What we recommend instead
Brits Bingo Verdict
Brits Bingo had the premise of being something pretty enjoyable, but this doesn’t actually prove to be the case. After putting this bingo site through its paces, we found that it really isn’t up to muster in a number of key areas, so unless you are in a pinch, we would probably recommend that you lay down your money elsewhere.

Design & Usability
Brits Bingo is fairly hit and miss when it comes to visuals, as a traditional bingo site layout is meshed together with over the top graphics, but sadly not always to great effect. The colour scheme of red, white, and blue is expected, but the blocky looking buttons really do look dated. The layout of several of the site’s pages is ill fitting too, as the graphics and text used are often incorrectly sized for the page.
Making matters worse, the usability of Brits Bingo is far from perfect, as everything on site seems to be pasted together. The toolbar implemented at the top of the page helps direct players around, but even that is a little clunky in execution, as there are no sub-toolbars to speak of.
Software & Gameplay
What does stand Brits Bingo in good stead is the fact that it is part of the Dragonfish network, which means it makes use of Dragonfish software. Anyone who has ever played at a Dragonfish bingo site before will be more than aware of its quality, with gameplay being noticeably smooth.
While active player numbers were lacking when we were conducting this review, the chat moderators at Brits Bingo did at least work to keep the feel and atmosphere of each room upbeat.
Safety & Security
On the safety and security front, Brits Bingo really is a powerhouse. For starters, it doesn’t have just one license; it has two, as the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association (GBGA) have certified the site.
Adding to the above, Brits Bingo is also eCORGA tested, which ensures safe and fair gambling.
Payments & Withdrawals
When you’re a Brits Bingo member you can actually manage your bankroll a number of ways, as there is no shortage of cashier options available here. Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Paysafecard, and Maestro lead the way, with Neteller, Skrill, EntroPay, and PayPal giving members ewallet options to work with.
Sadly, in yet another case of one step forward and two steps back, while the cashier options are extensive, the withdrawal times are painfully slow at 4 to 7 days.
Customer Support
By clicking “Help” you can step into the customer support section of the site, which much like the general UI is a bit all over the place. For starters, the help link at the top of the page actually links to something different than the help link at the bottom of the page, which can be a bit confusing.
In terms of actual support methods, the FAQ page is a bit patchy, while the contact options only come in the form of two methods. Admittedly, phone support is available 24/7, along with the email support, but customer support wise Brits Bingo proves to be a little underwhelming.
Bonuses & Promotions
If you’ve kept up with this review so far, you’ve probably got the gist of what Brits Bingo is all about, as they can’t seem to string two positive steps together. This is no more evident than within the bonuses and promotions here, as while the lead in offer of deposit £20, play with £50 is acceptable enough, what follows it is nothing more than lacklustre.
There are a number of promotions here, with a few notable jackpots, but originality is a major issue. Being honest, not a single Brits Bingo promotion we saw had any creativity, so while exploring what’s available we were just feeling left rather bored.
Device Compatibility
Brits Bingo doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app, at least it doesn’t as of yet anyway, but what it does have is a mobile site. Admittedly, we have seen more advanced mobile bingo sites around, but what Brits Bingo is able to offer at least does the job.
Variety & Originality
There is clear reason as to why Brits Bingo hasn’t been able to make much headway since its 2011 debut. Game depth is clearly holding this platform back, as it simply doesn’t have much to offer. 90-ball and 75-ball are the standard game formats offered, with there being very little on offer outside of this.
In an attempt to paper over the cracks, Brits Bingo does offer a few slot games, but in our eyes this just isn’t enough. If Brits Bingo really wants to progress it’s going to need to improve greatly when it comes to game variety and originality.
Loyalty & Rewards
The loyalty programme at Brits Bingo is progression based, but if we’re being truthful, there really isn’t too much here to get excited about. There are a few free bingo games and free spins offered here and there, but that’s pretty much it.
