Lucky Diner Bingo Verdict
Lucky Diner Bingo is a curious site. Visually, the design is great and stands out. The addition of the live TV chat party is great, as this really brings the hosts to life and it’s something you don’t get on many bingo sites at all. This makes the site stand out from the crowd, but sadly the site also suffers from a lot of little, niggling problems like broken links (and a broken jukebox) and network issues. This is an odd bird, but a site worth checking out if you like different things.

Design & Usability
Lucky Diner Bingo hits the nail on the head with their American diner theme, mixed with a hint of 50s glamour. This site rearranges the usual home page a little, to make room for a great big graphic of a rocket-age TV set and a flashy diner sign. The site art is made to look a little faded and classic, though sadly it doesn’t extend to promotions and the bingo menu.
The site makes navigation easy with a top bar for all the main areas of the site, along with account controls. There are also useful side buttons for live chat, promotions and social media links. What’s a little disappointing about this site is that they offer a kind of radio station for tunes while you play, but the floating button for it is obscured by the live help button. We could not get it to work! A few other parts of the site suffer from similar issues with broken links, sadly.
Software & Gameplay
Lucky Diner Bingo uses pretty standard Cozy Games software, which is pretty quick to load, though we found it struggled to open mini games. The audio is not that great on this software, which seemed all the more obvious because the bingo radio wasn’t playing!
However, this is easy software to use and has useful pop-ups with new offers. You can also get a good chat going here, as the site seems to be pretty well populated and there are hosts on hand.
Safety & Security
Lucky Diner Bingo is fully licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Commission and UK Gambling Commission. The site’s security is provided by Trustwave, a known and trusted brand, with a security certificate viewable in your browser.
There are tools here for controlling your spending, ideal for avoiding problem gambling, plus the site’s random number generator is approved by the iTech Labs.
Payments & Withdrawals
Lucky Diner Bingo has a built-in cashier which you can find from the home page easily. The site pushes you to verify or register quite a lot, so you may end up being here by mistake at first. The system is easy to use, with a menu on the left to hop between deposit, withdrawal and so on. Withdrawals take a standard 3-5 working days.
This site accepts all the major credit and debit cards, plus you can use Boku Mobile Payments, Neteller and PaySafeCard. It’s a fair mixture but some more popular e-wallets would be nice.
Customer Support
There are several methods to contact support at Lucky Diner Bingo, including the all-important live chat support, email, tickets and phone. The lines are open 24/7 which is good news for early and late players.
The support team here are very professional and seem quick to respond, but both they and chat hosts did not seem fully up to speed with the details of the site. Of course, this can be a one-off. With a very detailed FAQ section on site, you won’t need them for everyday matters.
Bonuses & Promotions
It seems fitting that Lucky Diner Bingo uses a flashing diner sign as a logo, because their handsome welcome bonus is very much a star attraction. You can claim up to 500% on your first deposit, then 350% on your second and 300% on your third! These are hardly limited at all and can be claimed on £500 deposits. Note however that there’s a standard 4x wagering requirement.
If you’re uncertain about depositing, there’s £10 to claim for just registering a card, letting you play bingo with no deposit. This site also has a nice mixture of guaranteed jackpots, such as £250 daily, £500 weekly and £1,000 monthly jackpots. There are also regular chat games. What stands out here, however, is a unique offering of a live TV chat show, each Thursday night with the site’s hosts! This should be a lot of fun with extra ways to win.
Device Compatibility
There is a handy mobile functionality page at the bottom of Lucky Diner Bingo, which directs you to log in via your mobile or tablet browser. They do not have any apps in the major stores, but all major devices can access the site online.
The mobile site has access to most of the site’s games and all bingo, but the bingo games are a little basic and lack chat. Still, it’s easy to use, which is important.
Variety & Originality
There’s a fair selection at Lucky Diner Bingo, offering a mix of game types from 90 ball to 30 ball, which covers ten rooms. This includes jackpot bingo, free bingo and all the usual Cozy rooms like Big Ben. This site does, however, have its own 75 ball room in the form of ‘Bingo Tonight’, where the live chat show takes place. This is a great addition and something unique is always nice to see!
None of the rooms have bespoke artwork sadly, but they’re fun enough to play. The slots selection is also standard to most bingo sites in the UK, but still there are some great gems like Shaman’s Luck to try out.
Loyalty & Rewards
Lucky Diner Bingo has an interesting loyalty system called the VIP Club. This promises several special extras such as exclusive offers, giveaways, coupons and special PA Lottery information. There is a ‘Second Chance Prize ZoneTM’, where you can enter select non-winning instant tickets or qualified draw game, tickets for Lottery prizes and more. These seem to all revolve around the PA Lottery, but details are very sketchy. It’s different, at least!
There is a button marked ‘join the VIP club’, but this just takes you to the site’s terms page. The support team verified that in practise it’s just a case of being invited.
