Little Big Bingo Verdict
Little Big Bingo is much more on the little than the big side. The site feels dated when you arrive and they’re missing some key factors that players look for, such as mobile play and engaging promotions. This is simply a basic bingo site, with good software but nothing special to keep your attention.

Design & Usability
Little Big Bingo greets you with a kind of theatrical splash screen, packed with info about their latest offers. You get bright colours here and it’s a memorable design, but some might find it a little clashing. The pages are all built around a sort of frame artwork, leaving them a little squashed in the middle, but it looks nice.
The usual top navigation bar is split around a central logo, keeping with the feel that you’re looking at a theatrical presentation of bingo. Unfortunately, while each page has the drawn frame, the actual pages are lacking decent artwork. The site feels a little dated and basic.
Software & Gameplay
Little Big Bingo has the very capable Dragonfish software and the lobby looks a lot more like a modern bingo site, as you’d expect. You have quick access to all your account needs at the top, slots ads in the middle and bingo on tabs at the bottom. It’s a little bland but works just fine.
The bingo rooms are modest but fast. The orange and blue colour scheme might put some off, but it all works just fine. Unfortunately, we struggled to find any signs of chat or hosts at all, so this site seems to be on the downswing.
Safety & Security
Little Big Bingo is licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and the Great Britain Gambling Commission. The main site is lacking an up-to-date security certificate; however, your actual payments are protected by SSL encryption.
The site has a useful responsible gaming section with all the standard controls for helping you manage your spending. They also have the eCOGRA seal of approval for fairness.
Payments & Withdrawals
Payments can be made using Cassava’s standard pop-up cashier. This is a neat little system which uses icons to guide you through the process, so after the first time it won’t take long at all. Withdrawals are similarly quick.
You have the option of paying online or using wire transfer. You can pay by debit or credit card, or there’s PaySafeCard and PayPal. This is a limited selection but PayPal is probably the best e-wallet for UK users, by and large.
Customer Support
You can easily locate a Help section at the top right, which gives you a neatly laid out page of text. This focuses on general help, such as explaining how to log in and bank. All useful for newcomers. The page links on to a contact page, where you can reach the promotions and operations teams. They have two teams to streamline communication.
You have the options of email and phone but no live chat. Phone is not 24/7, just 10am-6pm Monday to Friday. While the staff seem fine, it’s a shame to not have the full contact package.
Bonuses & Promotions
There’s very little to write home about here regarding promotions. Little Big Bingo is seriously lacking in promotions, offering only a welcome bonus and guaranteed jackpots. In fairness, they pay out over £100,000 in jackpots every month, but this is not the same as competitions or special events. There is no artwork for these.
The welcome bonus is 200% up to £150, a pretty good bonus which is higher than many sites. This comes with a four-times wagering requirement.
Device Compatibility
Little Big Bingo sadly does not offer a mobile site. You can access it to log in and view your account information, but the page is not optimised for small screens. This site limits you to desktop and laptop computers.
Variety & Originality
Little Big Bingo offers 90 ball and 75 ball bingo. There are a few rooms for each, but with a small player base, you get low jackpots. There’s also a 5-line game, as seen on many Cassava sites. On the plus side, there are five free bingo games here, including one for newbies and one for VIPs. There are also various daily jackpot games.
The slots selection is just like any Cassava site. You can expect a broad range and some with really nice animations and bonus rounds, but only a few with that premium feel.
Loyalty & Rewards
Players at Little Big Bingo can earn Penny Points by playing, or through chat games. You can later cash these points in for credit. This is just your bog-standard loyalty scheme and doesn’t have any tiers to move through or special offers. You can access some VIP rooms and get points for referrals.
Lacking any special VIP system that we can see, this site needs a bit more to keep players once they arrive.
