Beaky Bingo Verdict
Beaky Bingo is a curious site; in many ways, it’s awkward to use and there are a lot of things missing or done poorly. Perhaps this is because it grew from land bingo. However, there are also lots of things the site gets right. The game selection is great and different, plus they have a lot of quirky extras like Facebook competitions, photos from charity events and of course the fantastic Jackpot FM. Certainly worth checking out for a change of scenery.

Design & Usability
The site mascot, Beaky the parrot, is a happy fellow. The site has a rich, blue colour scheme and Beaky appears on several promotions. The visual side of the design is not astounding, but it is good quality and feels distinct. What really stands out is that the home page invites you to listen to Jackpot FM, a web radio station! This isn’t really explained on site, but it seems to be a bespoke radio station for Beacon Bingo clubs. Loads of fun!
The site has a few navigation issues. While there is a clear top navigation bar and big links for social media, many aspects like banking and account info can only be reached through the lobby, not on the main site. Also, it could be easier to find the site’s contact/help page.
Software & Gameplay
Virtue Fusion are known for good software and Beaky Bingo is no exception, running quickly and smoothly. You’ll be taken to a large, bright lobby with some animated slot ads and tabs for bingo rooms. You can reach account options on a neat dropdown menu, plus this is where you can summon the site’s elusive live chat.
The bingo itself is well made, with smart animations and a good layout that makes everything clear to see. Chat could be a tad bigger, but it’s very clear and readable. You have a buddy system and private inbox. We found chat to be a little lacking, with no CMs on site in the morning.
Safety & Security
You’ll find Beaky Bingo’s credentials at the bottom of the site, as usual. They are licensed by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and the UK Gambling Commission. They also link to a third party called ODR who handles dispute resolution, should anything go wrong.
The site has a responsible gaming policy and links to organisations like Gamcare and Gambling Therapy. They also have a clear privacy policy. The site uses encryption to protect your data, but they do need to brush up their security certificate which appears in your browser.
Payments & Withdrawals
You need to open the bingo lobby in order to deposit or withdraw here (and the cashier itself is in another pop-up window), which is a bit of an annoying extra step. Once there, it’s pretty easy to use their banking system, though it’s not the nicest interface.
Beaky Bingo accepts the major cards like Visa and MasterCard, plus they accept PaySafeCard and PayPal. They could do with a little more variety for e-wallets.
Customer Support
You need to track down the help page from the bottom-of-page links here, but once you do you get a clear page with plenty of information. Curiously, on this contact page, you’ll only find an email address listed… yet in the bingo lobby, it emerges that they do in fact have live chat support! While this is good, they should really make it easier to find.
Otherwise the support team is helpful and quick to respond. There is currently no phone option for the site, which may put some users off. The site doesn’t have a full FAQ page either, which means that information is hard to find.
Bonuses & Promotions
The promotional offers at Beaky Bingo are limited, but fun. Beaky himself stars in the artwork and you’ll find offers like a huge £1m slot prize draw and guaranteed jackpots in special rooms. There’s also a monthly bingo for £500k, which is a huge amount. Adding to the variety and interactivity is the site’s Facebook page, which is active and updated regularly (something that even the best bingo sites can’t always boast). The site has link games, but doesn’t appear to offer free bingo.
The welcome bonus is £30 free when you deposit £10. Note that this is split between £20 on bingo and £10 on slots. Furthermore, you must wager the bingo bonus six times through before withdrawing (more than the average) and twenty times for the slots cash.
Device Compatibility
There is sadly no mobile page on Beaky Bingo to explain how their mobile system works. They do not offer any apps in the major app stores. Fortunately, they do have a mobile option if you just visit the site in your mobile browser. This should work for most devices.
The mobile site is quite simple but very neat. You have access to chat and plenty of customisable options.
Variety & Originality
You will find a great variety at Beaky Bingo, between 90 ball, 80 ball and 75 ball bingo, plus some unusual games like Cash Cubes. There are around twelve rooms opening at various times, with many being Virtue Fusion’s special offerings like Deal or No Deal and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, with special bonus rounds that make the site a bit more exciting.
Originality comes in the form of Beaky’s Bargains, a simple 1p room. This is a nice little touch that makes it clear that the operators didn’t just churn out a template. When it comes to slots, you have a large selection with some high-quality favourites like Britain’s Got Talent.
Loyalty & Rewards
Beaky Bingo does not appear to have any VIP scheme, as it is not mentioned in the promotions and there’s no VIP section on site. There are also no FAQs to check up on about it (other than a basic set found within the lobby). Support were able to confirm that there’s no loyalty system here.
