Have a Ball Bingo Verdict
Have a Ball Bingo is a fairly unexceptional site, but it is a great example of when Cozy Games get a site right. The quality of games and support is high and chat seems to be lively, which is always a strong factor in getting people to stay. If you’re lucky and you like a mixture of bingo types, you really will have a ball here.

Design & Usability
Have a Ball Bingo is one of those bingo sites that grabs you by the eyeballs, with a hot pink background and big graphics showing sparkly bingo balls flying everywhere! The home page has a handy scrolling message window and lists of the next games to start, so it’s both pretty and practical. The design here is clearly of high quality, though it is still built around a common template.
You should have no problems finding your way around, as the site is very neatly laid out. Help could be a little easier to find. Registering and logging in is very simple and can be done there on the home page. One minor gripe; the big navigation bar buttons and the actual clickable space don’t line up very well.
Software & Gameplay
Have a Ball Bingo has an on-page lobby which lists all the rooms and prices neatly, but some players do prefer a pop-up lobby built into the bingo game. The bingo looks decent, but it does not like to stretch to full screen. It could use a little more animation and some of the main site’s sparkle.
Still, the game plays smoothly and chat is good here, with plenty of little extra features. Even in the morning we found a busy room with a host playing games right away.
Safety & Security
Have a Ball Bingo is fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Isle of Man Gambling Commission. They have a clear privacy policy and a page explaining the importance of responsible gaming.
Your payments are protected by Trustwave security here, while fairness is guaranteed by a certification from the iTech random number checkers.
Payments & Withdrawals
Payment methods accepted at Have a Ball Bingo include the major credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Solo, plus you can use Neteller and PaySafeCard. While it’s good that there’s an e-wallet option, it’s a shame that PayPal is absent.
Depositing and withdrawing are both easy here, using a simple set of quick select buttons. Wagering requirements are very clear, which is great to see. Withdrawals are listed as being a speedy 2-3 days.
Customer Support
You need to use the bottom of page links to find your support contact info here, though there is a floating button for live chat on the right. You have a choice of live chat, phone support, email and helpdesk support tickets. This is more than the average number of contact methods and they’re available 24/7, really good to see.
Have a Ball Bingo has a good FAQ section too, but if you do need the support team, they seem to be bright and helpful.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus at Have a Ball Bingo is a huge 500% on your first deposit, plus there’s 350% on your second and 300% on your third! Those who have used Cozy sites will recognise the setup and it can be extremely lucrative, but remember you need to wager through this cash four times before you can withdraw. There’s £15 on offer just for registering a card, too.
Otherwise the promotions are standard Cozy offerings, but still attractive. There’s regular chat games and a daily quiz, or a variety of jackpot bingo games.
Device Compatibility
You can access Have a Ball Bingo on the majority of mobiles and tablets simply by navigating to the site in your device’s browser. The mobile site is a little basic but (mostly) functional, which is understandable given the lack of screen space. We did have a little trouble opening menus.
Bingo is easy to find, if a little sluggish, but it looks very good. The main downside here is lack of chat for mobile players. The main site has a page to explain their mobile setup, but there’s no app.
Variety & Originality
There’s a solid variety here at Have a Ball Bingo, including 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball bingo! This is spread over nine rooms, plus there are more for special jackpots events. This also includes a free bingo room. Overall that’s a very good mixture of game types, so this site should keep you entertained for a while.
There’s a large selection of slots here, though quality varies a fair bit.
Loyalty & Rewards
Have a Ball Bingo uses the same VIP system as many Cozy sites, which is a four-tier system based on loyalty points. You earn loyalty points as you play, which can later be exchanged for credit. Once you earn 1,000 points you graduate from Silver to Gold, then onwards to VIP and SVIP.
Higher tiers get a bigger deposit bonus. The system is not very detailed or exciting but at least it offers some reward for sticking around.
