Viking Winners Verdict
Viking Winners is a slightly disappointing site, because it has such lovely artwork and a design that feels different to other Cozy sites, yet once you get inside you find everything is pretty much the same (or worse, in one or two places). An active community might give this site a leg up but it’s in dire need of some more games or offers to match the exciting, original artwork.

Design & Usability
Viking Winners has a very epic theme, based on Vikings of course. Instead of opting for cartoon raiders, they have used some very impressive artwork showing a snow-capped mountain and a majestic longboat sailing the fjords. It’s high quality and feels like the artwork to a fantasy movie, with matching fonts too. On the downside, it’s such a strong image that it clashes with the standard Cozy parts of the site, such as bright purple promotions.
This site has a language option for Swedish and a quick link to live help. Viking Winners also has useful sidebar menus on many pages. However, there are a few places where it becomes obvious that this site’s template was taken directly from Grimms Bingo, which is a shame. They also lose some points for using white text on a white background in a few places. Lost in the snow?
Software & Gameplay
Viking Winners uses the standard Cozy software which is fast and reliable, but not the most modern or pretty in the land. The bingo lobby is just a page listing the bingo rooms. The bingo rooms simply have a kind of parchment texture background.
The chat window could be bigger but it has plenty of options, like dabber colour and text size. There seems to be a good set of chatters too, plus hosts are always on hand.
Safety & Security
Viking Winners uses Trustwave, a well-known and trusted provider of security for websites and payments. They also have approval from the iTech Labs, who independently verify sites for fairness.
The site is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and Isle of Man Gambling Commission, so this is one orderly bunch of Vikings!
Payments & Withdrawals
Banking is easy at Viking Winners thanks to a simple deposit system. You can pick your payment method on the left, then enter amounts on the right and choose a bonus if you’re eligible for one. The site even tells you what terms you’ll need to meet, which is great for bingo newbies.
The site accepts Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro debit and credit cards. They also accept Neteller and PaySafeCard, which is handy for some users but more choice would be ideal.
Customer Support
There is a clear Contact Us link on the navigation bar at Viking Winners. From here you can reach four contact methods- phone, email, helpdesk ticket and live chat. Altogether that covers everything you might need and they’re even open 24/7.
This site also has an FAQ section and some little extras like chat links on each page, to make life easier for players.
Bonuses & Promotions
Viking Winners kicks things off with a huge welcome bonus. To start, there’s a £10 bonus when you register a card, with no deposit needed. Perfect for taking a look around. Then your first welcome bonus can be matched up to 500%, so you could deposit £10 but have £60 to play with. This comes with a 4x wagering requirement, which is the norm.
Other promotions on Viking Winners are taken from the usual Cozygames set, so you have session bingo with £100 guaranteed pots each night, daily quizzes and also seasonal offers like a daily spin of the bonus wheel. Fun offers, just not unique. The standard Cozy artwork really clashes with the intricate Viking artwork.
Device Compatibility
There is a useful mobile page on Viking Winners to tell you what the site offers for other devices. There are no apps, but you can reach the site through your phone or tablet browser. You can use the same login details as the main site.
The mobile page is good and feels well thought out, but the bingo game is quite basic and lacks chat. Not a full substitute for the main site.
Variety & Originality
Viking Winners has a reasonable slot selection, with a mixture of quality levels but all fun games. There is just a handful of casino games, such as blackjack and keno.
This site has 11 bingo rooms which covers a lot of game types- 90 ball, 80 ball, 75 ball, 50 ball and 30 ball! They have three rooms dedicated to regular jackpots and one for free bingo too. Plenty to see and do, but unfortunately nothing unique to this site.
Loyalty & Rewards
Viking Winners has a VIP Club but it’s hidden on a link at the very bottom of the page. The offer is pretty simple; if you deposit £750 in a month, you get a special bonus, entry into a draw where three players win a £100 gift certificate and another special bonus. This is not terribly inspiring for the cost.
The site also has a basic loyalty programme, where you earn points as you play and can later convert them to cash.
