Lucky Socks Bingo Verdict
Lucky Socks Bingo hits high marks for design and quirkiness. The site’s theme is fun and little extras like giving out socks is a nice, simple way to give the place more character. While the games are very standard here, this site has some original promotions which make it worth visiting. Watch out for the high bonus terms, but otherwise the offers are more interesting than those on most of Lucky Socks’ sister sites.

Design & Usability
The art at Lucky Socks Bingo is very big and bold, featuring plenty of socks, of course. This is a nice take on the idea of bingo players having lucky socks and they even offer a free pair to new members! The site has a blue background which makes the colourful socks ‘pop’ and they use large graphic tiles to advertise offers, so everything has a larger than life feel.
Navigation is pretty smooth here, with a scrolling home page and quick links along the right-hand side for live chat, referrals and signup. The top navigation bar is smoothly combined with the login area and it’s clear that this site is keeping up with the new bingo sites in 2017. After logging in, the bar changes to icons and a side menu becomes available, with a smooth sliding animation.
Software & Gameplay
Like most bingo sites in the UK, you have a lobby on the main site here, though this site does at least spruce it up with large bingo ball graphics and make it easy to see which rooms are which at a glance. Picking one will load the site software, which should take a matter of seconds.
The Lucky Socks Bingo software looks pretty good, but doesn’t feel as modern as the rest of the site. The readout is easy to follow and chat has plenty of tools, though it could be larger. Chat is very busy here and flows along nicely, plus hosts are always on hand. Always good to see!
Safety & Security
Lucky Socks Bingo is fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Isle of Man Gambling Commission, plus they have site security provided by a COMODO Secure Digital certificate.
The main site’s security certificate needs to be updated but still, you have a good measure of assurance from the iTech Labs logo which guarantees that the site is fair. There is also a useful responsible gaming section with controls to limit spending.
Payments & Withdrawals
Payments at Lucky Socks Bingo are conducted on the main site, with a very straightforward form. The bonus system doesn’t appear as it usually does on Cozy sites so that’s a little confusing but it may be temporary. Withdrawals will take just under the usual 5-day average to arrive.
This site accepts debit and credit cards in the form of Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Visa and Switch. For alternative payments, they accept PaySafeCard and Neteller. These are good but more e-wallets would be great.
Customer Support
There’s a contact page on the left-hand menu which is well laid out and nice and clear. You have four options here, so not only do you have phone and email, but also a full live chat support system and a ticketing system. These are available 24/7 so everyone’s covered.
The team are welcoming and warm here and you should find hosts very quick to help too. There’s a full FAQ page on standby too.
Bonuses & Promotions
While Lucky Socks Bingo takes most of its promotions from the usual Live Bingo Network set, this site does what we always like to see; it makes an effort to present them differently. All the promotions have new art to match the Lucky Socks colour scheme and there’s even a few unique offers, such as Adieu, Summer Holidays which is simply a tournament with a £50 Amazon voucher prize. There are special chat parties in Big Ben room and a fun, interactive caption competition on social media. This site even offers a free pair of socks with your first deposit, a really fun idea!
These extra touches make it rewarding for players to stick around and it’s great to see, but sadly there is a price to pay which takes the shine off somewhat. The welcome bonus here has an advertised 8x wagering requirement, which is double the usual Live Bingo Network terms and conditions. The bonus goes up to 500%, so it’s pretty generous in that regard.
Device Compatibility
Lucky Socks Bingo does not have any apps, but the site does have a useful mobile information page. This tells you how to access the site on your phone or tablet and what devices are supported, which should be most really.
The mobile site runs smoothly and it keeps some of the theme from the main site, but could use a few more features in bingo, which is essentially just a readout.
Variety & Originality
You will find 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball bingo games at Lucky Socks Bingo, so there’s certainly variety! There are eight rooms on display and an additional free bingo tournament room. You have some special jackpot rooms among those and all the usual Live Bingo Network rooms like Victoria 90. The mix is good but there’s nothing new.
The slot setup is much the same, but there are some gems like Dog ‘N’ Roll which have really good art and music.
Loyalty & Rewards
There is no mention of a high roller VIP programme on Lucky Socks Bingo, but they do have bonus bucks which can be given out for winning chat games or just as complimentary extras. There is a loyalty scheme too, which grants points each time you make a deposit and wager.
Points can be redeemed for credit. There are also four tiers of membership, which you rise through as you collect points, up to SVIP. Rising the ranks gains you bigger deposit bonuses, but that seems to be it.
