32Red Bingo Verdict
32Red is a very bright and vibrant site with some great touches. From little animations to a slightly unusual layout, it feels different to the competition. The game selection could be stronger, but there is plenty to keep you interested. The site seems to err more towards slots and perhaps this is because the parent site is a traditional slots site. Still, you get a good game here and chat flows nicely.

Design & Usability
32Red greets you with a full-page splash screen pushing you towards registering, which is pretty annoying, but you can circumvent it to have a look around if you click around. This tactic is wholly unnecessary as once within, you’re shown a very bright and fun site with an animated fair background. This is a fun touch and quite unusual.
The site is very user-friendly, with welcoming text in several places and pages dedicated to explaining all aspects of bingo. This is great for complete beginners. Each point on the navigation bar has a dropdown menu and soon it becomes clear that there’s a page here for everything! On the downside, we found registering to be a very slow process. Still, a generally easy site, barring the intro page and a clunky help page.
Software & Gameplay
32Red uses a web page lobby, with a simple list of rooms. It’s a little cluttered but you can see upcoming games on the schedule, very handy. Once you’re in the bingo games, you can access a kind of mini lobby.
This is a Microgaming site and as such has good software, shared with the likes of Rosy Bingo and Butlers Bingo. The bingo game is large and easy to follow, with an efficient, slim mini-games panel. Buying tickets is very easy with big + and – buttons, but chat could be given a bit more room. The chat does have plenty of features, including chat sounds. We also had no trouble finding a chatty room with a host, always a good sign for a site.
Safety & Security
32Red is regulated and licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and the UK Gambling Commission. This site is very well established and even has a listing on the London Stock Exchange. They also have the eCOGRA seal of fairness, a very important industry standard.
You will find a clear privacy policy here, along with responsible gaming guidelines that list some useful advice against problem gambling. This includes links to organisations like Gamcare. On the security front, however, the site needs to do some work as their Comodo security certificate was not active for all pages at the time of writing.
Payments & Withdrawals
Depositing is not immediately easy to find here. The ‘banking’ link is a page explaining their banking system. That’s great info to have, but the actual depositing button is found through the lobby, which launches a pop-up window. The actual depositing process is pretty painless and the same goes for withdrawing, which seems to be pretty snappy.
Payment options include MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. You can also use a huge selection of electronic payments: Neteller, Skrill, EcoPayz, EntroPay, PayPal, PaySafeCard and InstaDebit. You can even use instant banking. This is one of the biggest selections out there.
Customer Support
Clicking on Support will take you to 32Red’s help area, which claims to offer highly trained and fast support 24/7. This is nice, but unfortunately, they don’t make it easy! You have a snail mail option on the help page, or there’s a pop-up window. This opens up a whole FAQ section with added links to live chat and phone numbers.
Though this gives you plenty of ways to get in touch, there’s no real need for them to be buried. It would be more effective to just be on the main site’s help page. Nevertheless, the help centre is very detailed and should prove useful.
Bonuses & Promotions
There’s a fair set of day to day promotions at 32Red. They focus on special jackpots and games, for example a community jackpot of £250 in the Pumpkin Patch promotions. Community jackpots are split between all playing, so they’re nice and fun for the room. TGIF offers four £200 pot guarantee games on the half hour from 19:30. The only thing missing is some more interactive or original ideas. Everything is well presented and the terms are clear.
The welcome bonus here is a bit unusual and not great at all. You must deposit £20 to get £32 free, which is quite weird, plus you need to wager through it a huge 10 times before you can withdraw. That’s way over average. There is a free £5 to be had with no deposit, however.
Device Compatibility
32Red makes no mention of mobile offerings anywhere on site, nor do they have an app option available. Nevertheless, they do have a mobile page, which you can access just by visiting the site in your browser.
The software is actually very good and easy to navigate, plus they seem to keep the game selection more or less intact. The bingo game is very clear and has a full chat window, which is always great to see, so players on the move won’t miss out on the fun.
Variety & Originality
32Red have a stronger slots selection than bingo selection, probably because they use Microgaming which specialises in slots. You’ll find only 90 ball and 75 ball here, with just a handful of rooms for each. A few more types would be good, but there is a speed bingo room in 90 ball.
On the plus side, you do have an Immortal Romance bingo room, tying in with the slot of the same name. This gets a bit more attention for chat games and such. The slot selection is great, with lots of big names like Bridesmaids.
Loyalty & Rewards
32Red does have a VIP programme, but it isn’t easy to find! The main site has no information about it at all, not even in Promotions. Searching the help page uncovered Club Rouge, which offers birthday treats, gifts, exclusive promotions and dedicated support.
Bingo players can still benefit from Red Ruby Rewards. Red Rubies are loyalty points which you earn for playing and exchange for credit, as you’d expect. There are several tiers, though the system and the benefits are not very clearly explained at all. The VIP rewards are good here, just not very accessible.
