What we recommend instead
House Of Bingo Verdict
Like many bingo brands, House of Bingo has its pros and cons. There aren’t as many free games on offer as we’d like, and the VIP programme has a lot of room for improvement. However, if you’re looking for multiple bingo variants, a lifetime of bonuses and cashback, and the ability to play on the move, this Cozy Games site is worth well a look.

Design & Usability
As Cozy Games provides its operators with a standard website design, all House of Bingo needed was a personalised skin. In this instance, Cozy’s opted for a simply drawn house with bingo balls flying out of its roof.
The orange, blue, red, and yellow colour scheme is a far cry from the predominantly female-friendly Cozy sites such as Mummies Bingo.
The layout is fairly simple and uses a main menu to provide quick access to the four different game types, promotions page, help page, and winners’ page. The no-deposit and welcome offers are displayed in a prominent banner while the slots and casino games are listed underneath with a bingo schedule at the very bottom. As the site primarily targets bingo players, we’d prefer to see the slots and casino games section moved beneath the bingo schedule.
Software & Gameplay
The best thing about residing on the Cozy Games network is that the site can offer you four different bingo variants: 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball, and 30-ball. Even though the majority of rooms are standalone, they bear the same names as every other Cozy site, although we have to confess there are some good progressive room jackpots to play for. The only networked rooms are the jackpot rooms – Daily, Mega, and Super.
At peak times, there are usually 300+ members online, the majority of whom seem to favour the 90-ball rooms.
Safety & Security
House of Bingo is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and encourages its members to play responsibly. It uses a Random Number Generator from iTech Labs to provide fair and random outcomes for its games, and protects your identity and financial transactions with Trustwave SSL technology.
Payments & Withdrawals
At House of Bingo, you can make deposits of £10 to £500 using Visa debit card or credit card, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, or Boku (Pay by Mobile). It’s good to see that you can set deposit limits, as well as daily loss limits.
When it comes to withdrawals, however, we’re rather frustrated that the minimum withdrawal amount is £30, and you can only make one withdrawal request every five days. Plus, the maximum weekly withdrawal limit is just £300, and if you win a slots or bingo progressive jackpot, you won’t receive it immediately as it will be paid out in £1,000 weekly installments. Withdrawal requests are processed within three working days.
Customer Support
It’s impressive that the customer service team work 24/7 and that a live chat service is available along with a facility that lets you raise a support ticket and submit an email. However, we’re disappointed that telephoning is not an option. Although the operator states that a representative will respond within one hour, this isn’t necessarily the case as you receive an automatic email reply which is then followed up (usually within a few hours) by an agent.
Bonuses & Promotions
While you’re required to verify your debit/credit card in order to claim it, there’s a generous £20 no-deposit bonus available. But beware – it comes with a catch. You’ll need to wager through your bonus 8x on bingo or 20x on slots before you can make a withdrawal, and if your account balance exceeds £250, you won’t be able to make a deposit.
When you become a funded member, you’ll be offered a 400% bonus on your first deposit and 300% extra on your second and third deposit, all of which come with 4x bingo and 10x slots wagering requirements. With all subsequent deposits, you can choose between a 450% bonus and 150% cash.
The promotions page contains a variety of offers which range from slots tournaments, session ticket deals, and daily login bonuses to £15,000 daily raffles, weekly cashback, and a Free Bingo Extravaganza. However, there are no original promotions, as these are available at all Cozy Games sites, and no effort has been made to make the artwork brand-specific.
Device Compatibility
A link to the Mobile page is provided in the footer, and it explains that you can play a vast range of House of Bingo games on any portable device with no download required. Simply visit the site on your mobile phone or tablet’s mobile browser, and you’ll have access to all of the bingo rooms, as well as casino favourites like roulette and blackjack, and slots such as Queen of Legends, Wizard’s Castle, and Honey Bees.
Variety & Originality
On top of 90-ball and 75-ball games, House of Bingo hosts rarer 80-ball, 50-ball, and 30-ball varieties in eight dedicated rooms. While the slots, progressive jackpot slots, and casino games are plentiful, the selection only features Cozy Games titles and may, therefore, disappoint you if you’re hoping to find popular titles from big brands such as IGT, NetEnt, NextGen, and Microgaming.
There are no free bingo rooms as such, but you can take part in hourly tournaments free-of-charge for the chance to win prizes of up to £1 as well as tickets for Level 2 tournaments. Furthermore, every deposit of £10+ earns you free tickets to the Daily Jackpot Lounge, Monday Mega Jackpot, and Monthly Super Jackpot games.
Loyalty & Rewards
The House of Bingo Loyalty Club allows you to earn additional bonuses for your loyalty. You receive LPs every time you buy cards and play games (N.B., 1,000 LPs = £10 bonus bucks), and you can trade in your points for bonuses. There’s no structure to the loyalty system, so you can’t advance as you continue to play, and there are no VIP perks such as dedicated VIP rooms or a personal account manager.
There is a scheme which gives you a £10 Amazon voucher when you refer a friend and they make their first qualifying deposit.
