Small Bingo Verdict
It’s easy to pass Small Bingo by due to the lack of wow factor in its site design, and there are various elements of the brand that could be improved such as the withdrawal processing times, support hours, and information on mobile compatibility. However, there’s still a good enough range of bingo games (including free, cheap, and jackpot games), slots, casino games, and instant wins to please anyone who takes the time to look more closely at what’s on offer.

Design & Usability
Our first impressions on arriving at the Small Bingo website is that it doesn’t take your breath away or spark your imagination. The brand logo is boring, and the theme could’ve been used in better ways than just the tagline, “nothing small about it”.
That said, the colours don’t look garish (simple purples and blues sit on a plain white background), and everything is pretty much where you’d expect to find it.
The banner in the middle of the screen rotates through the three parts of the welcome offer, and underneath it is an advert that offers you five free spins when you ‘like’ Small Bingo on Facebook.
Running along the top, you have a cut-down menu that separates the bingo games from the casino games, and also lets you look at the Offers page. The “Login” and “Join Now” buttons are also easy to spot.
Scroll further down the homepage, and you’ll be able to see what games are about to occur followed by the casino lobby which features slots, jackpot games, table games, and scratch cards.
There’s a brief introduction at the very bottom, but it doesn’t read well as it has grammatical and spelling errors.
Software & Gameplay
888’s Dragonfish software is used at Small Bingo, and it’s designed so that anyone (including complete beginners) can work out how to play. There are lots of helpful guides for new starters, and search boxes in the games lobby. You can also favourite games, use the chat facility, and enjoy side games while playing in the bingo rooms.
Safety & Security
Small Bingo is regulated and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and the government of Gibraltar. Links are provided in the website footer to the Fair Play and Privacy Policy, which is the same place that you’ll find the eCOGRA logo, and evidence that SSL encryption is utilised to protect your transactions and personal data.
Payments & Withdrawals
The site caters for MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Neteller, Paypal, Entropay, Wire Transfer, and Paysafecard, and you can enter bonus codes in the banking window where appropriate to claim bonuses and discounts.
Withdrawals must be at least £20, and you can’t cash-out until you’ve deposited at least £30 to your account. We also find it frustrating that Dragonfish bingo brands enforce a 48-hour pending period to their withdrawal processing times.
Customer Support
Support is offered via live chat and email between the hours of 9 AM and 1 AM from Monday to Sunday. You can also send your query to the email address listed on the Contact page.
Bonuses & Promotions
As a newcomer, you’re likely to want to know if you’re entitled to any bonuses, and the good news is, you are. As Small Bingo seems to rate casino games as highly as online bingo, it lets you pick between two different offers on your first three deposits of £10 or more:
1st deposit – 700% bingo tickets or up to 200 free spins;
2nd deposit –500% bingo tickets or up to 200 free spins;
3rd deposit – 700% bingo tickets or up to 200 free spins.
We recommend that you have a thorough read through the terms and conditions prior to claiming any of the bonuses listed above. However, we can tell you that the bingo offer appears to come with 4x wagering requirements while the free spins have a maximum win cap of £12, and winnings are credited as a games bonus which must be wagered 99 times.
Click the ‘Like’ button on Small Bingo’s Facebook page and leave your username on the wall, and you’ll get five free spins as a thank you.
The other special offers include 20% casino cashback, a £10 bonus for referring your friend to the site, a Free Spins Feast, a 25% Mini Bingo Bonus, and a 300% Bingo Booster among others.
Device Compatibility
More information on device compatibility would be helpful as we couldn’t find anywhere that explains whether or not you can play at Small Bingo on mobiles. However, we managed to visit the site on a mobile browser and were successfully able to log-in and play games.
Variety & Originality
The standard 75-ball and 90-ball games that you usually find at Dragonfish bingo sites are present, including several jackpot games like Zodiac Bingo, The Big £10k, and Sure Win. In addition, there are many different slots, table games, progressive jackpot slots, and casino games, including Mystic Mask, Ted, Asgardian Stones, Mega Fortune, Gods of Gold, Irish Riches, Jungle Jackpots, Atari Star Raiders, Doctor Love on Vacation Scratch, Live Roulette, Casino Hold’em, Baccarat, Big Money Slingo Bonus, Sidebet Blackjack, and Caribbean Stud Poker.
Sadly, all of the bingo rooms are mirror images of Small’s sister sites such as the £250 Weekly Jackpot and the Free Bingo Lounge.
Loyalty & Rewards
The loyalty scheme includes four different tiers, and to climb up the ladder, you need to collect Jewels each month. Every £1 deposited earns you twelve Jewels. Level 1 barely has any benefits, but from Level 2, you receive free tickets for the monthly Big £10k game, free spins and cashback.
