Bingo.com Verdict
Living up to its legacy, there's only one real issue that keeps Bingo.com from being one of the best online bingo sites around. Ridiculously high wagering requirements keep Bingo.com from living up to its full potential, and it makes the site pretty unfair. If this requirement is revisited and lowered, the site's value would increase tenfold. It has the style and it certainly has the substance, but restrictive wagering prevents us from celebrating Bingo.com's achievements.

Design & Usability
When you load up Bingo.com for the very first time, it becomes immediately clear as to why this brand has been an industry frontrunner for so long. The Bingo.com UI is nothing short of adaptive, as over the years they’ve worked tirelessly to keep up with emerging trends. Bingo.com currently adopts a dog theme, with plenty of pups darted around every page. There is a lively charm to Bingo.com, as the design of each and every page has bubbly bingo action written all over it.
Usability is another strong suit of Bingo.com, as the site does exactly what’s required, and in some instances even goes above what you might expect. The toolbar and sub-toolbars at the top of the page allow for effortless navigation, while the timers counting down to the next game on the ‘Bingo’ page is a really nice addition.
Software & Gameplay
Bingo.com is part of the Reflex Gaming Platform, which really does mean that it’s situated amongst esteemed company. With Unibet backing, the brand is able to offer up reliable software, while the gameplay credentials here are some of the best around.
Each room is bursting at the seams with players, while the chat moderators are chirpy almost to a fault. Add all of the aforementioned together and you can see why Bingo.com is still as relevant today as it ever has been.
Safety & Security
Bingo.com is one of the biggest online bingo operators in the world, so you are right to expect the brand to come complete with some heavyweight safety and security credentials. Licensing comes through the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) and the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner (GGC), which says plenty about the site’s reputability.
In a disappointing note, we were unable to find any information related to fair play on site. While we have no doubt that Bingo.com is fair and above board, actually having information on the site detailing that would have been nice to see.
Payments & Withdrawals
Money matters at Bingo.com are pretty easy going, as they make a number of noted withdrawal and deposit methods available. Through Skrill, Paysafecard, Neteller, MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa, you’ll easily be able to manage your bankroll.
Looking at the processing times, officially speaking it takes 1 to 6 days to complete a withdrawal, with debit card cashouts taking approximately 48 hours.
Customer Support
Help and support is pretty much on another level at Bingo.com, as other bingo brands could certainly learn a thing or two about what’s at hand here. First up, there is an extensive FAQ page, which covers pretty much every possible concern you could think of.
Should you need to make direct contact with the Bingo.com team, you can freely do so through phone, live chat, and email. It’s a touch disappointing that the phone lines aren’t open 24/7, but the lightning fast response times more than makes up for it.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bingo.com offers a fair selection of promotions and bonuses, even if what’s made available is hardly the most potent of deals. For new members, the ‘Welcome Bonus’ at Bingo.com takes two forms. For those with big spending on the brain, the ‘Deposit £40, Play with £100’ deal will certainly be of interest. If you are looking for something a little more budget friendly, you can try turning your head towards the ‘Deposit £10, Play with £30’ offer.
However, one issue that we found with Bingo.com’s welcome offer is the huge wagering requirements that are placed on players. According to the offer’s T&Cs, players must wager any bingo bonuses 40x before they become withdrawable. This is far higher than almost any other bingo site out there, yet this doesn’t seem to be a mistake. If you are looking for bingo bonuses at Bingo.com, it’s worth keeping this in mind.
Device Compatibility
Mobile bingo has been a hit or miss affair for many sites, largely as the correct formula has been a little difficult to determine. Bingo.com has put forward an admirable effort, even if a dedicated app is missing.
Through any HTML5 compatible device (Android and iOS specifically), you can access your Bingo.com account, which means playing while on the move is pretty effortless.
Variety & Originality
Variety is something that Bingo.com takes great pride in, as they provide players with plenty to get stuck into. 90-ball and 75-ball are the standard formats listed, but the experience comes alive via the themed rooms they make available. Through the likes of ‘Supersonic’, ‘The Mystery’, ‘The Grand’, ‘Glamour Hall’, ‘Club Room’, ‘The Pinnacle’, ‘All Stars’, and ‘Beginners Luck’, Bingo.com are able to showcase some seriously original bingo action.
Bingo.com goes above and beyond when it comes to choice, as there is more than just bingo to be found here. Both standard casino and live casinos are now a core part of the Bingo.com experience.
Loyalty & Rewards
Rounding off, Bingo.com goes to great lengths to reward player loyalty. How it works is pretty simple, by playing within dedicated loyalty games you’ll be able to charge your loyalty meter, when this is fully charged you’ll be able to spin the loyalty wheel, hopefully securing some top prizes as a result.
