anything special.
Loyalty & Rewards
Foxy Zero makes no mention of any VIP programme. You are able to earn loyalty points as you play and redeem them for cash, with 1000 points making £1. A very bog standard offering here.
