The problem here is that the brand hasn’t learnt from any of its mistakes, with it continually offering a bingo experience that can rightly be labelled as drab. This really is bingo for the sake of bingo and thus Think Bingo is a site that we wouldn’t recommend to other players.

Think Bingo really haven’t ventured too far outside of the realm of cliché when it comes to web design, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. While other sites are looking to jump on what’s new, Think Bingo is continuing to stand by what gave the casino brand prominence upon its debut.
Every single page here is loaded with pink, while other graphics are basic in appearance. Yes, the site could use a bit of an overhaul in some areas – it does appear a touch narrow for our liking – but in general this site is middle of the road and thus hard to fault.
If Think Bingo is able to skate by when it comes to design, it’s not so lucky when it comes to usability. The site appears clunky and poorly laid out, which actually harms the basic bingo operation that it’s trying to offer. For example, the help page carries plenty of useful information, but it is all meshed together in a single stream of text that is hard to make sense of.
Software & Gameplay
Think Bingo has real problems when it comes to choice. What doesn’t help matters is that the rooms are seldom busy, even if the chat moderators are doing their best to drum up interest and keep the game’s flowing.
In a brief respite, the network behind Think Bingo does appears to be reputable, as it’s an 888 backed brand, so you can play the small selection of games with minimal fuss and delay as a result.
Safety & Security
Think Bingo is at least a secure bingo platform, as the Gibraltar Gambling Commission regulates it. Adding to this, parent company 888 also has Great Britain Gambling Commission approval.

Customer Support
On the customer support side of things, Think Bingo really does fall short of industry standards. Any online bingo site needs to have live chat support as a minimum these days, not only does Think Bingo not have that, it only really has two means of contact in email and limited phone support.
The ‘Help’ page isn’t much better either; as while the information may be valid, it is presented so horribly that it is almost made redundant.

When you join Think Bingo you can claim a £20 welcome bonus, which is activated when an initial £10 deposit is made. It isn’t the most original sign-up incentive we’ve ever seen, but it’s far from the worst.
Looking at what other bonuses and promotions Think Bingo offer, it appears that they do like to keep things feeling seasonal. For example, at time of writing the Trick or Treat Tourney was in full flow, giving players a taste of Halloween. If we were to nit-pick we would say that Think Bingo could be a little more original and work harder to showcase the promotions they offer.
Device Compatibility
Think Bingo has a lot of problems, but it does in a sense redeem itself somewhat with its mobile platform. You’ll find that this bingo site is compatible with practically all modern mobile devices, with there being minimal compatibility issues.
There isn’t currently a dedicated app available for Think Bingo, but the mobile site certainly does enough to counteract this. It’s a basic experience on the action front, but if you are after a bingo fix on the move, you could do much worse than giving Think Bingo a try.
Variety & Originality
Games are the beating heart of any online bingo platform, but sadly Think Bingo is flat lining. They only offer 90-Ball Bingo and 75-Ball Bingo, with just a smattering of Free Bingo options in the mix.
