Bingo Bytes Verdict
Although Bingo Bytes is one of the first brands to join LBN and the Cozy Games network, it hasn’t managed to outshine its successors as it offers pretty much the same games, promotions, and loyalty rewards as its sister sites like Landmark, Giant, and House of Bingo.
If, however, you’re a Cozy Games fanatic and/or are keen to grab as many bonuses and try out as many bingo variants as possible, it might be the right choice for you.

Design & Usability
Although “bytes” is technically a computer term, in Bingo Bytes speak, it means that you can tuck into a hearty serving of bingo games, slots, and scratch cards. The site uses a pink and blue theme (pink for girls; blue for boys, maybe?) and features a bingo ball devouring a bowl of spaghetti.
The design is pretty much identical to all Cozy sites, with tabs for Bingo, Slots, Casino, Games, Mobile, Promotions, Winners, and Help. You can also access the lobby and your account with one click via the buttons at the top of the page. We’ve said the same about House of Bingo, but we’d appreciate the operator rearranging the order of the slots/casino games preview with the mini bingo schedule so that visitors have better visibility of the rooms on offer.
Software & Gameplay
Every site that joins LBN runs on Cozy Games software, and while it’s not as easy on the eyes as 888’s Dragonfish platform, it does mean you get to play five bingo variants and have full access to the games lobby on mobile devices. The slots and casino games are also by Cozy, and we’d like to see more well-known games introduced to the mix.
Safety & Security
Bingo Bytes includes all the top security and safety features you’d expect to see at a reputable online bingo site, including a secure URL, SSL encryption software, and well-advertised pages for Terms and Conditions, Responsible Gaming, and Bytes’ Privacy Policy.
Payments & Withdrawals
Bingo Bytes accepts Visa, Master, Delta, Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill, and Boku (Pay by Mobile).
The withdrawal process is a little too strict for our liking as the minimum withdrawal amount is £30, and you can only withdraw up to £300 per week. Withdrawal requests are processed within three working days.
Customer Support
The Live Help Room is specific to the Cozy Games network, and it allows you to visit a dedicated help room 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for instant assistance. Alternatively, you can raise a support ticket, send an email, or telephone the support team which aims to respond to emails within the hour and support tickets within two working days.
Bonuses & Promotions
Our first impressions of Bingo Bytes is that it offers newcomers excellent value for money through a welcome package that lets you claim 1150% across your first three deposits. Before you reach for your wallet, however, you can get your hands on a complimentary £15 bonus simply by signing up and adding a valid debit or credit card during the registration process. N.B., both the no-deposit and welcome bonuses come with rather high wagering requirements of 8x bingo and 20x slots.
The welcome package is referred to on the Promotions page as “Newbie Bonus Boons”. It offers you 500%, 350%, and 300% on your first three deposits respectively, provided they each total at least £10. Plus, you can claim additional reload casino cash bonuses of between 25% and 100% depending on the size of your future deposits.
There are weekly slots tournaments where you can play for a share of up to £1,500 casino cash, daily, monthly, and weekly jackpot specials, up to 20% cashback on your losses, and free game cards for players who subscribe to the LBN blog and social media accounts.
Device Compatibility
If you own a mobile device, including Apple, Android, Blackberry or Windows smartphones and tablets, you can sign in and play anywhere using Bytes’ mobile-optimised website. If you’d like further assistance with setting up your device to play on the move, you can read the Mobile page or contact the customer service team.
Variety & Originality
With Bingo Bytes, we have to look at variety and originality individually as our conclusions are very different. The variety of bingo games is exceptional with no less than five types on offer in a choice of sixteen rooms. The slots and casino games are also varied, but the lobby lacks titles from world-famous brands like Microgaming and IGT.
When it comes to originality, however, the combination of LBN promotions and Cozy Games software means there’s nothing unique about the site bar its theme.
Loyalty & Rewards
While the four-tier loyalty programme claims to ensure “special treatment for the four different member levels”, it appears that all you get are reload bonuses of between 100% and 250%. You earn one loyalty point for each £1 you spend on bingo and every £10 you spend on slots, and as you need at least 1,001 LPs to become a Gold member (Level 2), you’ll need to spend a considerable amount of money before you’re promoted to a higher tier.
LPs can be exchanged for cash or bonuses via the cashier, but you can only redeem your points if you’ve funded your account within the past week.
