What we recommend instead
Unibet Bingo Verdict
Unibet Bingo runs on a very small network of three bingo sites, which means it has more of a standalone feel although it shares its rooms, jackpots, and many of its promotions with its siblings. Its popularity with European players is undeniable, but we still think the brand could benefit from more exclusive offers, rooms, and game variants which would give its members better value-for-money and extra choices.

Design & Usability
With its white, green, and black minimalistic colour scheme, Unibet Bingo looks more like a sports betting site than a bingo site, but then, that’s not surprising considering Unibet’s roots are in sports betting. While the site’s design is by no means bad, the fact that it’s so different to what we’re used to makes navigation somewhat slow until you adjust to the layout. For example, it took us more than fifteen minutes to find the link to the Promotions page.
There are two menu systems. The first one lets you move between the different areas of Unibet’s main website and includes Sports, Casino, Live Casino, Games, Bingo, and Poker. The bingo submenu below it lets you view the lobby, upcoming tournaments, mini games, news, player guides, and information on the loyalty scheme.
Software & Gameplay
The Relax Gaming software used by Unibet Bingo makes playing games and using the cashier a breeze. The games and lobby load extremely quickly, and the rooms are nicely laid out so that you can see the current games as well as ones that are scheduled to take place later in the day.
Unfortunately, there don’t appear to be any standalone rooms as all of them are networked. But, they still attract lots of players due to their generous prize pools and progressive room jackpots.
Safety & Security
Unibet Bingo is licensed and regulated by the Government of Gibraltar/Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and the UK Gambling Commission. The presence of the eCOGRA logo means that Unibet Bingo is considered a fair and safe site to play at, and the Security Policy explains that both a random number generator and SSL data encryption are employed.
Payments & Withdrawals
Unibet Bingo caters for the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Ukash, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Paysafecard, Neteller, and Skrill.
Withdrawals to Neteller and Skrill take an average of twelve hours; bank transfers take one to three working days, and credit/debit card withdrawals take between three and five working days.
Customer Support
Both the live help system and the freephone number operate 24/7, and you can also get in contact by email.
Bonuses & Promotions
When you create a new account, you’ll gain fourteen days of free access to the Beginner’s Room where you can learn the ropes while playing for real money. If you subsequently decide to start playing with your own money, and deposit and spend at least €25 within thirty days of creating your chat alias, you get a free €25 bonus. N.B., this welcome offer can be accessed by performing an internet search for “Unibet Bingo welcome bonus” but we have been unable to find a direct link to it from the site itself. The terms and conditions state that any winnings from the bonus will be credited to your account as withdrawable cash, but there is no mention of any wagering requirements.
The current offers appear in a scrolling banner on the homepage, and can also be accessed via the ‘News’ page.
Bingo mini-game tournaments run every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 8 PM and 10 PM and let you play for a share of £200. There’s also a Super Saturday £2k game that runs in The Arena at 7 PM every Saturday, and on Roll On Sundays, there are five additional roll-on prizes up for grabs in every game that runs in the Arena between 7 PM and 9 PM.
If you purchase at least £30 of bingo cards within 24 hours, you gain access to the site’s exclusive Grand Slam room the following evening where there’s a guaranteed prize pool of £3,300 on offer.
Unibet Bingo also runs special monthly promotions. In February, for example, the Valentine’s Scratch Cards promotion offered players the chance to win a three-night stay in Paris, although this was a networked promotion that was also open to Bingo.com members.
Device Compatibility
Underneath the Bingo Guides page, there’s a section which explains that you can play at Unibet Bingo on-the-go without having to download anything. Just visit unibet.co.uk on your mobile phone or tablet, and you’ll be able to sign-up, play games, use bonuses earned on your desktop, and accrue loyalty points.
Variety & Originality
Unibet Bingo has a choice of six rooms where you can play 90-ball, 75-ball, and pattern bingo games. Whenever you spend €30 or more on game cards, you get to play for free the following day in the Grand Slam Room, and other rooms like The Podium often run cheap and BOGOF ticket deals.
While we’d like to see more bingo rooms introduced to give members a wider range of options, as well as some exclusive standalone rooms, the selection of slots and casino games is far more extensive. However, even these games are not exclusive to Unibet Bingo as you’ll also find them at its sister sites such as Bingo.com.
Loyalty & Rewards
The loyalty scheme lets you fill up your personal loyalty meter by playing the best bingo games with real cash. When your meter is full, you gain a new loyalty level and get rewarded with a spin on the Loyalty Wheel where you can win free spins to use on mini-games, bingo vouchers, and cash.
