Have a Ball Bingo is a fairly unexceptional site, but it is a great example of when Cozy Games get a site right. The quality of games and support is high and chat seems to be lively, which is always a strong factor in getting people to stay. If you’re lucky and you like a mixture of bingo types, you really will have a ball here.

Have a Ball Bingo is one of those bingo sites that grabs you by the eyeballs, with a hot pink background and big graphics showing sparkly bingo balls flying everywhere! The home page has a handy scrolling message window and lists of the next games to start, so it’s both pretty and practical. The design here is clearly of high quality, though it is still built around a common template.
You should have no problems finding your way around, as the site is very neatly laid out. Help could be a little easier to find. Registering and logging in is very simple and can be done there on the home page. One minor gripe; the big navigation bar buttons and the actual clickable space don’t line up very well.
Software & Gameplay
Have a Ball Bingo has an on-page lobby which lists all the rooms and prices neatly, but some players do prefer a pop-up lobby built into the bingo game. The bingo looks decent, but it does not like to stretch to full screen. It could use a little more animation and some of the main site’s sparkle.
Still, the game plays smoothly and chat is good here, with plenty of little extra features. Even in the morning we found a busy room with a host playing games right away.

You can access Have a Ball Bingo on the majority of mobiles and tablets simply by navigating to the site in your device’s browser. The mobile site is a little basic but (mostly) functional, which is understandable given the lack of screen space. We did have a little trouble opening menus.
Bingo is easy to find, if a little sluggish, but it looks very good. The main downside here is lack of chat for mobile players. The main site has a page to explain their mobile setup, but there’s no app.

Loyalty & Rewards
Have a Ball Bingo uses the same VIP system as many Cozy sites, which is a four-tier system based on loyalty points. You earn loyalty points as you play, which can later be exchanged for credit. Once you earn 1,000 points you graduate from Silver to Gold, then onwards to VIP and SVIP.
Higher tiers get a bigger deposit bonus. The system is not very detailed or exciting but at least it offers some reward for sticking around.
