What we recommend instead
ITV Bingo Verdict
ITV Bingo is a very disappointing site, not just because the game and promotional offerings are so thin, but because it’s backed by such a big name. You arrive expecting all the glitz and glamour of a TV station, including themed games, popular characters, promotions based on your favourite shows… but you get a bare bones site with no extra effort made. This site feels forgotten and the graveyard slot is very apt when it comes to chat. The only redeeming feature here is a good slot selection and decent standard of software, at least on desktop.

Design & Usability
You’re greeted to ITV Bingo by a sleek black and white page, which is very smart but doesn’t actually strike us as what we expect from ITV. The design is a little bland and could stand to have more of ITV’s signature style. There are a few nice touches, like an animated dabber over the navigation bar, but also some missteps like a badly centred homepage.
You should have no problems getting around here. If you’ve used any Cassava site before you’ll recognise the layout immediately. Each page has a lot of info, including guides for newcomers, but they won’t blow you away; there’s no artwork at all. Some jazzing up is needed here! Another downside is that you must submit a card number in order to register, without the usual grace period for looking around.
Software & Gameplay
The games at ITV Bingo are powered by Dragonfish and as such you get a certain degree of quality. The network loads smoothly and should present no compatibility issues. The lobby is, like the main site, quite bland. You’ll see ads for slots and the current jackpot, plus tabs for the bingo rooms. Overall, not a lot going on.
The bingo games look good and you can buy tickets easily. Unfortunately, chat here is dead. We were unable to find any hosts or other players. Now, playing devil’s advocate, this was not during the usual busy period most bingo sites have in the evening. Nevertheless, a bit of a surprise to see the site empty.
Safety & Security
ITV Bingo is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Gibraltar government, so all the correct credentials are here. You’ll also find the eCOGRA seal of approval, a third-party body which certifies sites for fairness and safety. The site uses encryption and a secure connection to protect your information, though more details on this would be nice.
The site also has responsible gaming guidelines and a fair play section which tells you more about their best practises, though these are just template pages.
Payments & Withdrawals
Banking is done through a pop-up cashier window here, as is standard on Cassava sites. The interface is very easy to use, built around large icons and quick buttons, so it’s very fast to deposit and withdraw. Withdrawals take around 4-7 working days, over the average but normal for Cassava sites.
Payment methods include the usual card options (indeed you have to give a card number to register). Otherwise you have PaySafeCard and PayPal, which is a little limited. Though PayPal is preferred by most UK players, it would be nice to have some choices.
Customer Support
ITV Bingo has a simple but effective help page, with a fairly detailed set of FAQs to help with general enquiries. There’s also a quick link to their responsible gaming policy, which seems to be a big factor on this site.
There are just two contact methods here, email or phone line. Sadly, live chat is missing and the phones are only open between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, so you’ll have to wait if you have problems on the weekend! This really puts them behind other sites. When emailing, you have a choice of Promotions Team or Operations Team, which should at least speed up answering times.
Bonuses & Promotions
You have a modest welcome bonus waiting at ITV Bingo, a basic 200% match of your deposit. Confusingly, some areas of the site refer to a 100% match instead. The bonus is capped at £100. The wagering requirement for this bonus is four times, which is standard. However, you can cash out sooner if you have at least £30 and don’t mind forfeiting your bonus cash.
Otherwise, you won’t really find any promotions here. They have over £100,000 in guaranteed prizes each month, but this is more a description of a bingo site than a promotion. There are some nightly jackpot prizes and chat games on offer. There’s no artwork here; a disappointing lack of ITV sparkle.
Device Compatibility
ITV Bingo has no mention of mobile bingo on the site. They have no app either, despite the clout of a TV station. If you log onto the site on a mobile or tablet device, you’ll just get the desktop site – there’s no mobile version.
This is quite an oversight and really disappointing, especially considering that the rest of the site is powered by Dragonfish, who provide excellent mobile bingo software.
Variety & Originality
ITV Bingo offers 90 ball bingo, 75 ball bingo and a five-line variety, which is pretty standard to Dragonfish sites. It’s nice to have three types, but there’s only about seven rooms in total, including VIP. On the plus side, there are lots of free bingo rooms here, including a special for newbies. Free bingo is always a pleasing draw.
On the slots site, you’ll see the standard selection of Dragonfish titles, with a few big names like The Big Lebowski. The slots are good and have features and nice art, but if you were hoping to find some ITV themed slots or bingo rooms based on ITV shows and characters, you’ll be disappointed. A real missed opportunity for some original games here.
Loyalty & Rewards
ITV Bingo has BPs or Bingo Points as loyalty points, which can be earned by playing or in chat games. You can also gain 5,000 for referring a friend. 10p on bingo cards earns 1 point.
Other than this, there’s no chance for progression, special benefits, exclusive rooms or actual VIP treatment. A very basic loyalty system.
